Excellent car buying experience. Austin (sales) was professional and did not try to pressure me. F & I was courteous and did a great job also. Was treated with respect and everything was explained in easy, straight forward terms. No gimmicks, two bit hustlers, etc that you find at many dealerships.

We recently got hit with a hail storm in our small town of Needville ending with all three of our vehicles being at a total loss. It was such a tough week for us and we were left looking for a new work car for my husband that was within our budget. We are so happy that we found Gay Family Kia. Austin and Colton both teamed up in helping us find a new car within that budget and made the process as smooth and easy as possible for us. Given the week we had just endured it was a big sigh of relief finding a dealership that was there to HELP US and give us such amazing service from beginning to end. Had my first oil change last Tuesday and while on the way to Oklahoma on Friday a warning light saying Low Oil Level came on along with the check engine light. We pulled over to check the oil level and it s perfectly fine. Got a hold of Kia service to make an appointment and there was zero urgency for an appointment so I won t have my car looked at for two weeks. I m super upset about it but thank goodness it s under warranty. No reason a vehicle with 5k miles should have issues and none of these things were a problem until I brought it in for service at Gay Family Kia. Hoping this gets rectified because I love my car.

So happy we came to Gay Family Kia. It s a family owned place and you can tell by how they treat you.Our salesperson Austin was the absolute best. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for us and helped us find it for the right price. Austin was very nice and polite. He even walked us through all the features of our new car and the Kia app. He was never pushy and didn t waste any of our time. We really appreciate everything he did to help us out.Our finance person Billy was also very helpful. He was kind and understanding. He walked us through what everything would be and some extras we could get. He was very thorough and explained everything very simply in a way that we as the buyers could understand. He got us in at price that was reasonable and doable.In the end we walked away with everything we wanted and everything we didn t know we wanted. Thank you to Austin and Billy for being so kind. We love our Kia Sportage and we will return to Gay Family Kia when we need a new car.

I had been looking into getting a Kia for 2 years. We previously went & looked at vehicles at another Kia dealership & the experience was not well. Therefore, we decided to try Gay Family Kia & we are extremely pleased with the service that was provided! Hunter Beets was our sales person. If we could provide him with more than 5 start, we definitely would, because he made the car buying process for us super smooth & easy for us. Buying a new vehicle is nerve wrecking, and we were so fortunate and blessed to come across such a great person who took his time in explaining the application process, the vehicle details etc. The dealership itself was extremely peaceful, clean and well put together! We were able to take our new vehicle home with us the same day. Extremely satisfied with this dealership & we highly recommend it! Thank you, Hunter! :)

A very good experience. We bought a vehicle from the used side of the lot and were treated with respect and felt valued. There were no high pressure moments and we actually left and came back. The employees did their best to make the experience easy and worked quickly once we made our choice. We left happy.

We had an amazing experience purchasing a new car with Patrick Branyan. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Throughout my life, I have made several car purchases and this was by far the easiest. We were there for the first time and then out the door with a brand new car within 2 hours. Patrick was very knowledgeable, we never felt rushed, and everything went incredibly smooth with trading in a vehicle. We will definitely be back to Gay Family Kia and we hope Patrick is also there for a long time.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Gay Family Kia. Colton helped us buy a brand new 2024 Kia Seltos. This is my first brand new vehicle. He helped us meet our payment needs and offered us options and found us the perfect vehicle. The finance department was also amazing, every document was explained perfectly and it went incredibly smooth. They will have all our future business and we will send our friends there.

Trey Hoot was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions without any trouble. He showed us our new vehicle, explained all the specs and showed us the features without any issues. We had one of our little ones with us and he even made sure to say hello to her. Had a great experience trading in my Maverick for a used Tacoma! Worked with Patrick and he was fantastic! Really worked with me to help me get the best deal he could. He s very transparent and really goes above and beyond. This is the second vehicle we ve bought from him as my girlfriend purchased a new Sportage late last year. This was my first experience at this location and I have nothing but great things to say! Colton was a lot of help and very informative about the different cars. Mr. Corona went into great detail about the different financing options they offer and the process was super fast. I definitely recommend this dealership!

