Such nice people!!We are newbies, and had a million questions, everything from sewer and water, to moisture, to leveling. They took such time and care to help us, never making us feel stupid or like we were bothering them! They were also knowledgeable with some other questions we had about state inspection. They were pretty busy because it was a Saturday. That did not stop them from giving us exemplary service!! They carry a wide variety of products and had everything we needed on our list!!

Dusty and his team at Freedom RV LLC were hands down the best. First class service with first class results. We had them do a front to back inspection on our 40 Winnebago Tour. They always kept in touch when anything was found that we didn t know about or if they had suggestions for us to discuss. We ll always go back to Freedom RV LLC for our RV needs

Dusty, his family, and his entire crew absolutely ROCK!!! I was two thousand miles from home and stuck at an RV rally in Paris, TX. (2024 eclipse) and they came out (into the middle of a muddy field) and changed a broken leaf spring on my 5th wheel. I had talked to them earlier in the week and he had ordered all the parts and was on time to do the work... The next day I went to their (really nice) shop and they replaced the other three springs, checked my brakes, and repacked my wheel bearings while I waited.Pricing was fair and he didn't show any inclination towards"padding" his hours.If I'm ever down this way again I will make a point of stopping in just to say "Hi" (hopefully not because I broke down again...);^}I completely recommend these folks! Trust them with your rig, you won't regret it !!!

Wanted to take a moment to thank Freedom RV for taking such good care of us. We had been dealing with several major issues on our 2023 Tiffin Super C including our Aqua Hot system. Dusty and his team did such a great job diagnosing the issue, and most of all communicating with me every step of the way. This is not my first rodeo and finding someone you trust to work on your rig is rare. Thanks again for a great job.

Our methodical online search for a used Travel Trailer with the desired options led me to select Freedom RV in Dodd City, TX. They had a 2020 Gulf Stream priced just right. Wonderful family run business. Brenton hooked us up with all of the requested accessories, even the last minute ones. Definitely will recommend this Dealership!

Great guys (& gals) and great service. The wife and I were in the market for a small, low priced simple weekender type RV. A couple of the larger more corporate dealerships clearly had little interest in helping us get what we wanted (not a lot of profit to be made at our low price point). The Freedom RV folks took care of us & made sure we got exactly what we wanted. As if they were making a $200k sale, not just a $20k sale. If you miss dealing with folks that aren t drudging through their jobs just to collect a paycheck.....be sure to at least give the Freedom RV folks a call and see what they can do for you.

Fantastic experience purchasing our first camper/trailer. As a first time owner, we had tons of questions and all were answered in a timely manner by our sales advisor, Brenton and even the owner who personally introduced himself to us.Everyone at this facility was friendly, professional and courteous to our family.We would definitely recommend Freedom RV!

Our aqua hot quit. First time we used Freedom Rv. Very impressed! He showed us all the parts he replaced and why he replaced them. Never have had that type of explanation. Great experience. Will drive back 500 miles to have any work done again.

You will NEVER find another rv dealership like this! Honest people, great service, low pressure. For repairs large or small, or a new camper, please give this place a try. It's a local family that takes pride in their work. Ask for Brenton if you are camper shopping! We just bought a new travel trailer here and it was such a great experience. Ask for Brenton for sales! Ask for Dusty for everything else!

We looked for a travel trailer for over a year and found Freedom by mistake. Best mistake we ever made. Great bunch of people running this place. We got a great deal on our camper and they helped us with everything including how to set up the stabilizer hitch and operations of the camper since it was our first time to buy one.

All the folks at Freedom RV in Dodd city are top notch. Brenton,Dusty and his wife all went above and beyond my expectations. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase at any time. Brenton even drove to my work so I didn t have to take time off of work. So glad we chose to buy local. Will highly recommend Freedom RV to anyone. God bless you all.

Aqua Hot would not work for more than a short time and then Fault.Took Motor Home in for that problem.After service and repair and $2750.00 Bill returned home and started Aqua Hot system, after a few hours system would not work.Returned to Freedom.The problem was solved with a $68. thermostat and a $250.00Labor charge.The technician did not know his job or ?.Buyer beware.

Came in for some basic maintenance on our water heater. The Freedom RV team were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our problem was fixed in a reasonable amount time. I would highly recommend them for any of you rv services or repairs!!

Freedom RV was up to the challenge to install new furniture, tank heat pads and perform annual PM on AC units. Everyone is very professional and dedicated to doing the work right the first time.I will seek them out in the future to support my RV living lifestyle.
