Probably the worst place ever . I should ve decided to get my first car somewhere else . I sent my car in them to get fixed a total of 4 times and they ruined more things. The mechanical people in there are rude and they like to talk mess. So my horror story with this place began whenever I got my car the first year and I had to pay for my battery to be fixed ,literally the first year as soon as I got it out the shop they destroyed my gearshift and told me they will not fix it and that I have to pay For it. and then the next year when I had to get my spark plug, they ruined the front part of my car and they caused an interior problem that I still had to pay $800 (i took it to my local shop and they informed me about the damage). I lost my mom a couple months ago and having to pay other stuff just for them to want me to pay for what they ruined . Just get your car somewhere else. This place isn t worth it and the only people who are nice would be Laticia and, Miss Tammy.i also got pulled over and the said this license plate was reported stolen

If your credit is not good then they will try to give you the lemons/ or buckets as if you have money to waste Tom is fake and lease the car I told them I wanted to someone else right under the sales person nose . So I went through 3 cars they picked out for me which was trash and I know my worth I finally acquired about a Nissan that was clean and ran good I wanted it. Seeing that the finance manager was taking care of another customer I need to go take care of something important before business hours were over so I specifically ask if they could draw up the paperwork and if it was ok if I left and I was for sure coming back the young lady checked Tom said it was ok when I left I called multiple times to assure that I was coming back so one time I called Tom answer and I asked did you guys draw up the paperwork he then said on which car and I told him he said I'm going to have some one call you back no one never called back so I called back and was told that they sold the car while my sales person was on lunch break Tom is fake and didn't trust that I would make my payments and didn't keep his word I see it as I dodged a bullet he was upset because he didn't think I would lift up the hood or test drive them all because I'm a woman and was by myself wrong I know plenty about cars and my worth Tom ask yourself would you sell your kids what you tried to sell me that day

If I could leave a -5 stars I would. This dealership is not ONLY a rip off, but they're THIEVES too. We left our vehicle there to get it looked at due to needing repairs and their broke ahh EMPLOYEES like to rummage through their customers cars and steal the car battery AND my airpods. I will definitely be reporting this dealership to the BBB and I hope this place goes out of business. Do NOT visit this establishment and purchase a car from them, they also sell lemons. Take your business elsewhere, better yet, go to AutoUSA. They work with bad credit AND they sell nicer vehicles.

This Byrider is run by trustworthy people unlike other ones. Anything they tell you is the truth and they aren t in the business of gouging clients unlike the smaller city Byriders I ve experienced through friends. I wholeheartedly support and agree with this company. If they could get a new vehicle I d buy my next one through them 100%!!!

Byrider is the biggest scam alive . They lied about my repairs and how much I would have to put down in order to fix my repairs they sold me a car with bad a/c and my back left window wouldn t come down . My motor blew out and they told me I would have to pay 300 to get started fixing and 300 to pickup when done ( ms.tammy ) told me that. I ve been dealing with a new guy named roderick and he changed the price and told me I would have to pay 400 to get started and 400 to pick up and everything else would be paid on the back end . I paid the 400 and waited a week and half just for Roderick to tell me they haven t been working on my car and I would now have to pay 900 total before they even touch my car . These car salesmen don t care and lie to get what they want you better Off going to a real dealership that will be honest .

5 stars well deserved. The salesman, finance team, owner - all amazing professionals (very straightforward & I appreciated that) who were very helpful. Short term loan, affordable & I m very happy with my new car.

My friend has a car here and she was only 3 days past due, these people told her that she has to come in to make a payment and that they will have to check the millage on the vehicle. Do not go here to purchase a vehicle. This doesn't make since to me. I'm glad she told me because I am looking for my daughter a car. I will try my luck somewhere else!!!!!! Then on top of that, the mf was rude because she was late, it was a man, then she went in and they were rude in person. Thanks for letting me know about this place!!!!

Came in with a mission to leave with a car, due to my other blowing a head gasket and the mechanic wanting to pay nearly $5,000 to fix it. I was referred to Adam to get that mission done and Adam did not disappoint. He help and made the whole process fast. And with the in house financing was the better fit for me. All in all good productive work was done today.

