I want to speak to my experience doing business with 45 modern sounds. I must say that the service I have received from Angel at this business has been the best yet. Angel is very honest and trustworthy. She has also gone above and beyond to help make sure I had the device when my original device went bad. I am so grateful to her help and I m devastated that I am leaving the area soon. I cannot go on enough about what doing business with her had meant to my family. Also she is no pushover but I have seen her handle herself in a professional manner even when berated by rude customers . If you want someone who you can trust don t hesitate to use this company!

Angel at the front desk is awesome! Always friendly and fast, I highly recommend this place! Nice air conditioned room and lobby available while you wait!

The asian lady that runs this place is rude and disrespectful, she will argue with you and make you feel uncomfortable. They also don t do any install work at this location it s only good for monthly reporting to Lifesafer

This place is TRASH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO SIT IN YOUR CAR WHILE THEY DO THEIR SERVICE AND HAVE YOUR DOOR WIDE OPEN. THEY WILL NOT DO YOUR SERVICE. OR maybe it was just me that they wouldn t allow. AND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS EAT IN MY CAR LMAOOO.THERES ALSO NO SIGNS THAT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. NOR IN THE VIDEO THEY MAKE YOU WATCHLADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS WEIRD. LMAOODon t recommend this place at all.AND ILL SAY AGAIN SINCE IM NOT ALLOWED TO RESPOND TO THEIR COMMENT THEY RESPONDED BACK WITH.THEY HAVE NO SIGNS THAT SAYS YOU CAN NOT BE IN YOUR CAR. NOR DOES IT SAY IT ON THE LIFESAVER VIDEO THEY MAKE YOU WATCH.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received in my life! There are plenty of businesses to have an interlock placed in you vehicle DO NOT use this one! I have been charged a $50 rescheduling fee now several times even when i give them plenty of time to reschedule my calibratetion appt. The last time was the last straw, she scheduled the time on her own without verifying it with me and when i called to reschedule the appt because i was out of town on work she got very rude with me raised her voice and told me that she was charging me the $50 fee even though i had called her within the 24hr that was required. Do not go here! She will scam you out of an extra $50 any chance she gets. It is sad that someone will use a misfortune of another person to make a quick buck. ***Regarding Your response*** Thank u for showing everyone just what i was talking about! Horrible service!!

They know what they are doing! Great customer service, they have the skill set specially their master technician is amazing. Another shop did a horrible wiring job on my Mercedes all sort of lights were going off in my car and their master tech rewired my vehicle. He is superb! Won t take it any where else.

Always had appointments that were convenient, friendly, fast and very accommodating. I hope to never need these services again, but if I did, I would choose them hands down!

I am very pleased with the installation of a radio in my sons Audi. Other places were trying to charge nearly double the amount they charged me. The work was very clean , professional, and done in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
