I love this service center. They are fast, know me by name and treat me like family. The waiting area is always clean and the complimentary coffee is delicious! Dee is super courteous and patient!!

Great staff at this location. Lashaundra W. did an excellent job and excels at customer service. Michael is hilarious and certainly did his best to make the transaction go smoothly.

I've been here several times. They're real good for a quick (approx. 1 hour) oil change and tire rotation. I like how they'll also do a check of the tires, brakes, and fluids.Like any other dealership or similar business, they'll try to sell you other services you may or may not need. Always a good idea to get a second opinion if you suspect they're trying to upsell you.

I made a service appointment at Quick Lane and was told to come in that morning at 10. I arrived, waited 20 minutes to be told I didn't have an appointment and it would be at least 2 hours to wait on it. The service people don't even acknowledge you as you stand there waiting, and when I confronted the person who I had talked to, she walked away. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I ve been coming here for years and it seems every time I leave upset. I came to get an oil change and this is what I left with? I genuinely don t believe they changed my oil or the oil filter. These picture are supposed to be clean oil and a new filter. To be changed an average of over $500- $1,000 to get this is or any other work done is completely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service!! They were rude and condescending. I had a 9am appointment and was told it would take 2 hours. When I questioned why if I had an appointment they said there were many more appointments before mine. I waited over 3 hours. I ll never go there again, 1st & last.

I want so bad to like this place. As a ford owner I like to have my car serviced here. I love the concept of the quick lane. On this last visit I had made an appointment on line for an oil change, but when i get here they dont see it. Not a problem only one car ahead of me. Well 65 minutes later my car is ready. Wow!!! do they not know the competition is doing oil changes in 10 minutes.

They are extraordinarily slow if you don t have an appointment. I got here at 830 in the morning and was the first car here in the customer waiting section and was quoted an hour and a half, it ended up being over 4 hours to get an oil change. Once they took the vehicle to the back it was about another 30 minutes more. I would recommend making an appointment, dropping off and coming back later or going somewhere else. You would probably be better off with the going elsewhere.

I always schedule my appointments on Mac Haik website but when I arrive I am told the scheduling tool doesn't work and am made to wait or my car is pushed back in line. If the tool doesn't work than WHY do you have it up on your website. The scheduling tool is suppose to be convenient, however it is VERY INCONVIENT. I WILL NOT RETURN. On top of that the staff are not sympathetic and act as if they don't care. Especially the manager. The customers are the reason you are in business. I will take my business somewhere I am appreciated. VERY UNHAPPY COSTUMER.

The quality of service, especially customer service needs improving. Staff are unfriendly and lack knowledge of cars under their service agreement, that are sold from their lot. I does not make sense to strongly suggest an expensive service package and not be able to honor it because they Do not usually work on this type of care and are not really familiar with the vehicle or its part. I am disappointed that they do not return call either and it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from their lot. I am done! Mac Haik Ford Quick Lane desperately need a LONG overhaul to improve their customer s experience.TSanders

Got the nerve to call and tell me. That I talk to someone about my tire warranty and that they told me I had to pay instead. Mind you I haven t talk to anyone about anything. These people are all brainless thoughtless strange individuals. And had the nerve to tell me to come pay for the tire after the warranty already paid before I left. Don t go here ever. This place half do everything. I ve had to wait on several occasions because a job was not finished. All the employees care about is lunch time. That s the only thing that they take serious.

3 negative experiences in 30 days. 1. Took my F250 Power stroke for an oil change and tire rotation, requested same viscosity oil as the last two and did not realize until I got home that they used something else. My bad so I checked the air pressure since the truck takes a different PSI from front to back. Also incorrect even after specifically asking for that. 2. Day before yesterday went for oil change in my Mustang, sign in door that they would be closed from 11:30- 12:30? No explanation. It was 11:00am and was told that no new work would be taken until 12:30 so I said I would try another time. 3. Today at 11am, after standing there and being ignored for a couple of minutes was told that the oil change would take 2 hours- very disappointing.They need some customer service help badly and also should take the "Quick" off of the "Quick Lane" sign.

The service that I received and have received was quick, courteous and professional, which is limited since customers are not allowed in the garage area. However, this time I did ask for visual inspection due to a recent accident this past week, which they did with a positive outcome. The only drawback is, on the second page of my bill(I paid with my Ford Advantage Points) there was a notice of a service I need, but it indicated it was discussed with me and I declined, but they didnt and I didnt either, but I will on my next service call.

It's faster and easier if you have the Ford app. There's a program in which you schedule the service you need, accumulate points, and even get a discounted rate. They do take a long time to service the vehicle but I know they do a thorough job at servicing the vehicle.

I have been in the past great service they called me and left me a message that they were closing and would have keys ready for me.Well this time didn't get a call and had to go home to get the spares so that I can get my truck home to get ready for the lake..Disappointed that they only called the work number on a Saturday and not my cell..Like why not call the cell and leave a message I get it was labor day weekend... that is why I took the truck in for service because I was going on a long drive...Disappointed with the lack of communication.

Came in ask to have oil changed. Told me a couple of people ahead might be a bit at 11:03 said that s fine. Took my car back at 12:15 said it would be about 15 minutes still waiting at 1:10. Normally they are fast and efficient not sure what failed this time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great place for oil change service.We arrived at 8:30.They changed oil, filters and tire rotation within 90 minutes and we were back on the road.Rudy s is next door - great place to hang out and wait. Breakfast Tacos.

I tried going up there to get an oil change at around 5:30 and they told me that they it would take 3 hours... which is fine whatever. Their website said they close at 9. Well apparently they close at 6 so they should definitely fix that time issue on their website.

I alway have my oil change by Quick lane, the service at the Grapevine location is far superior to the Desoto location. They are not in a rush to provide service. Three hours for an oil change... I would have driven the extra 30miles for better service

I'm always satisfied and today was like no other. I pre-ordered my tires, they were there, I called and gave Lance a time of when I could be there and he accommodated me. I will always be a loyal customer of MAC Haik Ford..... great customer service.

Very slow service. 4 hours for an oil change and a tire patch. They also said I needed my engine and cabin air filter changed even though I had changed them prior to coming same day. It was very difficult to find mixed in with the Chevy dealership. The windows and doors are completely covered with advertisements with a black background so you can't see inside. You can't even see the door from the rest of the glass windows. It looks like an old closed building that the dealership stopped using.
