These guys are great. Good selection, good prices, and excellent service. The fact that it's one of the last privately owned auto parts stores, and the fact that it is Texas owned is only a bonus.

When inside to get a front blinker light. The price was $22 for an LED light. I went home and googled it realized I didn't have to have led. Ended up picking up to tail lights for less than $5 at a convenience store.

A great staff and a well-stocked store. I have a number of older, classic cars, and this is the only place around that doesn't require you to name the Year and model of your car (1940 Cadillac anyone). That never phases them, and they are always happy to just look through the parts shelves to find what I need.And, if a needed part is not in stock, they can usually have it in hand by later the same day. Lucio and Tom have been there forever and really know their stuff. They both must have been mechanics in another life.Lucky for Dripping to have such a parts store with such knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Amazing customer service! Our SUV started overheating and Trey went out of his way to help when he saw us stranded. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He saved our road trip and got us back on our way. Good people at A -Line Dripping Springs!

Equipment was not marked with prices. Made one guy so mad, he walked out. We had time, and waited around because we had to have a certain piece of equipment to finish a job we were working on. The guy at the counter was helpful, but gave us totally wrong instructions for the equipment we bought. Finally had to resort to YouTube video to make everything work. We did, finally, get the job done. If any other store had had the product we wanted on a Saturday afternoon, we would have bought it there.

When i need any parts for my vehicle I go to A-line and if they don't have it they'll try every part of their power to get it for you or send you to somebody else that has it I have seen A-line do that

Consistently disappointing. I went in personally to schedule someone to pick up our riding mower for repair. Why did I go in personally? Because they don't answer the phone even after 8 attempts. Filled out paperwork, was told someone would be by next day in the morning to pick it up. No calls from anyone, and no one comes by. Finally at 12:30, I called (4 times this time) and miraculously - someone answers. "Oh, our guy is really busy today and it won't be able to come by. It doesn't matter anyway cuz we're really busy and couldn't get to it for at least a week. I guess Travis never called you." No he did not. LOUSY service every time I try to do business with them. NO MORE. I'll pay more at Outdoor Power but at least they give good service.

Fyi I would give them 5 for the honest mechanic not for the guys behind the counter. I bought a almost new Zero turn Husqvarna 254Z that had about 2 working hrs from a private owner. Previous owner got frustrated with this new lawn mower and decided to get rid of the mower when he thought that the drive belt had busted (stop running) and getting belt from dealer was a long process (about a month); therefore, decided to get rid of the mower and sold it to me at a good price. I didn't want to take any chances so I took it to the experts A-line Dripping Springs (I thought) so they could put the new drive belt that I provided to them and also to inspect it for any other issues. I gave them a deposit of $40. After 3 weeks of waiting I called them to get an update. The representative who answered phone said it was just completed and was about to call me. Since I was in the area and I didn't have trailer with me I decided to drop by anyway to get more Information from the mechanic. The mechanic (has European accent) was in the back so I went and asked him about my husqvarna. He told me that my lawn mower is basically new and that there was nothing wrong with it other than that the drive belt had slipped off and he popped it into place (no reason to install a newer one). He said the existing belt would last around 10yrs so why replace a new belt with a newer one. He added that everything else was perfect because it's a basically a new lawnmower. I left home very happy with the news to return day next day with trailer. Guy behind counter with a scrawny pony tail couldn't find my paper work so he made up a new work order changing me $250 for the work. I told him are you kidding me for checking it and popping the drive belt? He said they did "full maintenance", changed oil, filters and sharpened the blades (that didn't need) So if you want to go to a place that charges $250 for popping a belt into place and over charge you for things that you don't need, this is the place.

I will not be back into this store. I was coming here every month to get my propane but never again. When I came in and asked for some I was told it would be 30 minutes or so before he could get to me. I said ok even tho i wasnt sure why since there was only one other customer in the store and he was being helped by the other worker. I proceeded to wait when he told me i couldnt wait in the store without a mask. For one it's not the law and the governor laid out exclusions which I fall under having asthma. It was 100� outside so no I wasnt happy about it. I tried telling on the way out that I have asthma and cant wear a mask. He said ma'am I wont be giving u propane. Terrible customer service

I like A-Line Auto cuz u dont just get parts here?U get quality at a reasonable price, fast n friendly. And if they weren't wearing masks u'd b able to see their SMILES. So two thumbs up from Cindylu.

Would be 5 star if someone could assist me. Someone who is standing in front of you should take priority over an internet sell or a phone call. Sure answer the phone then say hold please.Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient when they do assist. I keep going because I dislike the other auto parts in town. Also same issue there regarding phone calls jumping in line.

I like shopping there because they always have the Ford IDs in stock you might have to order it and a great bunch of guys

Parts are expensive there compared to other places. Staff are pretty knowledgeable so I will go if I need something.

They send out annoying mailers to EVERYONE in a zipcode and they have no way to remove anyone from the mailing list. When asked about this they say "throw it away."Good Christians do not waste the bounty God has given us by chopping up His trees and putting them straight into landfills in hope of making an extra sale. This flippant attitude toward the Stewardship and responsibility given for Adam's dominion over the earth shows these folks do not have Biblical values and disrespect Creation.

One of those rare independent Park stores. They have things that you can't find it the Box auto parts stores. What are the things they have is people who know how to look at things without having to use a computer. Nothing beats someone with knowledge!
