I had a great experience at Chaparral Ford Service! 5-stars and more! Justin Dickey at Chaparral service had a critical-safety RECALLED backup camera installed in my new 2023 Ford Transit van (Pleasure Way RV). Why such a big deal? My NEW van sat at **another dealer** waiting on the part for a month and could not be delivered to me. Arg!Justin found the part right away, worked with the other dealer and Chapparal did the work! My van was finally ready to drive off the lot. Hooray! Justin was patient with my impatience, kept me informed nearly daily on progress, and always asked what more he could do for me. I know who to call for Ford Service now! Thanks Justin and Chaparral Service!

I have bought many cars over the years and I promise you that no one can compete with the customer service or purchase price that Chaparral Ford offers!! I browsed the inventory of every dealership in San Antonio and the surrounding area, made calls to all major dealerships, got price quotes and I got the best price at Chaparral Ford. They were sincere, honest, very knowledgable about the car I wanted and efficient in closing the deal. They didn t keep me waiting all day like most dealers do. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I LOVE my new car!!! I was skeptical at first but I m so glad that we made the drive out there. They truly went above and beyond for me and I m grateful for that.

Out of all my experiences with purchasing or selling a vehicle, Chaparral Ford is hands down the best place. The folks who work here are down to earth, not pushy, and genuinely want to provide you with great service. It's very refreshing to get the small town treatment coming from San Antonio. I have purchased a truck and sold a truck to them, and the process was incredibly fast. I was driving my new truck home within an hour or so.

I had a really great experience with the team here recently. After the Red McCombs clown show said they couldn t get me a service appointment for well over 6 months, I called around and reached Chaparral who were able to get me in within 2 weeks. Not only that but they were friendly, professional, and had me taken care of in around an hour. It was definitely worth the extra drive for me, and they even have decent coffee. I was extremely impressed, and I m typically not a person who has a lot of good to say about dealerships. Well done!

The second dealership I went to after feeling pressured by the first. Ruben made me feel comfortable and asked me what I wanted. He gave me options and was an advocate for me. I m extremely satisfied with the service I received and my new Ford Edge!!

Fantastic experience. Came down from Hill Country to purchase a truck. It ended up not being what we needed. The salesman and staff worked hard to find us a different one. Ended up leaving with a great truck. General manager took the time to greet us, thank us and make sure we were pleased with our purchase.

I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle at Chaparral Ford Inc my Salesman Dustin Rizo was the kindest most patient person in what turned out to be a kinda long and tough process getting me in my dream car but he hung in there with me and we made it happen! I m now the proud owner of a BRAND NEW 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Thanks Dustin saying I love it is a huge understatement and I m not mad at all the extra throw ins either!

Great experience at the parts and service department! I needed emergency key blades for my ford mustang, and these guys really helped me out.I bought my car used from another dealership and was missing these keys among other things. I went with a locksmith to get a new fob, but had issues trying to get the key blades cut. I decided to bite the bullet and went to this dealership. They were complete professionals and helped me out by finding the key code to generate the keys and cut 2 copies for me. It only cost me a little over $30 for a that. I was getting charged twice as much for one key with the locksmith. Learned my lesson for next time. Thanks guys for helping me out!

This place is amazing. If you re looking for a vehicle stop at chaparral ford in lytle and ask for Stephan. He is so friendly and he does his very best to get you what you want and try s his best to stay around your budget. Everybody is so friendly and amazing they don t make you feel like if you re bothering them. Stephan goes out of his way to make you feel as comfortable as possible and works with to get you the vehicle you want. I have been here twice and will come again.

Lorraine was very nice . Very knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy with us and even negotiates to get me the best possible interest rate and payment (along with the nice man in finance)They have a good size inventory on hand. Came home with my beautiful truck. THANKS Chaparral Ford !!!

This dealership is the embodiment of bare minimum. My tech was pat because unfortunately, he s a diesel mechanic who should have payed attention to detail growing up. This guy lied to his boss to save his own skin and undoubtedly will lie to you as well. He s a sorry excuse for a blue collar worker and I hope the store corrects his lazy, disgruntled demeanor. Would rather just go to school myself to learn diesel mechanics than waste a second or dollar here again. #makemechanicshonestagain

Not really happy with my new truck! There were a few issues with my new truck when I took delivery. Bought the truck from a dealer 4 hours away from home so I didn't physically see it or drove it. Not sure if dealer send the truck knowing about the issues. The truck has been at another dealership for 2 weeks trying to figure out the problems.

Horrible. We purchased a vehicle with them back in March. Everything they told us about the vehicle was a lie we have had problem after problem since we have had the vehicle. Dont be fooled they talk a good game but they are not trustworthy. We have had to replace the tires,( we were told the tires were new) alignment, sensor issues, sunroof doesn t work (stoped working within a week), a loud knocking sound when breaking. The radio screen randomly shuts off when we are driving. If you re thinking about purchasing with them I recommend taking the vehicle to your mechanic to get checked out before committing to purchasing with them.

I saw this beauty from the road & knew I HAD to have it! Dustin Rizo went above & beyond to make this purchase happen for me! We had a few bumps in the road but nothing Dustin couldn t find out for me. Extremely open to communication to make sure I was satisfied as a customer! Hands down 10 out of 10 goes to Dustin! I HIGHLY recommend him for all your car buying needs and wants for that matter!

Initially the experience was great. Dustin was very helpful in making the sale, but of course since that s the way he makes money. Since my tint has bubbled which was obviously an add on fee, I was told they d get in touch with me to set up a date with their tint guy a month and half ago. I ve tried to contact Dustin a few times regarding the matter Bc that s who I was instructed to set up the appointment through. I ve gotten little to no response.Great buying experience horrible experience post purchase. They only care about the sale.
