Friendly service at this location! Kevin assisted me and was very polite and mild mannered! Waiting on a Saturday morning to get tires will take about an hour. Even with all team members on the move, the amount of people makes it take a while. They have music playing in the service bays and you can sometimes hear a member singing! Busy location but good service!! It is better to drop off the vehicle and come back in 2 hours!!!

Sometimes a business deserves some consideration for all the times they met or exceeded expectations. With so many business impacted by personnel shortages the best scenario just doesn't occur. I deleted a previous review and gave them another chance. Once again I was in and out quickly. Inside personnel was thin but the manager was handling it with 2 other team members like a pro. He actually assisted me on my previous visit and made some tire recommendations that came with minimum mileage guarantees. Also walked me through pricing and rating options. He explained things well and was extremely courteous. I felt valued as a customer.

Nothing but the best. I was on my way out of town for a work trip when my tire light came on. This location was the closet to where I was and it my experience couldn't have been any better. They got me in immediately, reassured me that everything was able to repaired in a timely manner and I was back on the road in no time. Would 1000% this location to anybody needing any tire services. Their staff went above and beyond.

Thank you ,thank you ,thank you to MR J CRAIG !!! Great Customer service I can t Thank you enough! A little about my self a small guy in a large world with a (SCI) wheelchair user no appointment just pulled up into a parking spot not even 2 minutes and he was already walking out the door to help me back out on to the road without Hesitation thank you for taking the extra step it makes a whole world of difference

I had a great experience. I needed 7 new tires for my Ram 3500. They found the Michellins I was looking for and had them delivered later that day. I had them put on the next morning and took only 45min and ready to go. Definitely will go back to them when I need tires again

I came in for 1 tire and after inspection I needed 4 tires. Alex took great care of me and was extremely helpful and patient. They were amazing and the customer service was absolutely outstanding! I couldn't ask for better service. Once I got the payment information, it was within minutes they had me out the door. Thank you for taking time and not rushing me and displaying compassion and care. This is my go to spot and I love my new Michelin defender ltx m/s2 tires. My ride is so much smoother! Thanks for making the difference!Wanda

Great customer service here. I give it 5 stars for the customer service it's just the best and sometimes the wait is not bad if you have great customer service. I want to thank Craig for his helpful service great person. It was a Monday and they already had line like it was running a special on tires lol. But the service is 100 and the people are helpful. Took them some donuts to thank them for helping me out and for showing up so early.

nail in one tire, flat fixed for free. spot of thread missing on another, got the pro rated price on that one. transferred the account from previous owner of the tire package. they made it easy peasy.

Just got two tires replaced on front of car. I tried to remove the tire and found 3 of the nuts on one side were stripped; one broke a lug nut. How hard is it to put some nuts on properly?Update:The store would only take responsibility for one wheel, but they messed up two of them. They then sent me to another city down the highway to get the wheel fixed. I am still waiting for 24 hours now to get any word back from this place to find out how much I now have to pay to fix Discount Tire's bad work.The other place didnt even have the part to fix the rear tire; they just broke the lug off and left it like that! Discount Tire is 100% at fault, but I am left with the problem they made. Never Again!

Kevin and Josh really helped us out. We had a 4 hour drive and noticed two of our tires were low so we came in to get them patched. They noticed the tread was low on the front tires, so I decided it was a good time to buy tires too. Got a great deal on the tires. The guys got us fixed up, rotated, balanced, saved the back tire that just needed patching, and we were on our way in less than an hour. Thanks, guys!

It's a tight month this month and I found a nail in my tire and so I decided to come to this location to get it filled before my busy day, upon inspecting it they found 3 nails too close to fix.... Eric and his Co workers managed to find a spare used tire so I could have time to gather the funds to replace it and get me in and out in under 45 min. I've always used discount and acts like this keep me a loyal tire customer <3 Thank you discount desoto!!!!!

Waited 3 hours for a flat. Craig was super rude. No concern for my time. This location has also cross threaded myTires several times causing broken lug nuts.

We were on our way for a wedding, realized we had a flat tire. We went to these guys and they had us back on the road within an hour with a tire patch. We go to ask for our bill and it was free! Blew our minds how quick and efficient they were! Definitely recommend

I came here for them to replace two tires cause the other two was still in spec. As soon as I drive off the tire pressure light came on. Come back today for them to correct it the guy said it was leaking from the new tire valve stem. He suppose to correct that, drive off again same thing tire pressure light on I told that guy you guys damaged my tire pressure sensor and it want recalibrate he tried to tell me to drive around I told him check the calibration on my sensor cause what you talking about is game. Found out the tire pressure sensor is damaged on the new tire but now they closed. I got to come back three times never again. You got to watch this discount tire store they are full of games. Tried to sell me some windshield wipers hell get the tire part together first. I didn't come here for that.

Tire sensor light came on for second time in a week, do decided to have then do a check to see if it was one of the tire or a bad sensor. They found a nail in tire and fixed it. Since they were buy, was in and out in 50 minutes.

Called 10 minutes before I got there. They checked me in and when I pulled up a tech greeted me at my car by name and took my keys and within 20 minutes I was out of there. Top notch service here. Highly recommend going here. Just call a little ahead and they've got you covered.

Clean, relaxing reception area. Excellent and very quick service this Monday morning! I purchased a set of 4 tires. Caucasian sales guy at front office was very nice. Helped me select best tire brand for my car and got the promotional discount for me. Sent in my car to technicians and it was out in less than 30 minutes! Amazing! I definitely recommend this shop.

I called first before I went in today 45 min promise to get my tires rotated and balanced before I came in time is important to me. I have those sensors in my truck they when kind enough to program them each wheel to its current position. I watch them from the window and they torque each wheel also. Overall, I ll give them an A+