Things started out seemingly well. I emailed with clear asks and Dy C. was prompt to respond. But then:1. I arrived to a partially clean vehicle, still wet from a car wash. Ill-prepared.2. I was pre-approved through Cap1 and they still tried to convince me to go through their in-house financing.3. The vehicle only came with 1 key and I was promised a new one. Dy and his colleague, John M., have been giving me the runaround for MONTHS.4. I am on my second temporary tag because the paperwork was stalled (Lynette G.). I purchased in April and my vehicle still isn t registered in my state.5. GFK sold me a vehicle with a capped (retread) tire that SHRED ON THE HIGHWAY 6 weeks after purchase (see photos). Thankfully there were no accidents or injuries, but I am so deeply disappointed with this family-oriented dealership.I would give a negative rating if I could. Take your business to another dealership that is ethical and reliable and values customer satisfaction.

They made everything easy to understand and very patient. They never rushed you or pushed you in your decisions. They're very understanding. Absolutely positively will not recommend his dealership to anyone. I drove from the DFW area to purchase a truck. When I arrived I was greeted with the salesman Dave Cummings who I had been dealing with for weeks prior to the visit. The truck looked just like the website photos and at first sight, I was excited and pleased. Then I started the engine getting ready for the test drive and I instantly heard the squealing noise. So Dave assured me that it was due to the cold weather and sure enough is was a very cold day. So I drove the truck and was please other than the little noise I observed when accelerating the truck. Again Dave assured me that the truck had passed a numerous inspections and it was good to go. Again we drove the truck to another building and when he started the truck it made the same squealing noise and again he said it was due to the cold weather. I then brought it to the sales manager Josh's attention and he said the same thing that it was due to the weather. So I purchased the truck that had no warranty and as I drove back home I called back and informed Dave of the slight noise that I was hearing when accelerating and in so many words he said it was nothing. So when I make it back home and checked under the head, the cap for the brake reservoir was missing. I called and spoke with Josh who said they would cover the cost of the cap and they did. But as time when on and the temperature change to warm then warmer the truck was still making the squealing nose and I then took it to a local dealer and the diagnosed the truck stating that the starter gear was failing which is why it was making that noise when starting and the other noise was due to the back pressure value. A total of approximately 2000 dollars. I called Gay Auto back and spoke with Josh and he all he had to say was that I should get a second option because dealerships will simply try and get your money. And my response to him was if you and Dave would have listened to me then I would be having this problem.So I said all this to say IF YOU PURCHASE a vehicle from Gay Family Auto, expect the worse.

This review is for a used car purchase experience. First, the used car area is cheap and shoddy looking, so don't expect comfort. I made the purchase in August, with a list of things they had certified were working on the car. I had driven 4 hours to get this particular vehicle. Before purchase, I noted that some of the parts of the console were sticking. They took it back into the shop, and probably just sprayed some WD40 on it and declared it fixed. After purchase, after less than 1 hour of driving, the rear window wiper suddenly started up on its own, and then broke in the down position. The car pulled to the right (alignment was one of the things they said they had done). And the console was already sticking again.The car was still under factory warranty, and I no longer trusted the Gay Auto group to tell me the truth, so I took it to a local reputable dealer. They found the rear wipers had literally been wired incorrectly (voiding the warranty, but they nicely fixed them anyway). They found something had been spilled in the center console, messing up the electronics that were supposedly in good working condition according to the signed documents.I thought I would give Gay Auto a chance to correct their mistakes. Talked with Josh Block, the used car manager. In order, here's what he told me.1. You signed an as-is agreement, so we aren't going to do anything.2. He blamed me for breaking the rear wiper (apparently I must have broken it and rewired it wrong?) and said I must have spilled something in the console.3. He offered to do an alignment - of course he was 4 hours away from me.4. Then he said "you bought a car that had been sitting on our lot for 79 days, so a lot could happen during that time". Which means he was admitting it could have problems but wasn't going to do anything about it.Buyer Beware! Do not purchase from this sleazy place.

First experience at a Kia Dealership. Patrick was great on our initial visit. He let me look at the car, test drive it, and sat down and began to help us make a deal for a new car. He answered all of our questions and helped us a lot. In the end, he was able to get the best possible deal that he could get us. It was a toss up between 2 different models but in the end, was able to buy the car that I initially wanted!

From start to finish, Gay family Kia was EXCELLENT! I am a new owner to a 23' Kia Telluride (purchased out of state) and this was my first service. Needless to say, I was nervous to drop my vehicle off. The customer service was exceptional! Sam was in contact with me throughout the day and even sat on hold when I had to take a work call. He even went above and beyond to call the out of state Kia I purchased from to see if I qualified for free oil changes! I didn't, but it was the thought that counted! Sam was patient, thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. The gentleman that helped me at pickup was great too! ... and the best part?! It wasn't as much as I expected! PRAISE GOD! I will be returning to Gay family KIA ONLY to have my car serviced. Thanks so much, y'all!