My car is a great car but the manager Latisha or whatever her name is, has bad customer service. She constantly harass customers when trying to make payment. She states that you can't even be 24 hours late for your payment due to conflicting work hours or delayed pay due to holidays. She has an attitude all the time. She doesn't greet customers properly upon arrival. I tried to make a payment on yesterday and she wouldn't accept my card due to her wanting to know why I couldn't make the payment the day before, was threatening to repossess my car for payment only 24 hours late, I'm not behind on payments but getting harassed as if I'm a month late. Overall this place would be a great place but this one bad apple that you have contacting customers for payment ruins it for the whole establishment. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday in regards to this matter. - Yaketha

Been with byrider since 2018 paid off 2 cars and just recently got my 3rd car through them. Mr Adam gets me together EVERY-TIME and very knowledgeable in sales he s going to go above and beyond for you to get what you want if not close too.!!!! Finance work with you as long as you communicate with them (shout out to Ms Tammy and the team) as well as service center (Tina, Robbie and the team) when it comes to making sure your vehicle runs properly NO HALF STEPPING.! Not going to find another place that ll work with you in every way possible to make sure you re happy and meet your needs.!! I ll chose you guys A THOUSAND times over thank yall.!!!!!!!

I was in a sticky situation needing a car desperately, and JD Byrider worked with me and allowed me to start fresh! Adam in Sales and Tom in Finance were amazing with walking me through my options and we re speedy with finding the right car for me that fit my preference and budget. 10/10 recommend car shopping through JD Byrider.

Omg I came in at 11:30 am Friday morning not knowing what would happen . I spoke with a young lady the day prior to that by the name of Taleiha . Off the rip she knew what I needed I have never met someone on that phone that made me feel as if I knew them for ever . She told me she would do what she could do to get me in the car and she did just that plus more . Her patience and kindness is unmatched her spirit is so bright and humble definitely one of gods chosen ones . She really just gave me the biggest break through I needed to move forward . God bless her and her path I pray she gets everything she deserves plus more . Mr Tom is very very very understanding but all he asks is honesty and be upfront with him about your situation so they can accommodate accordingly to each individual. He looks you strait in the eyes when he speaks to you which I loved because that s how you know if people mean you good. His kindness is unmatched he is a fair person I wish him many more years of a successful business to come thanks you guys this carlot truly is the best and the fastest ever please shop with them I mean omg they are great. Thanks again

Always a pleasure doing business with Jd Byrider. Adam Kane got me financed in the vehicle I wanted about two years ago. I came in today and said "I want to get a new vehicle, I don't like the one I'm driving anymore."He said "no problem have a seat."He got my car traded in for me and gave me some new wheels.Also Big thanks to Miss latitser, who works in CNAC.thank you Jd Byrider!

Never will NEVER go through a car lot like them, they get over on people and take advantage of ladies!!! I have my wife get done wrong by some dude name Roger but never go to this lots, they take your money and still came and got car/ knowing it s Sunday but they close and will be up there Monday morning for Roger

DO NOT BUY A CAR at ByRider; this location or any other location. If you decide too do not insure it through them in house and pay the extra on top of your note. Get our own insurance full coverage. If you ever had an accident, they will not pay you the value of your car when you are near pay off. They will keep the whole insurance check and make any excuse to keep the whole check instead of just taking the pay off and paying you the remaining credit of the insurance check. I was 2,000 and a few dollars from paying off the car and they keep the whole insurance total loss check. They are scam artist and will rip you off.

Adam was excellent and professional. It was a struggle at first trying to get all the documents I needed to be sent to him. But he made it easy for me. He was patient, kind and quick. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car. Tom works in finance was just as professional and funny. That staff is great...

Never did I think I would be walking out with a vehicle today! Adam was amazing! He answered all questions I had to ask and was very helpful and eager to assist me with finding me a vehicle! I would definitely recommend him to others! I am very grateful!

So I was there for hours on end when everything that was done was the exact same thing that was done over the phone but I was told I must come in.Hours go by and then boom I ll find a car and call you back when I didn t get a call I call to check in and was greeted ever so rudely. I was told I had no business calling them that they would call me. That conversation got ruder fast and when I tired talking Adam screamed my name and was talking over me just rude .
