1st the appointment was mysteriously canceled. We show up to the location just for them to say they don't know what happened. We paid for installation and they couldn't find the proof of purchase but somehow it was deducted from our account. Once that was resolved we waited an additional 2 hours just to have the tires installed. Slow service is an under statement.

After calling over 5 times with absolutely NO ANSWER! I drove 25 minutes to this location arriving at exactly 1:30pm. Upon arrival all the white garages were pulled down but I still went inside to see what the issue was. After waiting for quite some time a lady finally comes out to assist customers clearly being irritated but quickly informed me that if I was there for a service they weren t taking any more cars because the technicians were leaving in a couple of hours. THEY CLOSE AT 7pm! So you mean to tell me for the next 5.5 hours yall plan to do absolutely no work & leave early?Not only that I watched cars pull up to the garages & no one would open but as soon as a pallet rolled up they opened the door immediately. Walmart Auto Centers are becoming such a joke. Instead of hiding out in the garages answer the phone & stop wasting peoples time & gas! Better yet just close the center down all together if your only gonna take 1 car a day.Update: 1:45pm I just watched the young lady casually walk out & leave for the day. So no one basically is working for the day.

Would have 1 star since all I went for was an oil change but got that and a new scratch on my black paint car.. that s great. but the lady at the service desk was very sweet and informative. She saved the 1 star review so s/o to Carrie. I ll be praying the lord blesses the auto worker who was a little careless so they can have a little more joy in their heart, god bless Carrie too.Service: Oil change

Mark my tires before rotation balance oil change... the tires weren't rotated to my dismay... I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be done... gonna start marking the old oil filter

Slow, slow, slow. Over an hour to mount and balance two tires. Should only take 30 minutes. I will never buy tires or have any service done here again.

Worst no service ever! They act with an attitude as if we the customers are asking for free sh and like if they are not getting paid to do their job. If they don t like their job they should quit and give someone else a chance to do it.

PHENOMENAL!!! customer service from auto service team. Carrie was very professional and knowledgeable of the battery I needed for my car. The service team were courteous and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back for my car maintenance. Thank you

I was turned away at the cedar hill location for two tires and went to this location on my way to the this location I had a slight scare but I made it there. Carrie is soo sweet and nice and helpful, along with the techs they were very nice. It was really fast compared to other places and they listened to me and my concerns I will be coming to this location for tire now and will be send my family to this location as well even tho it lil out the way from us but the service and respectfulness is worth it

Don't come here with an unsafe tire. They will air up your unsage tire and send you on your way without saying ANYTHING to you about it. Beware! They have put up a sign that says "they are not responsible for telling customers that their tires are not safe" even if after inspection, they notice an obvious weak spot that the customer does not/cannot see. If my son had been driving on the freeway, he would have had a blow out.

I showed up at 715. I was first in line, nobody else waiting. The first thing they do is tell me I have to buy my own oil off of the shelf. Then, it took them 45 minutes just to start working on my vehicle. Remember, I was first in line. There was still nobody else there for service. Once they started doing ymy oil change, it took them another hour just to finish. They didn't even change my oil filter. Screw this place.

I wanted an oil change. After standing there about 10-15 min before being spoken to- someone walked by several times, but didn't speak until there were about 5 of us waiting, I was told it would be 3-4 hours because they're short handed. I asked when the best time to come was, and was given a shoulder shrug and "we're short handed " was repeated. I've had issues with other departments at this location and being short handed is always the excuse. Obviously something at this store isn't right and needs to be fixed if EVERY department is short handed.

I came in on a Sunday just for them to take 3 1/2 hours to change one tire and they put other vehicles in front of mine and they over charge for the tires and service just for you to sit here and Wait a long timeVery upset and irritatedService: TiresService: Tires

I m writing a review in hopes that it will finally catch the manager s or someone else s attention enough to actually fix this issue in particular.the door to the auto center has been broken for at least 5 months since i started coming here for oil changes. God forbid there is ever an actual emergency requiring fast exit. it must be manually pulled open with force instead of sliding automatically.in good news, the cashier today was much more attentive than the usual lady.

