I continue to be impressed by the attention and quality of service experience from David D and his team. I have not experienced this level of personal attention and care from any other Ford Dealer service department. I am so glad to have them as a local dealer service center so I do not have to drive to big city. Augie and Justin are top notch folks who pay attention to my concerns and follow up to make sure they are taken care of. I can recommend without reservation the service team headed up by David.

I had an oil change scheduled for a week ahead of time for 9am. I did not get out of there until after 11am. A routine oil change should not take this long. If there were issues I should have been informed. I sat for over 2 hours waiting for my vehicle. All was good when it was said and done but the customer service was horrible. On top of all this, listening to one old employee and one current complain about the establishment was not productive or professional for either party.

I had two different vehicles in for oil change, mine and my daughter's. Fast and friendly service, always helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Chaparral Ford to all our family and friends.

I'm not happy. I believe they could have done better. They tried telling me I had to replace a part that wasn't even the problem. I would have paid 1.900 dollars just for them to tell me something else was next to fix before I can even get it diagnosed. I paid for an inaccurate diagnosis. I won't be bringing my vehicle back. Thank you.

Augustine service manager welcome me he had my online appointment showed me where I could wait said if I had any questions to please feel free to ask. They were able to get my truck in quickly. When I told him the warranty was about to expire. They had to order a part but they got the work done and gave me a loaner car while they did it.

As usual Augie in service took great care of my vehicle and needs in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed with chapparal ford and their employees.I have purchased 3 vehicles from chapparal and all have turned out to be good vehicles.

Chaparral Ford in Devine, Set a appointment for Monday because they were booked for to weeks to have them fix the Power steering and all recalls on Truck, that is under warranty. It s a 2021 F-250 Trimmer. They kept It for 15 days. And would not return my calls or give me any updates on the progress or the lack of. Had to drive to dealership 3 times get any answers from the service guy even then he had to check with the mecanic to see. The only positive thing about this horrible service was they did drop off my truck at my house the next day after it was finished.

Went for an oil change waited about 2 hours I had a few cars ahead of me, I waited in the waiting room/area which is very nice they have vending machines and clean restrooms, at checkout cashier/service person was very nice and friendly. Great place

I live in New Jersey, but I ve use Chaparral Ford for all my service on my vehicle in Texas. They are extremely accommodating and always do a great job. I have never had any issues with their quality or promptness in getting the job done. They always go above and beyond. Can t recommend them enough.

Justin and David had my truck all fix up after accidently put DEF fluid in tank. They got tank and pump cleaned and perform my oil changed. Iam most pleased with the service I received Thsnk you.

Once they started service, the work was excellent. It took 3.5 weeks to actually get my vehicle in the shop. I am a full time RVer and this was ann excruciatingly painful wait since I didn t have another vehicle to use.

Went in for an oil change, meet by courteous staff, quick check in process. Minimal wait for service, in and out at cashier (great lady! Provided info about Ford app and benifits).
