My 19 yo son took a bumper to them to replace (non-OEM) and instead of a strong suggestion not to use it. The owners son put the bumper on the car and messed up the car on both fenders. Broke and painted my lights in the process. When I asked them to fix it, I was told it would be additional to do so.

Don t waste your money or time you ll end up suing or fighting I won the law suit I had and I m still fighting to get paid straight trash I ll post the paperwork so you know it s serious and I m not just talking cause I m upset

Took my car into their shop last month on a Tuesday to fix a hail strike on one side and a ding on the other side. They kept my car for over 3 weeks even though the owner told us 2 days. They would never answer our phone calls. We always had to go to their shop to get answers. While my car was in their possession while driving it evidently they caused 3 codes to display. They tried to clear the codes by removing my battery. My car has an internal notification and an external notification system and devices. I was notified simultaneously of the behaviors and overviews each and every time. The poor job that they did on my car was unacceptable and even the owner acknowledged it. The owner said bring it back so he could rectify this. We did. My car sit there for 12 days before they began the work in which they did another poor job. Today 9/15/22 after picking my car up for the 2nd time I immediately drove my car to the dealership to get an estimate on the codes. We are completely unsatisfied with their lack of communication while my car was in their possession, the horrible paint and repair job that they still did not rectify. We will never use them again.Service: Painting

Had to go and pick my brother car up they had it for over 7months to change something simple never did, customer service was very poor, the car is in disarray and they didn t finish the paint job! Now I can't even put a simple cover on the back of my truck bed. The back is all noisy and misaligned with the tailgate. I'm still suffering a loss since dealing with these scam artist. If you read this message do not trust this place with your vehicle. Take your insurance and business somewhere else.

Mike and Elsa were great in repairing my wife's BMW that was damaged in a deer auto collision. We were very impressed with how they handled the insurance and made everything easy for us. My wife was happy at how convenient it was to leave her car there. The promptness and efficiency of having all the paint and auto body work done was spot on! I had a blow out which caused my front bumper to be knocked loose, I let them fix it for me and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received. The staff was warm and courteous, price was reasonable, and last but not least I received speedy service. I am very happy with the job done by Mike's collision, I would definitely recommend them.Thanks again

I have been know them for 15 years.. They have been doing an awesome job with cars for forever. I had a problem with my car and they went far and beyond to fix my car for an awesome price without hesitation. I'm so glad that I have been able to have people that really care about their jobs. They have been serving the desoto area for many years and I am so glad that I am able to say I know them and will continue to support them for many years to come!!

Took it to get fixed car came back with check engine light on new cracks on the driver side mirror.p.s. theirs an rude n disrespect employee who loves to get disrespectful with the clients. N I have been having slight issues with my gas mileage since they fixed my vehicle.... But they did a great job at fixing my trunk

Mike s body shop does amazing work! The first car I brought to them for a complete paint job looked better than the factory paint job. Since that car I have had 6 cars repaired and painted by them. Now they are working on a 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix and can t wait to see the results. 5 Stars hands down!

To all who wanted to reply to my review, thanks for supporting Mike & glad you were pleased but tgat was you & this is us. Also if i were upset about paying i wouldnt have, that was my choice. All my facts ate straight & everyone at Mike's knows it. It doesnt matter whos car it was, the customer was not pleased, you took to long, you didn't inform the customer of the deductible cost & there is TRULY something strange going on when you have given someone my phone # without my permission to talk to me about my review.......There has to be a law against that but I'll deal with that & the person that called me as i told her. Treat ALL your customers the same & fair without favoritism might be a better practice than scamming. Great success Mike'sI HATE that google makes you give any stars cause this company doesnt deserve any! Worse experience EVER!! They took a month to fix a front bumper on my Nissan Versa & then the job was completed horribly! My car was better off staying wrecked, that's how bad of a job they did. They received a check from my insurance company for $3756.00 and then after FINALLY fixing my car, they call for me to pick it & then when I get there they tell me that I owe them $400 more for a deductible. Not one time did they mention this cost, the numerous times I called inquiring about my car. They are scammers! I received the itemized quote they sent my insurance only to find out that they were paid $500 for the deductible. Also they charged me a 2% credit card fee when I paid them the $400, which according to the credit card bureau is against the law, so I reported them to the credit card bureau, BBB and the state of texas business commission! I work too hard for my money for ANY one to think I'm not smart enough to recognize a rip off! No need to argue, I'll hit them where it hurts!!! Mess with me I'll mess with your business!

The worst experience I ever had. They screwed up my paint the first try. Call them and let them know. The owner Mike tried to act like I did somthing wrong. Since I paid cash. I had screws missing, my truck bed was making noises like they kept most of my screws. Did I mention my truck bed had support rods they forgot to screw on both sides. In my own mind it was done on purpose. When they called and said it was ready it wasn't. First thing I noticed was my bumper was literally digging in the new driver side fender that had fresh paint that also had bubbles in the finished work. On top of that it was a dent on the same fender they had suppose to fix. Worst experience ever! I will never trust Mikes customs to touch another vehicle on mines Ever!

First of all Mrs Gilmore this wasn t your car. It was your daughter in law. Get your information correct. It was not just front bumper. It was the whole front clip and if you want to get technical contact your insurance adjuster which is Mrs Esparza which can explain to you how a claim is handled and our customer was aware of deductible from the time time car was dropped off by shop and her adjuster. We chose to waive $100 from it and all you paid was $400. Anyone who has insurance understands what a deductible us and has to be paid to shop. But I m not here to have class on it. It s your opinion. Car was repaired to what the insurance paid. Do contact your insurance company so they can explain it. And customer was pleased you are just upset cause you had to pay it for them. Lol

This will be my 5th time going to mikes I have been very pleased with his work I like it so much I have sent a lot of my family members and friends to him. Mike has always been professional and taken good care of me. I highly recommend his buisness when you need custom work or simply from a Accident. He hasn t been in business all these years for nothing. But thanks mike for years of great service for me and my family and friends. Can t wait to get my car back to see the greatness I m his work. Highly recommendable.

Mike is awesome!!!!! The body shop is family ran so I always feel at home when I m there. I have 3 cars and over the course of these past 3 years Mike has fixed all 3. I m always more than satisfied!!!! This is this place to go if you re ever in the need of paint and body work!!!!

Mike, has always been straight forward and helpful, painted 2 trailers and some hand rails for me and the came out great. There is another shop around the corner I suggest you stay far away from. Go here and deal with good business people.

This place is the worst they dont answer when you call them. They've had my dad's car for over 4 1/2 years and still isn't finished it . They had a shop down here in Waco got shut down and brought his car to desoto and still haven't finished it.

Please do go to this place. Overspray was left on my window and they tried to say it was like that. My bumper ended up falling off again
