staff doesn t wear masks. 2nd time i ve been here since the pandemic started, and both times the staff had an attitude when i asked why they refused to wear masks. don t give them your service. go somewhere that chooses to protect our community.

I highly recommend this place staff is really helpful and friendly! I ve already took one friend And have another but their machine is down but I m still waiting on them I m not gonna go anywhere else! For ever a customer

I've only had my truck inspected here,but it has always been quick service and a friendly atmosphere. No one there trying to up sale you anything or saying you need this or that, unless you really need it. I found out on my last inspection that they offer free diagnostic of the work I'm planning to do to my truck (Front end suspension). So when I do get time I will be taking it to them and also may have them do the work on the truck.

Cortez Auto!!!! I cannot complain about anything. I took in my 2016 Chevy Silverado for electrical short repair in my driver seat - AC/no cold air- plus they replaced my windshield. They had it back to me within 24 hours. They charged me a very fair price and they did it with a smile. I recommend them to anyone and know you will get a GREAT job! I love Cortez Auto. Even with mechanics in my family, I still have automotive needs and I take my car there. The locations I've been to are very fair in their pricing and their work is very good. The staff are always helpful.

This shop is great. Two vehicles they've worked on for me fixing to be the 3rd 538. To do both barrings. I believe that's pretty cheap. Great people very helpful and very busy.

I have a small servicecompany with 8 trucks that stay on the road. Cortez auto pros, are always quick to help me out and fix my problem at a very reasonable cost. I've been using tjem for over 20 years.. best in Dickinson..

I went in for a state inspection and failed for high mount brake light out. That is not the problem. The problem is the inspector knew before he hooked up to state machine I would fail. So now they have to charge me $25.50 and give me 15 days to correct or loose my money. That is still not the problem, I used to inspect and never once did I hook up to the state when I saw an obvious safety failure . I talked to you the customer first but if I hooked up and found codes or not enough monitors passed I then had to charge you. That is still not the problem. THE PROBLEM IS THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER DROVE THE CAR INTO THE STALL AND UNLESS SHE IS A LICENSED INSPECTOR CANNOT DO THAT BUT EVEN A BIGGER PROBLEM IS THEY DID NOT EVEN DRIVE THE CAR FOR CHECKING THE BRAKING DISTANCE OR CHECK THE E-BRAKE AND INTEAD OF CHECKING MY GAS CAP THEY HAD A KNOWN GOOD ONE ON THE BENCH.IF YOU ARE GOIN TO FAIL ME DO YOUR JONB CORRECTLY

Brought in my 2016 Ford fusion told them I had aftermarket coilovers that were adjustable that needed to be put in they said no problem I dropped my car off 4 hours later I get a call back saying that boss man didn't want to mess with it, after all that is said and done it was too late in the day for me to get what I needed done so I had to wait till the next business day

Don't be deceived by the rugged appearance of this auto repair business. This place is run by a family that cares about the work they do, and they don't charge an arm and a leg for their repairs.
