I came to the shop for oil change and state inspection. My oil was changed but I was sent away to have a "leak from the power steering hose" repaired. The manager of the shop said that would cause me not to pass the inspection. I went down the street to a transmission shop to have it repaired. At that shop, I was told there was no leak just oil spilled. They told me they cleaned up the oil, and I was told the car, a late model Honda, was in great condition. I again returned to the Champion shop to have the state inspection. Again the Champion's shop manager (heavy set Hispanic man) told me the car would not pass for the same reasons but he would go through the motions and fail it. Today, I checked with the Honda dealership and was told a "leak from the power steering hose" would not cause the car to be rejected for the inspection sticker.If I could give zero stars I would but you have to give one to post.

The manager was extremely rude. I normally come here for oil changes and inspections. I had an accident in my vehicle the previous day, and I asked what is required to work for an inspection? He automatically insinuated that I was asking him to do something illegal. And told me I had to go somewhere else. He had a very nasty attitude. I still have about 15 or more days to make my car ready to pass inspection, if needed. I m no fool, I m not going to pay for an inspection knowing that it want pass, which is the reason that I asked. It was an honest question that he blew out of proportion. A lost customer for life. I now understand why they have a high turnover in mechanics. They never have the same mechanics. One star is really giving too much credit.Dissatisfied customer

I usually go to this place all of the time for my oil changes, but today, I had a bad experience. I pulled up behind another vehicle in bay 2, and waited for my turn. The car in front of me left and the attendant ushered me to pull into the bay. My car was in park so it took me a few seconds to pull in, since I had to switch to drive. When I pulled in, another attendant told me that I was supposed to wait for an attendant, before I pulled in. I informed him that the other attendant ushered for me to pull in. He proceeds to say that I took too long to pull in and that the attendant left and that I should have waited. He then says that I was sleeping or something and wasn t paying attention. First of all, I was NOT sleeping and I was paying attention. Second of all, it took me a few SECONDS to pull in. Third of all, what does that have to do with you servicing my vehicle? The fact that the employees couldn t wait for a few SECONDS for me to pull in shows a lack of patience and customer service skills. I was very upset and I ended up leaving. While I was leaving the two attendants began talking about me, where I could still hear them. Very unprofessional and I won t be back because of this single experience. It was a heavyset Hispanic guy and a thin black guy.

It's a very small place however, the staff were very friendly. I spent about an hr and a half longer than I wanted to be there (hence 3 stars) as they did not have the air filter for my vehicle (Rover) but they worked hard to get it for me before I left. Overall, I would go back but only after calling to make sure they have what is needed for my vehicle..

It's the worst inspection place I've ever been to they are failing brand new cars and they have poor customer service

Arrived at 10am 3rd car in line, first 2 cars enter the bay, I'm told to park behind bay 1. 3 more cars arrive 20 min after me. Car in bay 2 finished in 30 mins, they waive the cars in behind me into bay 2 and I ask, how are you servicing the cars? first come first serve? I let him know I was sitting and waiting before they arrived, his answer was I will get to you. No you wont, I will make sure to take my 5 cars a month somewhere else where I don't have to wait an excessive amount of time. Not to mention the other issues like not tightening my oil filter and then tell me I have a oil pan leak. Or strip my oil plug and tell me I have a rear main seal leak. The quality of service at this place is spotty at best, i was using it based on the location of the shop to my home. No more, Good Luck!

This has been my go to place for maintenence and inspections for years. I actually passed up another place because I wanted to get my inspection done here which is also close to home. Gentleman comes up to me after I pull in and asks what I need, when I informed him that I needed an inspection, he said we're not doing them today. We only have to people here, sorry we're not doing them. This is a first...I've been coming here for years. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I had a 15 minute wait, not too bad could be better, but the service was great, the technician took care of my oil change and even took care of the tire monitor light, reset the oil life and used the proper fluids! I do recommend this location

I had a good impression of the place, I bring 2 cars for inspection and oil change, the inspection always passes, today they did not want to do it because they said that the windows were very dark... and they are the same as every year. ..what happens then?

