This is my second vehicle purchase from Gay GMC Buick Kia. My sales man Cesar was great in getting me a deal I was comfortable with. Christian in finance was great as well. He went the extra step and getting with the general manager to get me the deal that I wanted. I wouldn t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

What a great buying experience! Dave did an outstanding job from our first call to the dealership; thru describing the Sierra 2500HD features, functions, upgrades, etc, on the walk-around and test drive; thru the buy/sell process. After 2 1/2 days visiting other dealerships, our experience at Gay was very comfortable, no high pressure or hidden gimmicks. We purchased the perfect 2018 pre-owned vehicle... Very well detailed, tight body, and looked and drove like a new rig. Dave worked up our deal and introduced us to the sales manager, Steve, who also made the process enjoyable. One thousand miles into our cross-country trip and really enjoying our truck!! Thanks to Dave for starting and finishing our selection and purchase.

I've never owned a GM product. I've always been an F150 or Ram guy. I kept seeing ads about the new Sierra 1500 Elevation with the 2.7l turbo. I recently took a job very far from home, so I decided to check it out at Gay GMC. My salesman, Cesar was really nice and very low pressure. He knew how to read his customer.I test drove it on 2 different occasions but didn't pull the trigger. I had kind of decided to just pay cash for a cheaper vehicle to drive to work, and was up at the lot looking at their selection. I ended up doing a 30 mile test drive in the new Sierra and was hooked. It's super nice, plenty quick when necessary and could average as high as 28 mpg on the freeway. I was sold. I signed the papers Saturday night and brought the cashier's check and took delivery Monday after work.I have to tell you.... This is a full size truck that gets over 500 miles per tank on a standard size tank. I've driven it 267 miles and still have 254 to go until empty. That is AMAZING!Thank you to Cesar and the Gay GMC family for making this happen!

My wife's Yukon was experiencing intermittent "bucking" followed by restricted acceleration. The dealership diesel technical staff were backed up several weeks. However, upon arrival, the service adviser was able to scan the computer and provide the data to the technical staff. His actions enabled the vehicle to be repaired the following day! His Outstanding and innovative actions exemplify customer service!

Outstanding Vehicle Purchase Experience!My wife and I recently purchase a new 2024 GMC pickup truck from Gay Family Buick GMC in Webster, Texas. The entire sales process went very smoothly and was easily the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. We interfaced with 3 different individuals throughout and everyone proved to be quite knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all it was Mr. Marvin Driver III, our sales representative, that truly made the difference. Marvin was able to definitively answer a number of specification and option questions I had to mover me from shopping for the pickup to owning the pickup. Thank you Marvin and Gay Family Buick GMC!I will follow-up with a review of my service department experience in about 1 year or so.

Great experience at Gay Family Auto. This was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had in buying a new vehicle. The main reason was our salesman, Tommy. He handled everything in the process and until he handed us off to the Finance Department. Tommy certainly represents the Gay Family Auto well. No pressure. Tommy spent his time selling the Dealership, the people at Gay Family Auto and the car we were interested in. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership were friendly, helpful, and polite. My wife and I both thought this was the right place and day to buy a new vehicle. We received a reasonable price on the trade-in and a good price on the car. The tipping point was the low interest rate for 36 months.

The positive is that they seemed to care the most out of any dealership I ve been to. They kept me posted and up to date. The huge negative however is that they didn t tell me about any warranty fees. They just said everything is covered under warranty. And when I went to pay over the phone I asked how much is it going to be? Just the $110 for the oil change right and the guy on the other end said yes. You can review your invoice when you get here well I took him for his word and didn t pay attention to the invoice until I had already left. My mistake. But it was $350! I would not have had them check certain things on my vehicle if I had known they were going to charge me for each warranty. It s money I don t have and it s money they never told me they were taking. Very unprofessional.

Your salesman, Anthony Alvarez was very professional and nice. He gave me the best experience of lifetime buying my new Denali truck. As soon as we spoke to each other, we had good conversation. To top everything off, I had an issue with my HUD display and came back to the dealership. Anthony helped me with the issue and spoke with onstar for almost an hr. If you are looking for a GMC dealership, Gay GMC is the best. Ask for Anthony Alvarez, you will enjoy it.

