If you are looking for tires on a budget, this is a place. Previously, I rated this place 5 stars. After a recent visit, I was upset. I got what I needed, but at the cost of ruining my rims. Randy helped me out and got the job done very quickly. After getting home, I saw that my rims were scratched and dented by the metal object that is used to remove tires.

Tires are affordable here. There is a wait to get the tires changed when it gets busy. Bathrooms was pretty clean too.

Came here a few times to get my 10k lb pressure washing trailer inspected. Great service and price. Definitely recommend!

I came here to get a tire I don't know much about them so it looked good to me,well I took my vehicle to discount tire cause it was loosing air and they told me I had a dry rot tire so I called up to big boys and they told me to bring it tomorrow so they could take a look at it so I did and the guy that was there asked which tire was it I told him they changed the right passenger side he walked to the driver side and kept insisting that was it lol I said if yall have cameras roll them back he said come back tomorrow so instead of going I called and the lady there took my name and number down and said she would have frank the owner call me when he got in that day. Well never did I get a call from him. So yeah this place sells dry rot tires I'll be taking my business elsewhere since they couldn't fix something they did wrong. If I could i would give them no stars all their good at is taking peoples money.

Office staff was great. Service was great. Even though I had a bad experience. Left front lugs were left loose. They sent someone over to where I was a block away and tightened them up. Then went back to check it out again

The here People are full of cramp here I was told I was getting a tire due to them putting on a bad tire and man told me he would replace it just to drive on the current tire some more and see what happens over the weekend well Sunday my tire was slowly losing air leaving Texas city and that fat lady in the office with the double chin got such a nasty attitude . Boss man talking about he listening to his employees you wouldn t have employees if you didn t have customers

Tell me an out the door price then charge me extra fees before I leave.Trying to hustle me into thousands of dollars worth of repairs. The parts are not even broke. They must get a commission for up selling minor repairs. All I wanted was some tires and an alignment.

Just went a few days ago for used tires for my Rav4. Very quick service and good quality used tires. I ve put the car through its paces and there s no wobble at higher speeds. Pricing was very reasonable!!!

Called ahead to see if they had my tire size in stock, lady on the phone immediately tells me they do and gives me an awesome price point. I get there and all the guys in the shop tell me they don't have it but can order it new. Typically this wouldn't bother me, except I wouldn't have driven to their shop if they didn't have it in stock. I was lied to to get me in the door which I do not appreciate. Won't be coming back.

As always, great service from Gatchi at an affordable price. I don't live in Dickinson but this is the only place I go. Sally at the desk is always helpful and great at keeping me posted when things change (sh*t happens) bought my 6th set of tires from them this weekend also hit the wall on 45 feeder (vauther) hydroplaning. Got me all fixed up and aligned. Very happy as always. Quick turnaround on repair plus having to order tires included.

Awesome staff! Fast and Easy to work with. They're honest people! Great work. I've been using Big Boys for several years. I've had Mechanical work done on my Infiniti! I trust them 100%. I send my entire family to BB Tires. They take excellent care of us! I don't use anyone else! I'd give 10 's if I could. Thanks Big Boys!

This place is so AMAZING! From the cool nice office lady to Randy, one of the technicians. Randy made sure I had the best tire and price for my suv. He was fast and knew what he was doing. Just a nice bunch over there!

I've always came here for tires and mechanical work and i was always satisfied but lately it seems to me like they wanna con you in to getting parts installed that you don't really need.They also give you a price and when it's time to pay the price mysteriously increases,i also didn't like that the mechanic assumed i couldn't speak english

Where do I begin? Honestly this is the 2nd Time they Did me Dirty At this place and Location, Especially Being a Loyal Customer, and spending Hundreds of Dollars over the Years on tires and Cracked Rims, From getting Rims Repaired to buying New And Used Tires, The Manager Frank Giving me Dirty Looks and Telling me I have to Wait but yet Attending and servicing other customers all along while I had already been there before 2 other customers, and NOT wanting to Help me out telling me to talk to Gatchi and see if he can help me out, I was ALWAYS told bad Management starts from the Top which is true, The way you treat people reflects and says ALOT about the person and that is Something MONEY CAN'T BUY, Gatchi on the Other Hand is a Real One Although I WON'T be going back, I HOPE AND PRAY THEY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY WITH DECENCY AND RESPECT

Excellent Service and Price. Provided a combination of New Tires at a great price, repairs and rotation of the best other two to keep costs down. Got me taken care of quickly and on my way. Good Neighborhood Business I would highly recommend.

78Went to look for 4 tires for my jeep i wanted the same aggressive tires that i had on there .He show me 4 tires looked the same until they were put on the car not even the same . I told him i was not happy he told me that they were about to close to come back in the morning so i did . I ask him if he could just go ahead and put my old tires back on he said he would but i would have to pay 120 for each tire. Then had me wait 4 to 5 hours to put my old tires back on the vehicle.

Had a tire start separating on me and popped in and was in and out in under 20 mins w a 35 dollar used tire...back on the road at a reasonable price in no time!

Shady rude lying Scammers. Sent my wife to get a rim that i had them repair told me 95 when i pick up the rim. The rim had a good tire on it already that wasnt even a few months old. I discussed prices with a rude chunky Hispanic lady about tires when i dropped off my rim but never said i wanted new tires at all. 560 was more than i wanted to spend so i told them just fix the rim. Instead they took it upon themselves to put a new tire on the rim anyway never called me and then lied and said thats what i asked for. They told my wife i went to the back and spoke with a gentlemen that i told i wanted a new tire on the rim when i never even spoke to a man at all. Then when my wife goes to pick up they say it was a bad tire. They knew they were just lying to get money. Plus attitude to go with it for no reason. Seems to be a place that doesnt like certain customers because of skin color. So needless to say 95 turned into 220. They lost my business so good riddance. Never go to this place

They where very helpful when I called for tires and had a big selection. They let me see them change the tires and showed me the other things that needed servicing too in my suspension. Oh ya, you can't beat the price. Really. By far the best deal I could find.

These guys are awesome! They bend over backwards to help you. Frank, the owner is one of the most honest persons I've done business with in this industry. They have taken care of my tire needs for well over 6 years. Love this place!

Had a great experience under their previous mechanic - Marcus. Since he left, the newMechanic(s) has not been as good. I recent paid almost $400 to have an airflow valve replaced and they said it would pass inspection - the inspection failed. I am done with Big Boys. They have lost a good customer.

I know it's a used tire shop, but the quality is trash and the tires often times are 20 years old. Super rude employee (don't know his name, but very confrontational)

Five service!As a customer, I appreciate the time taken (inside) to explain choices available as well as, personal insight shared on quality versus (label) branding. The same time & attention is devoted (outside) by the experts providing hands-on services.Great selection of tires and local service my family has used for years.
