Our vehicle is in this shop right and wish we could just take it somewhere else. We have been dealing with a guy named KYLE. We planned way ahead of time to drop the car off while we go on vacation and when we got back, it would have been done/close to being done. Kyle was supposed to call us on Monday to talk about the issues we were having, we finally got ahold of him on Wednesday. He informs us of the price, we let him know we have warranty . He insists that he has look it up and he is 100% sure we have no warranty on this vehicle. Two days later he informs us that he has found the warranty. He states that he has to submit a paper into the warranty place of what all work needs to be done. that was three days ago........ we call..... call..... call...... no answer, no call back. We had to drive there today to talk with someone else... well........... they have found that the work was approved by the warranty place. where's the parts???? NO PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED YET.... I inform them that I will need a loner car while my car remains in the shop... sorry sir..... we don't have any available at this time...Im telling you, these people don't care about your situation or your vehicle.. Take the time and do your research and find a reliable place to take your car to. We have bought a total of 6 vehicles from the sales part of this place. Just because of this issue, I will no longer buy anything from here.Im warning you, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If you decide to still do so, do not let KYLE have anything to do with your vehicle.

TRUST: This is how I felt when I took my vehicle to be worked on in times of mechanical trouble, especially since this is the location I purchased my vehicle from. Mechanics at this location did a major repair to my 2017 Ford Escape( less 100,000 miles). I was not happy but was told this needed to be done, this was summer of 2023 (over $5000) . This Month (March 2024) I got a msg warning message pertaining to my trans mission and my veh just shut down and restarted about 30 min later. I took my veh back to the technician, I was told of a loose air hose. I picked up my veh approx a week or so. Well, while driving 75N/B my vehicle displayed another msg pertaining to my transmission and completely shut off almost causing an Accident. Thank god no one was injured, one of the most frightening things in my life beyond my control. Richardson PD sent for a wrecker and towed me to NCentral Ford, where I had a conversation with their service manager. A lot of things went wrong. To make a long story short , my goal was to get my veh to Mac Haik Ford in Desoto since they did major work on my transmission, and the dashboard gave a transmission msg. Before my veh was towed from the freeway I called and spoke to Mac Haik ford serv tech and explained the need for a wrecker to tow from central ford to their loc. he expressed concern of who would pay for the wrecker. After arguing with him for awhile, the manager at Central ford was shocked and told me to request to speak with their Service Manager, which I did. To both of our surprise, the service manager showed no empathy or concern of what happened and the state that I was in, nor if I was dead or alive, he too was concerned if they get a wrecker who was going to pick up the cost. I fully understood if the breakdown was not because of their work and some other reason I would pay for the cost, I of course had him on speaker phone so the other manager could hear. North central ford manager felt compelled to apologize for Mac Haik Fords less than favorable behavior, which was not handled well at all. I did contact Ford HQ, in which they started a case, I m not sure what that will do, but I did locate the name and contact number of their CEO. I can t let this go, who will be next and hopefully they ll live to tell what happened and how they were treated. I pray that know one will ever have to experience driving 70mph on I75 and your veh just shut off. Someone please asked me if the Service Manager did. Follow up, No . Of course I did pay the wrecker cost because I was told it was something different, 98,788 miles. I can t seem to wrap my head around this. Please be careful after having work done at this location and don t expect any support whatsoever just be ready to pay.

Steve and Bobby and Elliott were their for me from the get go. Steve is the sales manager but he is more than that he was a gift from God to me. He worked with me and didn't rush me. Bobby and Elliot was Steve's right hand and left hand men .They were their to make sure that I understood the car that I was buying. They made me feel comfortable.

Must not really want any new business. Have called four times today to try and schedule a service. They let it ring three times and then hang up on you.

Went to get service and was told I would get a rental vehicle and when I got there... I was told I wouldn't and I would be without a vehicle for 10 days. Seems as if though one side doesn't know what the other is doing... smh.