It was GREAT for an Saturday afternoon. Wasn't there very long...had the car checked in for service...went in the store did some shopping and was out lest then a few hours. Great customer service! I'm pleased!

I called to see if Automotive was open since the one in Lancaster closes at 3pm on a week day. And the lady that answered the phone transferred me over to automotive and automotive was not answering so i was getting transferred back to her and i finally said since automotive not answering can u just let me know what time they open til? She got an attitude and said well Ima just transferred u to customer service! And they didn t answer so i was transferred back to her. I just hung up! Why would u have someone like that answer the phone if she can t use her customer service skills. She could ve been honest and said i don t work in that department i apologize or a on thing like that. That s is why I m giving this Walmart a bad review. If i could give a zero star review i would!

Took my vehicle here for a tire change. It took over 2 hours for them to change 1 tire! There was only 1 person in front of me and we left at the same time (he was there for an oil change) Definitely not coming back!

Walmart need to do a better job at hiring and scheduling personnel for the AUTO CARE CENTERS and especially on the weekends. SATURDAY morning, I purchased two tires so it could be installed on my vehicle.i was the third person in line, i notice there were only three people running the entire operation and that is unheard for a SATURDAY. So, you have two people working in the shop and one as a full time cashier. Well, you are setting up your employees to fail & pushing customer away. i saw at least three people leave the store while i was waiting patiently to be helped. It took them 3 hours to install my two tires...and that is ridiculous... #makesomechanges

I took my car in for a simple oil change. It took over 3 hours, and they said that all fluids were at normal levels when I knew for a fact that I was completely out of power steering fluid, and brake fluid was low. Don't use this one, go to the one in Cedar Hill.

Stopped here today to purchase a new battery. Brought my old one with me. Walked in and the two employees at the counter were engaged in a conversation. They had me wait until they were done with the conversation before they addressed me. Then they tried to argue with me about the size of the engine in my vehicle. They finally realized I was correct after they consulted their book. Then one of them tells me, "go over there on the first aisle and see if we have a Maxx65", rather than going to check for himself. So I go over there, they don't have one of course, so I come back and ask if they have an alternate brand since they don't have the one he told me to look for. Without checking the guy says, "no. Sorry."I just grabbed my old battery and went to auto zone.

Disappointed n frustrated with the fact they have 1 cashier at the auto service desk and she was running her legs off n trying her best to help. Ridiculous for her to work alone in a very busy department. I waited 3 hours for just a new battery. Not her fault but manager needs his job gone. Must hire at least 2 more cashiers at auto department and every day have 3 cashiers working.

I called to see if someone was available to change my tires, they said yes someone is here, I said ok I'm on my way less than 5 mins away. I head to the store only for them to be closed! Center hours said opened until 6pm it was only 5pm!! as usual Walmart sucks!!!

Did not want to do anything. I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair. The guy walked with me to look at both tires, saying it would be $15 for each tire. Then says if the tread is low we can't repair. Then, after 15 min tells me its going to be 2 hours. After 2 hours they say it can't be repaired, but if you take it somewhere else it might be able to be repaired. How do you tell a customer that? Horrible service.

Purchased a set of tires. SLOWEST WALMART in the world. There was another customer there complaining about how long the service took. Last week I needed an oil change I drove to Lancaster for quicker and better customer service.

Friendly service even if its just getting a little free air in your tires. I originally bought them there at a great price. Brand name! Got some new chrome valve covers for my tires like the bling! Lol

They forgot about me so instead of taking 30 to 40 minutes for oil change it took nearly 4 hours. Not a happy camper.

I've heard alot about this location but my experience was excellent. I would recommend going in early as I did just to be sure your experience may be as good as mine.

This is my community Walmart and have to say that customer service has always been terrible. Caught a nail in one of my tires and went to get it repaired but was turned back because they were "about to close". It would've made sense if the place was packed but that wasn't the case. If your store hours say you close at 7 then you should provide service till 7, not 6:40.

My wife 2 hours before the mechanic told her they did not have her oil filter in stock!! 2 HOURS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