I drove there for my car inspection. Once I walked inside nobody was there so I walked out and looked into the garage area. I asked if anyone was able to assist me inside, the guy blurted out and said we are the only two working here. we have not ate we need more employees . Maybe try again later. I never got greeted never gotten an apology very unprofessional. I won t be going back there ever highly not recommended. bare minimum I could ve at least gotten a professional greeting

It is really difficult to get good customer service these days. The team at Champion Express were outstanding. They didn t over sell me on additional services; however, they did provide the oil change and recommended the necessary maintenances. My tech was very nice and professional. Even asked me questions before getting started. Even though the reviews scared me I gave it a chance anyway. I had a great experience. I stayed in my car the whole time while getting served!!

I went there to get the oil changed on my dad's truck. They did a good job and explained everything to me. I went home and got my Volkswagen and got the oil changed in it also. The prices are not bad, I believe you usually get what you pay for. While I was there, a lady told me she had been going there for several years, and always got good service.. I will go back next time I need service.

I see all of the great reviews -- which is what made me come here -- and think how nice it would have been to actually get that type of service. I pulled in at 5:38pm and they told me that they closed at 6pm and already had people in front of me and I'd have to come back another day. The helper was trying to get the manager to let me get in line but the manager was adamant that he had to shut the doors at 6pm. Not the kind of customer service most of these reviews portray and not the kind of service that I'll spend any of my money at a place like that. I went elsewhere, (their competitor in Duncanville) got there 5 minutes before they closed, and they took me in and finished about 20 minutes after they closed. They then thanked me for my business. THAT is customer service, not what I experienced here.

Been a customer at this location for several years. But today was met by a rude tech who chastised me because the driver's door handle was broken. He said I should have told him it was broken, but there were 3-4 techs on duty. You never know which one will end up with your car. When I suggested I could take my car somewhere else, he said, "Take it on down the road." So, I did!Service: Oil change

I had a very good experience my first time here however I went back the 2nd time and was met by a very rude employee that drives the black bmw. Patrick (who is amazing everytime) was doing my oil change and the other worker seemed to be disturbed by where he told me to park. Instead of parking his car correctly he starts talking crazy and rolling his eyes at me like a little girl. Will not be back but want to warn others if you want someone talking to you crazy and around your car then this is the place to be.

I went to get an inspection and was told that my car wouldn t pass because of broken tail light. The light still worked and everything, but he told me because it was an electrical problem he wouldn t pass me. I then went right down the street and got my inspection with broken light and no problems.

Went to Champion to get oil change on my Mercedes-Benz and spoke to Adam. He said he didn t have but would order and have in no time. I couldn t believe how fast it arrived. He was friendly while I waited and it took no time to change after it arrived. Did I say this was in 106 degree heat. Adam is always friendly and helpful whenever I go to Champion. That s why I continue to go there for the customer service and helpfulness of the staff.Service: Oil change

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was quoted $79 for an oil change and after work was completed, they charged $120+ and would not honor the price the first technician quoted (due to them adding 2 quarts more - without consulting me). POOR CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE!!! Totally regret not taking this to my usual - SEWELL!!! NEVER AGAIN!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My visit today was very pleasant. My coupon was expired and I was still allowed to use it. Every time I take my car I have a really great experience. I appreciate the gentleman that work there. They are professional and most helpful.

Usually when I get oil change I've had no issues however my last visit the older gentleman I spoke to was very rude. He told me to pull my car behind one of the bays for service. Then three other cars came up two to my left and one to the right. The car to my left got service then the next car was going in so I asked when would I get my oil changed as now two people have been serviced that came after me. I was told it's first come first served. EXACTLY I was first come but now two people have gone before me. He then stated that he has no control over when people ask for more than what they originally state they need done and the the shop is open every day till 6:00 pm if I want to come back. Negative I will be going to National All Pro Quick Lube ~ same price, professional and quick! Even better they clean windows and vacuum

I came in for an oil change due to the location being so convenient and I should ve just gone to my regular place. After I left my car started making a crazy noise it s never made before and my oil light kept coming on and off. Come to find out when I got an oil change they never even put any oil in my car LOL. I go back to the location to speak to the manager and he says at first he would reimburse me if I had the receipt... I show him the receipt and he then says never mind he won t reimburse me because and I quote it wasn t their fault . He then goes on to say he will give me a $10 off coupon, as if I want to ever get anything done there again. Worst experience and I understand completely why people don t want to do business here. Stay away if you care about your car.

Great place 1st time not doing my oil change by myself. Service is fast and the people are friendly. Coffee is fresh too. I was skeptical about oil lube places, but with this one im confident that you will be satisfied with their work.
