I will say the wait was 3.5 hours; I won't harp on that because I do know Saturdays are busy. When I got there, there were already 8 cars ahead of me. Jeff was my guy who took my car and he's always very friendly and courteous. I love coming here and I've gotten my last two cars from here.

I have received the best services twice. Once was in 2018, and it was a pre-owned. I went again and Mr. Larry worked well with me as well as Mr. David, they worked they jelly to get me in a new car this year in February 2024. Thanks, fellas, for all your help and for all the hard work y'all done for me have a good one. Thanks again.

Best experience buying a car I've ever had. The sales manager Dave and our salesman Bryan were amazing!! The entire process was so pleasant (how often can you say that when buying a car).I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're thinking of buying a new car!

What a amazing experience I had at Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet!! If I could rate them higher than a 5 star, I'd give it a 10/10. Jeff Sorrels was the salesman I worked with. He treated me like family! I'm a single mom and it is very hard to trust people. He went over and beyond to make sure I made the best decision for me and my Son. The whole team was amazing and I cannot be more thankful for each and every person who helped me during the process. If you are looking to buy a new ride, go see Jeff! You will not be disappointed! Family oriented.. honest.. and trustworthy!!!

Don't use the body shop! I went in for an estimate on 12/27. Spoke to Ray, I was told it would be about a 2 week repair. Once the vehicle is dropped off they would tear it down. Set an appointment to drop off on 1/2. I explained to Ray I am a claims adjuster and have been doing this for quite some time he said I understand. I dropped the car off at my appt. I call back on Friday the 5th. Spoke to Ray asked for updates and he had none. Told me they ordered parts but had not torn the car down. I tried to discuss delays and he raised his voice and tried to over talk me. I picked up my car. Spoke to Anna on Friday when I picked up and she talked me into bringing it back on today the 8th. I called before to see if the parts had arrived I spoke to Ray because Anna was not in. This man needs some customer service classes. I asked when were the parts expected to be there and he said they don't order parts until they tear down. So when I asked about the lies he suggested I find another shop. Needless to say that was already in the process on Friday. Given the opportunity to apologize and make a wrong a right Ray would rather you not do business there. No problem my money goes where I am respected.

The process was very quick and painless. I wasn t sure about what I really wanted and Roger was very patient and helped me get into my budget. Finance guy was super nice and cheerful.

Brought my mothers car up for her first oil change and rotation of tires, had an appointment because without one the service guy said it would be 2-3 hours and making an appointment would be better. Appointment was at 10 but we arrived at 9:15, still waiting at 10:45. Free is not always better. I would have paid someone to do these rather than sit for two hours. Just FYI.

Luis made my car purchase the BEST one yet! We actually drove into the wrong dealership and as we were turning around, he was already walking up to the truck to greet us. We had gone to two dealerships before entering the parking lot at Chuck Fairbanks and either had a bad experience off the bat, or didn t like the numbers we were being told. One even saying, we wouldn t find anything better anywhere else . We explained our situation to Luis and he was honest and upfront with us from the beginning. He made it work with the numbers we told him and the type of vehicle we were looking for!!! And a few hours later, we had a 2020 Chevy Malibu! Everyone else was friendly as well that worked there. I ve never walked in and out of a dealership so happy! Definitely recommend anyone and everyone to Luis at Chuck Fairbanks! We ll for sure be coming back to him for any future purchases!

When I phoned in and spoke with Jeff, he allowed me to explain what my car was doing and listened to my concern. He gave me a suggestion to bring my car in and have my battery checked (which could be done while waiting depending on the time of the day) prior to any other tests. When I arrived the next day, Ryan was understanding and professional with listening to me and my worry and concern as this was my only car. Ryan was able to explain and thankfully it was just my battery so we were able to replace and get back on the road.

I took my car to Chuck Fairbank on 10/28/23 because the check engine lite came on in my 2019 Chev Corvette with 17,417 mile on it. Come to find out that a bad sensor to the Cadillac converter was bad. Now this was on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. The Service Advisor promise me my car will be ready bye 10/30/23 or 11/1/23. I call the Dealership on the 11/2/23 and said he couldn't find my car in the dealership yard and i said it's there because i left it there. So i hung up the phone. So an hour later the Dealership Service Advisor call me back and said he found my car way in the back yard. Come to find out what happen was that he written down the wrong informations on my car on the Computer. In the mean time i started to call Onstar to locate my car but i didn't. I told him while the car was there just give me an oil change. Really i didn't needed it because i had 2,000 mile togo before it was due. the Dealership advisor call me on 11/1/23 and said my car will be ready 11/2/23 or 11/3/23. So on this coming Friday which was 11/4/23. I call the Service Advisor and he said my car won't be ready until 11/6/23 or 11/7/23 because they don't have the Sensor in stock because it had tobe order. That's bull @hit.The Service Advisor said the Sensor would come under warranty and all i had todo was paid for labor. I had to paid $165.00 up front before leaving the Dealership that day. I hope my car will be ready this coming Monday to Tuesday. This is my 2nd Corvette that's i have brought from this Dealership. Just for U'all to know, i am 79 yrs old and very patient but i think i won't be going back to this Dealership. I am very honest & truefull about this whole ordeal.

