After a quick phone call with the manager Miguel V. He let me know what was on the lot for a vehicle for my mother. After he landed me on the 2024 Trax I was then contacted by Dynora R. who let me know the out the door price. She gave me a lot of information on the vehicle and my mother was hooked on buying it. The process took less than hour to buy. Dynora thoroughly showed my mother the features of the vehicle and she left with a smile on her face. A I highly suggest anybody who is local to purchase from here and with Dynora before going anywhere else. It was an overall terrific experience.

This is the second time this dealership has provided horrible service, going there is a waste of time. Drove an hour to check out a used vehicle only to arrive to a filthy used truck still full of dog hairs from the previous owner. Highly recommend going to another Chevy dealership, Gilbert Aguirre dropped the ball.

I m very happy and satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service at Frio Chevrolet! From my sales person, Enrique Chapa, finance officer Ray Gonzalez and the manager Katy! I searched on internet for a 2022 Chevy Trail boss 4x4 crew cab through General Motors and it lead me to Frio Chevrolet, I found the truck I was looking for and put in all my information at 1030 pm. Woke up in the morning and drove 73 miles to pick my beautiful truck up, the process took just a little over an hour and I was on my way back to Laredo in my dream truck. The manager and sales person have kept in contact with me making sure everything is running smooth, I can t recommend a better place than Frio Chevrolet where I felt that small town trust and how a hand shake goes a long way!

Frio Chevrolet in Dilley, TX has amazing, red carpet customer service; from Dynora (the sales woman), to Miguel (the Finance Manger) and everyone else in between. They made my experience in purchasing my Lincoln MKX very smooth and quick from the very beginning to the end. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade in or buy a vehicle. Great experience. Austin in service department helped me set up an appointment over the phone. I was able to get in two days later at my convenience. Fast service and friendly! On 01/10/2017 I took my car to Fri Chevrolet for a scheduled free oil change and tire rotation. My car had 18,657 miles and not a scratch on it. About two weeks later when I was loading my car to leave Texas, I noticed a dent along the bottom of the car on the passenger side near the back tire. I looked closer and saw the paint was chipped, and underneath in the same location there was a large indent about an inch deep with no other marks around it. The other side of the car had the exact same mark in the same spot. Besides these two marks, there is no damage anywhere on the car, I realized the damage is from improperly lifting the car. I went back to Frio and talked to a young man in the service department. He looked at the damage and said "If it was from their lifts, there would be marks in the front too, because their lifts use 4 points to pick up the car." I said, maybe the lifts in front were placed properly but the lifts in the back were not. He went to get a supervisor. Tony was the service manager started by saying if I would have brought the car back the next day, they would take care of it, but I waited too long. I told him there are only 50 more miles on it now, from the service. I explained that nothing could cause such deep indents in exact spots on opposite sides and not damage anything else under the car. Tony then told me that there was rust on the spots where the paint was chipped and that it has been like that for a long time. I bent down and looked at the dents and there was not a single rusted spot.On 02/03/2017 I went to Merit Chevrolet in Maplewood, MN. I told the service manager what had happened. He and another service employee looked at the damage and the bottom of my car and said that it was obvious that a lift caused the damage. Bruce told me that if something like this happened at his dealership they would have made the repairs. On 2/11/17 I went to Rosedale Chevrolet for an estimate and I was given the same information; a lift must have caused the damage. I called Frio 3 times a week for a month and they never returned my call.

Miguel is a stand up honest salesman. I did not decide to purchase the vehicle. I live 1,500 miles from the dealership and Miguel being an honest man sent me pictures in detail of the issues I would find myself, after it had been shipped across the country. Not sure about the dealership, but Miguel will treat you right.

They used to be really good and I used to have one guy that always helped me and was honest about prices and labor. And they did repair my truck quickly. But Stacy quoted me a price, said she wouldn t charge for something since I got everything there, and then lied about it. So make sure you have their quotes in writing. Labor and parts might change but it was $100 more than she quoted me and nothing else changed. Just really disappointed, frustrated, and hurt my budget because of an already expensive repair.

Katy went above and beyond to locate and to have my dream vehicle delivered from over 200 miles away. Ray (financing manager) went into very specific details on all contracts and made sure I understood where each penny was going to and stayed within my budget. Throughout the process I felt confident and not pressured that this team was able and dedicated to making sure I had a better experience than I had at Northside Chevrolet on San Pedro in San Antonio, Texas. If you are looking for a great experience and to be heard this is the dealership you need to be at. They do their best to have a happy customer and succeed.

Our family had the absolute best experience at Frio Chevrolet! We were in need of an upgrade from our previous vehicle and Frio Chevrolet was our go to after talking with friends of ours who recommended the place. We were greeted and helped immediately once we walked through the doors. The purchasing of our new Suburban was seamless and very easy which was a huge deal for us.
