Went in for an alignment, right off, the kids said $80 plus $650 for labor on replacement parts before he even checked if it needed replacement parts. I had been ball joints, tie rod ends, upper and lower control arm bushings, and a new rack and pinion so I needed it aligned.. He jacks it up, wiggles the tires and said I need ball joints, and control arm bushings. It went from $80 to $1400 real quick. I decided 8t was too much and I told him I was taking it to CD's in Natalia. There, the tru the same skit. Alignment plus parts and labor. He said I need wheel bearing hub assemblies. A T didn't even mention those. Turns out both places are in cahoots with each other. Needless to say I am still needing an alignment and now new tires because neither would do just an alignment!

Took my Mustang in for check engine light being on. They immediately wanted to do a 400 tune up before attempting to find the problem. I declined the tune up and was told it needed the vvt on a solenoid replaced. I authorize them to do that work only to be called the next day to be told the initial diagnosis was wrong and it was beyond a shadow of a doubt the fuel pump. I told them if it was for sure the problem to go ahead and fix it, only to have the check engine light come on again on the way home. I should have walked away when he was trying to upcharge for a tune up. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Quick and honest service! My car is a 2016 with 60,000 miles and no prior issues. Another shop in San Antonio tried charging me $7000 to replace the transfer case, axel and transmission because my RPMs were periodically shooting up when I accelerated. I didn't think it could possibly need this such extensive repairs and had it towed to A T's. I actually just needed a CV joint replaced. A one day, $500 fix. I'm extremely grateful for this shop, their honesty and timely service! I've put a couple hundred miles on the car since the repair and have had no issues.

I wouldn't recommend going to this shop they was supposed to do my alignment but truck still pulls to the left went there first time got charged 80 then bck again and got charged 30 going bck and it still pulls left i djt recommend them for alignments if you want one done go to Firestone and get a lifetime alignment for 160

Was trying to keep business local, initial interaction was nice. Owner was helpful for other stuff. Their staff mechanic did poor work, costing an extra $600 in parts and time.Issues:1. The fuel filter pictured, silver (left), was provided for replacement. The mechanic told owner it wasn't correct and charged $90 for new one. The black filter on the right was the original filter. Got it replaced by another location in about 20 minutes using the provided silver filter. (refund provided).2. Transmission filter was said to be replaced, their lift was in-op at the time, and pan bolts were never removed, drain bolts never touched. Fluid was over filled by a quart, pumped out the extra quart of fluid.3. Alternator was replaced, now dead, rubber b+ cap was missing, pinch bolt for adjuster not installed, alternator tension held by pivot bolt, over torqued , destroyed alternator. Upon inspection the shop owner didn't notice, care or look. Installed another new alternator $200 dollars, had to go to Toyota service for new pinch bolt, $2 dollars.Shop owner didn't catch the employee's mistake after being called out on the fuel filter.4. Front passenger tire lug nuts were loose after leaving shop the first time when picking up from alternator change, caused three studs to be damaged, emergency repair required. $300.Before hiring this location or any, take before and after photos of your vehicle, check all your studs on your tires, check your fluid levels. Mark your parts, check for missing bolts, caps, etc. Demand to be shown replaced parts that you can't keep.The shop owner did offer a repair credit and partial refund.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my truck here for an oil change and a belt replacement. The young men were incredibly helpful and friendly. They took my truck immediately and had the service done very quickly. I will definitely use their service again in the future. My only wish is that there were a cleaner place for customers to sit and wait. Other than that, they have fast, friendly service at a reasonable price, and their dogs will play fetch with you the entire time you wait. Thanks, guys!

Dealing with automotive repair is always a stressful endeavor. Honestly most of the time it seems they want to add things or procedures that aren't necessary. Of course in an AC technician there's times I recommend things to people that might not seem necessary, but if given the time to explain it to them I can let them know exactly why they are needed and how it will benefit them. That's how these people work at AT Automotive. They were so courteous with my wife and I, they told me exactly what I needed and why I needed it. Then when I declined certain things they did not push like other automotive places do. They don't make me feel like I have to explain why I don't want it. It's simply no thank you maybe next time, OK no problem we'll get your car taken care of in the way you want. I really appreciate that and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, that's always good!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Very friendly family business. They get parts in right away, never had any problems with work done here over the last 7 years, I have brought in several vehicles old and new. They seem to find the problem right away and have always been able to return the car to me by the next day if not the same day.

Best service ever. I'm from out of state and they fixed my pulley I was in and out in an hour on labor day. A family business with great attitudes and manners. It was like a miracle. Thanks so much. Utah guy

Top shelf service they included me in what they were doing to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, friendly with a very positive work ethic my exhaust was just what I wanted and I recommend them to anyone that needs work done on there vehicle ask for JR. or Arturo they will get it done.

Great friendly fast service! Stopped here to get my brakes changed on a road trip to Mexico. They are just a couple miles off of I 35 highway! They even had a waiting area where my kids watched a Disney movie.

Friendly staff for a small place they have very good workers fast and friendly don't let the place disappoint you. I was there looking for a quick tire i just had a blow out on my trailer and they quickly got me a good tire at a dissent price and quickly mounted it and was on my way

Don t waist your money here, Seriously! I don t right reviews but I don t want you to get scammed like I did. I was charged $130 for a radiator repair and for them to put coolant in my car. I picked up my car and it broke down not even a mile from the mechanics. I went back because my father-in-law trust them and they fixed the issue for $90, like why the f*** should I have to pay for a mistake you made? Non the less we paid for it, I have my car now, the ac STILL doesn t work and the car smells like it s leaking something. After seeing What kind of vehicles him and his baby momma have, you can tell they know what they are doing (scamming people). DO NOT COME HERE!

Ouur car quit us in the middle of nowhere so we were towed to their garage. We didnt have any work done as we were traveling through. However they let us leave our car overnight free while we caught a ride up to get our motorhome and car dolly. The people there were very helpful and friendly. They did not charge to check the car. Thanks Arturo and thanks Tony for referring them to us.

Darn I so wanted to give this place a good review! Sorry I can't, I pulled up in my grand am. I'm having issues w/ it not holding a charge, recently had a brand new alternator put it so I'm thinking its something w/ the wiring. So I pull up, a kid w/ braces comes out, starts to ck the battery w/ a tester, so I'm like ok. Then another older guy comes to help him. After a few minutes they say my battery is bad, its a brand new battery, I tell em I think it may be the wiring?? Kid starts punching another fat kid in the shop who's pounding on what looks like a muffler w/ a hammer. They start goofing around w/ each other, another kid gets in on & & says "daaaad". I'm like wow ok, there ain't much in Devine as far as repair shops. Kid finally come up & says " ok your good it was just the battery cable" I said ru sure he says "yup it just wasn't connected good" no charge but when I pull off my battery lite comes on again. Moral don't bother w/ this place they have NO CLUE
