I like their hassle free battery warranty. Though it seems freezing temperatures weakens their ability to hold a charge, O'Reilly will exchange the failed battery for a new one without wanting to trying to recharge to test the failed battery. What a time saver! I was kinda skeptical about using their Murray line of replacement auto parts but they seem to hold up so far.

Kenn is a gem! Great customer service, kind, and always gives great options so that I leave feeling confident in my purchase. He helped me to purchase routine maintenance parts for my vehicle. No more being finessed at the dealership! Highly recommend this location

So grateful for this location. Fantastic customer service every time. Hobbling into the store with my cane and a worker rushed to open the door. Last time a lad helped me brainstorm and resolve the issue with creative genius. God bless this company with prosperity.

Great service, my god mom needed a alternator for her car, which was available. They also recommended a mobile service that came to her house, and completed repairs. This shop is fantastic, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

They have Jerry working on O Reilly, I met him on O Reilly, he told me he was a mechanic. I believe him, he was wearing O Reilly uniform. I paid him $2100 for my Motor Repair. He stole my Motor and My Money. And never come back.He not only stole my Motor, he stole motor, radiator, radiator fun, and a lot of part from my working van.I will never buy on O Reilly again on my life.

My son was having trouble with his battery so we took his car in for testing. I was greeted by Adrian who took very good care of us. Very, very nice and very knowledgeable! If you have any car issues go see Adrian! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.Thank you Adrian!Joal

Very helpful staff. One of the ladies there by the name Vicki is always very helpful and goes out of her way. It's a small store but pretty much anyone working there is willing to take care of you. They'll special order stuff for you before letting you go anywhere else, and it usually arrives within reasonable time. I've brought stuff back without a receipt and they look it up under your name. As long as you bought it at O'Reilly's, they'll honor the warranty.

I bought a battery from this location O Reilly s store just recently. The two store employees was rude and inconsiderate. I m a Disable Vet. who use a walking ad to get around with and need assistance to do somethings. At time time, I were the only customer in the store and needed help to remove the old battery from my truck to exchange in replace for the new one. Neither one of the employees would help. I asked couldI borrow a socket set to remove the old battery and put the new battery in. I were given a pair of water plierswith still no help. I used what was given to me with thinking in my mind to just ask for my money back and drive to another location where I have purchased before. Once I finally got the battery off and replaced it, with the battery in one hand and my crutch in the other hand, I struggled opening the door and the only response I got from one of the employees was, It s show hot there. I will not buy from the Old Reilly s on N. Hamilton again.

I needed a new battery for my 04 Tahoe. On their website it says they will install batteries on SOME vehicles. I called to ask if they would install a new battery for me. They said it was too difficult and I would need a professional shop to install it. I called Advance Auto Parts and they sold me a battery and installed it in about 10 minutes. I watched. They loosened one bolt to move the bar holding the battery in place and the removed the battery cables. My battery sits right on top of the engine. There were no plastic pieces to remove or anything else. I m extremely disappointed as we frequently go to this store.
