One of the few body shops in DFW willing to do custom work at fair prices without sacrificing quality.Most importantly to me they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely slow!!!!!!! I went here for upholstery and carpet for my 1977 f-250. It took them 3 years to complete the job. This shop takes your money and then works on other people vehicles. You literally have to keep showing up in order to get your vehicle worked on, they only touch it in your presence. I also got new seats installed but left the old seat belts so I can t buckle up. When I asked him to fix it he brought out 2 mix match silver pieces and told me nobody is going to see it when I jokingly said don t take 1 year to fix it he walked off and said get somebody else to fix it, he doesn t like how he is being treated lol. Heads up to everyone just find another shop

Stay Away! Horrible customer service, he scam my insurance company. I told him not to do it and he still did it. Now my insurance went up. Run away!

After waiting weeks for service after an appointment was made when I prepaid for the services, they refused to do any work on truck because they did very substandard repairs on our other vehicle, I was refunded $4525.00 but my time wasted is just gone like the $2000 spent on the substandard repairs

Caddy s Customs did an excellent job on my vehicle. They installed a whole gang of bolt on parts for me and created a custom switch panel to control those items. Most people that get in my car think that the switch panel is factory (just what I wanted!).Aside from doing brilliant work (already known), Caddy and his family run an extraordinary professional business. I got a quick and accurate quote, was told to drop off my vehicle on a Monday and pick it up Friday. Bianca called me with updates on Wednesday, I stopped by and took a peek at the vehicle on Thursday; they called me Friday morning to pick up my vehicle.Caddy s prices were extremely fair considering his reputation for greatness. I thought it was going to cost nearly double what I paid, although I do think he gave me a hook up (don t ask why).I can t say enough about this place. If you need anything for your car from door ding repair to full on SEMA build Caddy s got you covered.

I gave these guys a bad review about 2 weeks ago when the paint on my brake caliper began to chip about 3 months after I had Caddy s Customs paint it. So I left a bad review thinking that it would never get resolved and I didn t even attempt to reach out to them. They reached out to me on my review and told me to call them. After I called them I they told me to bring my car in so they could make it right. They repainted it at no cost to me and kept me updated on the progress. The messed up part about the whole thing is that the paint didn t chip due to poor work. After calling the place that does my tire rotations they admitted that the paint chipped while they were working on my car. I was wrong to give Caddy s Customs a bad review and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

My Bentley was repaired here w/o my knowledge after my driver had a mysterious accident in it. The only way I found out was when I got the car out of storage for an event. My Bentley was immaculate with a busted license plate! Apparently it had been rear ended! I found out that Caddy repaired the bumper; my driver only had a hand written receipt for $600 in repairs so I went to their office in Desoto to ask for an invoice. I wanted to see a detail of what was done to my Bentley for $600 and told them I was concerned about insurance fraud. Caddy and the receptionist yelled at me saying they would not give me an invoice! I stressed that I was the owner of the vehicle and this fat woman joined Caddy and the receptionist to tell me they would not give me an invoice! Stay away from these people! They will take any car, fix it up and let it go without verifying ownership then tell the real owner to get out of their office for asking questions

Was told my cousins convertible would be done before July 31st... Its Aug 24th... Was told they would send him pictures of the progress... No pictures yet... I recommended caddy's custom on the word of a trusted friend... Yep disappointed.

So, this place is super cool. If you have the money and want your ride tricked out, I would definitely suggest you take a close look at this establishment. Just in looking at what's parked out front, you will realize that these guys and girls are professionals and respected.

So Caddy has had my dad's car for about four years. It has collected dust and he has not touched the car besides a paint job, changing out the seats (something my dad told him not to do) and a few little tweaks. Besides that, nothing. You can barely see inside the car from how much dust it has collected over the years. My brother was in the military and he died. The money we got from him was used to buy the car and pay Caddy to do it. My dad paid him and deposited extra money for them to use for the car. But even then they had him go buy car parts for this car. When my dad begged them to stop working on the car and just give him the rest of his money back, he refused and told him he'd get it done over and over again. My dad begged them to finish his car up until last year of May, when he died. Now that it has been year, he still has not touched the car.

So I just call Caddy Customs today wanting to do LS swap...they told me that an order to do this,they would have to do a restoration...I have a 85 C10...the truck doesn t need a restoration.I appreciate the response back,but the reason why I asked about you guys doing an LS swap ,was because I saw a video that y all posted on July 17,2017...shop tour 2, and the young man said something alone the lines that his son did this LS swap on this 73 impala...did y all restoring that car?