We've recently been to a lot of dealerships. We typically find friendly salespeople but arrogant sales managers or pushy finance/warranty personnel, which prompt us to just leave. I practice this same level anywhere I shop. Our friendly and humble salesman had us hooked within the first few minutes of initial phone call! Mr. Marvin Driver was down to earth, respectful and had just the right combination of seriousness and humor! We will definitely be return customers! Thank you

Excellent customer service when answering my questions about the car I'd found for sale at the dealership. Austin Demott, the salesman, was very courteous and friendly, I was very comfortable to ask questions about the car. He researched answers that he didn't know and got back to me very promptly. This was a long distance purchase from a couple states away, he made the process enjoyable, highly recommend to anyone.

No better place to deal with..unlike most dealerships that are fake and twist the numbers while lying to your face about trade value or discounts. I won't buy a GMC from any other place and every purchase I've made has been FUN and a PLEASURE. My Mother and Father only buy from here and feel the same way about SALES & SERVICE. I've purchased many vehicles from here and have built a great business relationship as well as made some good friends along the way.

Very nice place, Ruben helped us out on our buy and I loved the fact he gave us options on what we could do to get our new vehicle. We went to different dealerships and none of them gave us many options like Ruben did. Overall the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this place and Ruben is a great salesman.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Our salesman Benny was awesome and very knowledgeable on the Chevy ZR2 that I purchased. The sales managers Steve and Josh were very nice to deal with. Finally finance was a pleasure to deal with as well, there overall experience makes you feel like that you're not in the "cookie cutter" high pressure dealership that done have become. I brought my truck in because someone attempted to steal it and damaged it in the process. The service team, especially Matt Gilchrease, communicated exceptionally well. The tech stayed late to complete the repair and I was able to pick up the truck the next morning. Great service

Timeliness of service promised was poor. I had a 10:30 appointment. Turns out that my vehicle service didn't start until closer to 12:00. Why schedule appointments? When I arrived was told that it should take about 2 hours due to backlog. It ended up taking 3.75 hours (more than 60% longer). Attempted to apologize by giving me $15 off the service. Well, since Gay Buick was supposedly running a 10% off standard service, this was actually only about a $3 discount on my standard service (oil change and tire rotation) and inspection. Not happy at all with this particular service experience.

Pretty bad experience with sales manager Craig who called me after I talked to the sales rep and gave him the numbers I have been offered and was willing to pay for the truck I was looking into purchasing, and if they couldn t beat those numbers I didn t want to go in and waste anyone s time, he said it was no problem to come in and he would definitely be able to take care of me. After about an hour of waiting I finally got ridiculous numbers nothing close to what I spoke to them about so I was lied to just to get me in the door and have my time wasted. Would not recommend this place at all.

Amazing customer service!I travel a lot for work and when my wife has to take the vehicle for service, I expect that the dealership will give her a no-nonsense MPI and give fair recommendations. I found out that our old dealership never made recommendations and our vehicle was at 75k miles.Needless to say, I moved on from them due to lack of response and lack of care for our vehicle.I found Gay GMC and Matthew G on the service drive. WHAT A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE! Not only is he clear on the recommendations but he helped us catch up on services and didn't break our bank! Everytime I come in, it feels like Superstar treatment and he is one helluva service advisor! 100/100 will recommend to anyone wanting trustworthy people working on your vehicle with constant communication.

The car buying experience with Marvin was awesome!! We came in and he treated us like family! He was patient and helped me educate my 16-year-old daughter on the car-buying experience. Even though it took us a little over a month and 4 visits to look at cars and narrow down what we wanted, he didn't push or rush us.The team at Gay Buick GMC is top notch, has a good time and like to have a laugh. Their deals are fair and I felt like I got the best deal we could get. You can tell they care. We are local and will be shopping for our next vehicle at the Gay family dealership.
