Efrain Guzman and his Sales manager David did an excellent job making sure my deal was done. My deal was challenging but ended up in a 2023 Ford Edge . Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Ranger and Christina are phenomenal. They made buying process a breeze. Ranger has been Very transparent and crisp with the entire financing part of it and negotiations.While Christina is still new yet she has done a fabulous job with the sale , showing the car features etc. Thank you so much for making it that easy and quick to buy the best car!!!

UPDATE: We received an additional $5K on our trade with a more reputable dealer. Do your research and read many reviews before trusting just any dealership. I definitely wish we had before we wasted our time at Mac Haik.Went to look at vehicle that was listed before ever going through service. Was told would be available on Friday, then Monday. 5 minutes before showing up after driving over an hour and a half, we arrived to be told sales rep Jessica left after blowing us up obnoxiously for days leading up to, we were told that the vehicle had not even been through service yet. At that point, the vehicle was still filthy, dirty, and truck bed still had not been cleaned out. After speaking with manager and new sales rep, was promised to not be contacted until the vehicle went through service and was 100% ready for pick up. On Thursday, was told by sales that there was already someone else looking at vehicle but that it was ready. Took off work early AGAIN, drive an hour and a half, showed up to vehicle not being ready by 5 o clock like sales rep had stated. Not been cleaned and just had windshield done that afternoon. Not inspected. Then Mike offered $4,500 less on trade in than previous dealership offered. Sales people always had an excuse, apologized constantly, and nothing was their fault. I m just the messenger before anything was ever said. Brenda would not stop talking long enough to hear anything after she asked questions. Very uncomfortable. Do not suggest doing business until management changes.

I made the appt to get My oil change the day before. And they ask what else needs to be done. I told them I need today. Tire Balanced. But after talking to my husband I found out that he's already taken care of it. I arrived at my appointment time and told them. I didn't need the balance they just needed the oil change. So he questioned what type of oil for the diesel? And I told him the one that comes in diesel when it was delivered. The staff is very professional and Knowledgeable.

Mac Haik Ford Desoto is highly recommended. Service writers are very knowledgeable and polite. Mechanic Greg Tedesco very experienced and very talented also very polite. Cashier was also very pleasant to deal with even though she was taking my money. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant. Would definitely return to this dealership. Wasn t a normal trip to the dealership. I am very pleased with my experience. I would recommend all of these employees for employees of the month!

Went in and was promptly greeted by Manny in the used car lot. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a truck and he wasted no time at all showing me all the models that fit my wish list. In under an hour we were doing the paperwork. He was polite and professional and made it an easy experience. Would 10/10 recommend him and Mak Haik to anyone looking to buy a car.

Easiest buying experience ever! Found the truck I wanted online, called the dealer to see if it was available. Within minutes they were working on the deal. Did everything over the phone, signed documents online and they delivered the truck to me! I live 2 hours away. Greatest service I ve ever received buying a vehicle!

Mac Haik Body Shop. I had a great experience. My service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. She, for real, went above and beyond. When I was unsure of an aspect of my claim process, she clarified it. I was kept informed. The quality of work was spot on. The paint matched. The turn around time was great. I purchased a pre-owned SUV from Mac Haik Ford. Brenda was my sales person. After we had the vehicle for a few days, my wife heard a very faint noise, e ded up being the front brake pads. David, the sales mgr made it right. I also decided to have them quote new tires. They beat Discount Tires on price. All in all, they exceeded our expectations.

He provided me with precise information regarding the repair of my vehicle and ensured I could follow along with the work being performed on my automobile. He assured me of when my car would be ready for pick up and my expected total amount for the repairs made. I was indeed satisfied and knew that should I require any more service to my vehicle, it would be performed satisfactorily.

Took my old(06) truck here for a safety recall. They asked if I had a ride home, and when I didn't they drove me. Then, when it was done, they delivered it back to me. That's top notch! When I'm ready to buy something new, I will definitely be shopping here

The service team was very professional. When my car was finished being serviced, Mr. Dennis MacDonald called and informed me that he'll be sending my car by valet, I was shocked. I asked if he was sure he didn't want me to come get it, and he said he was sure. What he didn't know was that I was very appreciative because I had surgery the day before, 10 out of 10.

Poor business, no call back, never got my plates, glued peace s together on the car I bought I asked them if this is supposed to be like this they lied and said yes just for sale, took car to a shop after buying 3,000 in repairs and they swore on everything it was a good car and they made repairs and asked me to cover the cost of the fixes I told them I couldn t and they kept pushed. I told them I have two babies and I really need the ace and hit to work they had it working when we test drive and said it works perfect and your kids will be safe and heat and ace does not work and the placed decoy buttons in the back to make it look like everything worked and when I pressed the ace button in the back they fell out.You want honesty and respect do not come here. So many other places that could give better products and not waist your time.

We were giving step by step logistics as to when we should expect our vehicle .
