I wish I had good before pictures to show just how great of a job Otis did on my interior detail. He cleaned my seats so well that they re back to their original color (I forgot that my seats are actually black, not dark grey ). He was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. You can tell that he loves what he does and he s a pro at it. Don t look any further this is the detail spot you need to visit.

Otis and team did an amazing job detailing my 2008 car! I ve never had it detailed before. They literally took away all the stains on the seats and underneath the seats! Like WOW! It looks like a brand new car! It smells away better too! Wish I had photos of what it looked like before but trust me he got rid of my blue jeans stains! I definitely recommend IWillDetail, because Otis makes sure his customers are happy at the end of the day! Thank you again! I look forward to bringing my car back here again!

Mr Otis was super professional, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time with a car detailing experience and we were extremely pleased. It takes me a few hours to wash my car to have it swirl free. I took my car into the dealership to get fixed and told them not to wash it cause I know that they don't care about your car. They washed it anyways and left swirls everywhere. I contacted Otis we set up an appointment for the day after Christmas. What he did was great he left my car so shiny and swirl free. Just look at the pictures. Definitely go-to him. He has great prices and he'll teach you a thing or two. The guy knows his stuff. He's nice really communicative great guy overall. If your car is scratched up or swirled this is the guy.

I had to do a review! Otis knows his craft, and detailing is just that. After years of driving my car through auto washes letting those machines scratch and put swirls in the paint job it was only a matter of time for me to get it detailed. And I took my car to the best, and I'm glad I did. I have a black car which is tough to keep clean, scratches/swirls stand out very easily. Otis took care of all that had my car with a MIRROR FINISH!Thanks Otis,God Bless

Guys. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THIS MAN DID TO MY CAR!!!!First off. I'm a smoker. I'm messy by trait. I have two dogs and a cat that travel with me everywhere. I go camping in this car, and I eat in this car daily. Needless to say, I had a very dirty car that needed love and hasn't been cleaned in years. The business is at a residence. Otis is the owner of this company. It's locally and privately owned. He spends as much time needed making sure your car is cleaned to his standards. This amazing man, Otis, spent an entire day giving my car love. He cleaned the nooks and crannys. Got 95% of the stains out that most places told me wouldn't come out. He gives amazing customer service. I will never go anywhere else. He is worth every penny. Please support your local businesses that provide excellent service. Mr. Otis was so, so kind and professional to me and my husband. He was sweet enough to ferry us back to our apartment while he worked on our car, and then the poor guy had to come back to get us! His work is beautiful and hes extremely detail-oriented and passionate about what he does, and you can tell. 10/10 recommend and one of the best small businesses I've seen.

Dropped a car off that had a very strong mildew smell coming from the carpet. Mr. Otis was able to rid the smell completely when no one else could. He even took the seats and the carpet out to inspect and deal with the problem. Car smells and looks brand new now. If you want your car detailed by someone who truly cares about his customers, call Otis.

Mr. Otis did a great job on my F-450. It's a lot of truck and I didn't make it easy on them. I drive for a living so my truck was filthy. Not to mention it had about a year's worth of German Shepherd hair in it and he got every last bit out. My truck looks great now and I really appreciate the time and effort that went into getting it this way!

I had tried to cover up a scuff mark on my truck with some stuff I got but i guess I didn t do it right and in the sun you could definitely see the streak marks and I couldn t find anything to bring back the shine but I took my truck to Otis and he wet sanded and polished it to bring back that beautiful shine. Couldn t thank him enough for the job well done as well as teaching me exactly what he was doing so if I take my truck anywhere else I won t get ripped off. Definitely loved the great conversation as well. As well as great affordable pricing as well.

Otis did a beautiful job on my Corolla. The front driver's seat was incredibly muddy, and the whole car ended up looking like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. After a weekend out in dirt roads the truck was a mess. We had settled that it will take him three hours it took him a little bit longer but he did an amazing job couldn't be prouder when I got the truck back.

Great service. The owner is very friendly and explains the process very well. The booking process is very simple, it's all online and you can pay online or on site with a credit card. I got an interior detail and the results are amazing.

Took my SUV to Mr Otis to remove odor from spilled milk on my carpet. Met Mr Otis for the first time and felt like I have known him for years. He made me feel at ease that he would be able to remove smell out of my SUV and did just that. Not only was Mr Otis professional & deligent, but the work was completed as scheduled and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend IWillDetail for any Car Care cleaning/ and or Detail needs.

We came here because our car was in really bad shape. Our car was full of mold, bugs and dirt. Otis was so helpful and professional throughout the entire process. His customer service is one of a kind. He got the bugs, the dirt and the mold out!! After sitting so long with mold our car smells amazing! It looks like a brand new vehicle! We couldn t be happier with his service and if we ever need any help again we will be calling him!! Thank you Otis for all your help!!

I went this morning and got my car detailed in the inside. Mr. Otis was very nice, knowledgeable and respectful. The inside of my car looks awesome and I definitely recommend. His prices are legit and he takes his time to make sure you leave happy. Great customer service and I'll be back.

Otis did a good job with sanitation of my vehicle. Had engine replaced and my car sat up for a month at shop. During time rodents got in car. He did a great job of locating nest cleaning and disinfecting the car. Car smells really good and no harsh particles in the air. His worker did break a piece off the lighter but overall satisfaction was good.Services: Upholstery cleaning, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

I got my Chevy Tahoe detailed here and it looks fantastic. I've taken it to a few other places and wasn't really impressed, but after taking it to Mr. Otis, I will never go anywhere else. My mouth literally dropped when I first saw it - it looks better than when I bought it brand new! Mr. Otis answered all my questions and gave me some great advice on how to keep it looking fresh. I also had some scratches on the door from my kids and wife parking at the grocery store, he got them right out without any problems. Otis worked meticulously on this vehicle, it took a full day but it was worth every cent. So, I'm glad I chose to get my car detailed there. I m already scheduling my next appointment for my other cars. This man is a clean FREAK, best in DFW, maybe in Texas. Thank you so much!

Otis was fantastic! I got my crossover detailed at I Will Detail for an incredibly reasonable price and Otis even did more! I had a huge scratch on my bumper and he made it look good as new for no extra cost at all (our car dealership quoted us on around $800 to fix the scratch...). There was also some throw up in my car that smelled AWFUL and Otis cleaned that right up and now it smells great. Otis also sent me a video of everything he was doing when he detailed it. I picked up my car and it was sparkly clean on the inside and out. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend IWillDetail to anyone!

My car looks like new! Otis is great, very friendly and kind. I am going to sell my car so I needed it as clean and new looking as possible. It is all shiny and clean, ready to sell. Literally the cleanest my car has ever been. My engine looks great too. Can't say enough good things about this business. They went above and beyond. Very very happy. Definitely recommend!

Otis does a very good job detailing vehicles I could tell that he has a lot of knowledge and he enjoys what he does. So he really takes his time into giving you a very clean car when you pick it up. Very well worth the money for his service. Definitely give him a try. Also recommend that you allow him to remove the car seats as it gives you a more thorough cleaning

I scheduled an appointment with Otis for 7 am on a Saturday. Since that appointment time was available when booking online. When I arrived I was told since the there was no light out that would push back the completion time. I wasn t able to get my car until 11:30am. Even with the extra time the quality of detailing did not match the price of service 129.00. I pointed out my disappointment in the level of service I received, to his credit Mr. Otis knock the price down to 99 dollars. I m sorry for 129 dollars and half my day without a car I expected a lot more.Service: Auto detailing