Bought an 80 k Tahoe less than year ago from them , already had to have 3 different electronic parts replaced, this time they would not give loaner, so having to drive it with many functions not available

The service manager that helped me, David (Blake) Blakely, was outstanding - likely the best that I have ever worked with. All other employees at Chuck Fairbanks were also friendly and helpful. The most impressive aspect was that they seemed motivated to help me and not just to try to find ways to squeeze money from me like many other dealerships service departments I ve used. I will go back to Chuck Fairbanks!

I brought my car in because another dealership find an issue with my car. So since all my work on the car been done by y all I brought it to y all to check out and fix . After me calling and setting up an appointment date to drop it off. The morning of the drop off date my wife call and they tell her they re not an appointment set for that date. This is the second time this has happened before . So after I call they finally get me an appointment for the next day and give me an excuse about the person was new that she talked to about my appointment. The guy that s called my back and was been disrespectful to my wife. It s best to find a new dealership with better customer service,

Best used car buying experience I have ever had. Luis was a wonderful salesman, very knowledgeable and honest. That is very hard to find in a car dealer. The sales managers and finance managers were also very nice and helpful and did not try to sell me extras I didn't want. They got me the interest rate I was expecting and then some. I even called the service department later to get the service records for the car and were super nice and helpful as well as honest in that department as well. Overall, this was the best Chevy dealership I have been to in the DFW metroplex.

I ve bought a used suv from here about 2months ago worst mistake! First week, I found out two wheels are bent and they couldn t do anything about it then noticed a crack on windshield I didn t notice before my mistake for not looking also it didn t even have a windshield wiper, maybe that s what caused the crack! Now it s about 10 long The a/c stopped working not even two months from buying here there is a squeaking on the breaks it s like I had bought a vehicle from a small lot I was planning on buying all my business trucks here, no way I will make that mistake!! I don t do reviews, but I had to for this place My recommendation go to another dealership, I m sure they were aware of all these flaws.

Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Joe Romero made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company. I went in to pick up a Hose I had ordered to put on myself so my car would stop singing, this was around 4:30 pm in the afternoon. I had asked the guy in service would it be possible for me to put it on without any problems, he said hold on and went and asked for of the mechanics in the back, he returned and said the mechanic would put it on for me if I like, gave me a price I said really because it was right at closing time, I said ok he did it in 20 minutes. I was a very happy customer because my Rosie (Car) had been singing to me since June 6, 2023 and she was getting on my nerves. Thank You Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet!

Blake and the rest of the team at the service center were wonderful, attentive, listened to me, and carried themselves with a helpful sense of urgency that made me feel like I was good hands.Unfortunately, I had some difficult experiences with other shops. I explained the issue my car had been displaying ( 16 Malibu had been displayed an engine reduced power message and I replaced the throttle body on the advice of one shop and nearly replaced parts of it after being led to believe it was incorrectly installed from another shop). They brought to my attention that other cars had experienced this issue as well and that it was from a sensor in the accelerator. I was appreciative that they brought it up to me as others hadn t even though I m sure they had the ability to inform me of that. Anyway, I was fortunate enough to have a service done right there with little wait considering I was on the side of road 16 minutes earlier. They saw me in need and was able to help me out so I could continue about my work day. If you guys read this, I just want to say thank you again for your kind service. I ll definitely remember that in the future.

I was very happy with the service and overall customer care I received. Jeff was great from the time I pulled up. The employees behind the counter when I was checking out were excellent. I wish I could remember their names to give them their due acknowledgment. I definitely recommend going here for vehicle services.Update: It s a new year coming here, and I'm still loving it. My daughter says I should go to a closer location. I would rather stick with my location because the people and service are excellent. The drive is definitely worth it!Update: I won't change anything about this place. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. They are always helpful and friendly. I've moved further away from where I was living before, and I still make this drive. They are awesome!!
