Pulled in today. Had money ready for them to air one tire. My notification just popped up and I was headed to a funeral. Guy comes out. I tell him what I need. He yells NO AIR ON SATURDAY!! waving his hands all about.Thank GOD for QTs and their free air.

The foreign dude ripped me off. I only needed my hvac actuator replaced (took 10 mins) and my control arm replaced (took 20 mins) he told me 3hrs even though I watched them the whole time. They will give you a time frame and will completely not work on your car until the time frame was over(stupid). They charged me over 600 for services that will equal at least 200 to 300. But I was tryna rush and get it done asap so I took it. DONT GO THERE. Go somewhere elseServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Charged me $100 for an estimate without informing me ahead of time. Refused to return my car without payment for just checking on the issue. Horrible business practices. No signage about payment for estimates. Cannot be trusted.

Came to get my brakes done today and an Oil Change. After all work done heading home and the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before it even grabs to stop. Then my wife brings the Jeep to get the Oil Changed and when they are done they don t even close the hood all the way. It was flapping around when we got on to I35E.This was a good place to get work done on my cars. But now I ve Better find a new place now.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.

Usually go to the dealership to get oil changes. Went here get an oil change and air filter change. After leaving I noticed my engine light came on. Found out something to do with intake air flow system. Took it back for them (Naef, the manager) to fix what he broke. Engine light was off when i left, about 30 mins later it came back on. Found a place to tell me what was wrong, apparently when they changed my air filter they did something else. I called the manager and all he wanted to say was mistakes happens. Asked for the owner's name and number, he said he wasnt giving that information to me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I am currently seeking legal advice. This is absolutely crazy. They don't want to accept any accountability for THEIR MISTAKE!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This Kwik Kar in Desoto TX is okay now but the mechanics they had working there is young and most of them were just interested in flirting with to the customer instead of working the service was also okay it did take them longer to just do simple jobs.

I came into these guys multiple times. I feel like they have been doing more than just giving me an oil change. The last time a i went for an oil change, something in my car started leaking. I went back to them to check and they said it was my window washing fluid, which clearly wasn't leaking. And the guy didn't look good. He just pops the hood and goes, "looks like your washing fluid. I went to a different shop, and they told me it was my gasket. They replaced it for free. This Kwik Kar is very un professional and doesn't know what their talking about. I asked him about my mirror which was shaking and he told me i could get some kind of glue to keep it from shaking. But that doesn't make any sense because the piece that he told me to glue, when i pushed it down, it didn't stop shaking. They were ready to charge 500$ for a wheel bearings job that they didn't even really check. Horrible customer service. I'd recommend Goodyear over these clowns.

I have been using their service for years. Now they have an employee who display the confederate flag on the front and back of his truck. the truck is park where anyone can see it. I know 75% of the customers are black. It's Desoto.. I want be using the service again..The owner should know who they are hiring. Are do they know.(confederate flag is not wanting in Desoto Texas)..

Staff was not friendly and they are crooked on their prices... would not recommend to anyone... how does one rep sell me an air filter for 25 then the next rep sells the same filter to someone else for 15... never coming back again....

Employee seen sitting in the back seat of my car, putting his dirty ass shoes all over my recently deceased husband's belongings. Also had a person who was not dressed as a shop employee, seen hanging around two other identifiable employees, left pieces of my car not put back together. Unprofessional is too kind of a word to use.

I went here to do the inspection for my car service was pretty fast considering that they were pretty busy, it took about 20 minutes.

Literally just left and they left my hood open in my Mercedes Benz. I had to get out in the pouring rain a block away and properly close my hood after inspection!

Friendy people. Went on for an inspection every year they tell me I need wiper blades. Last time wipe blades fell off on the way home.

PUT WRONG OIL, OIL FILTER AND AIR FILTER IN MY TRUCK. OIL WAS DRIPPING OUT AS I WAS DRIVING AWAY.MANAGER TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS PHONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN.. NEVER GO BACK. UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES
