Now going to be taking my truck back for the third time after having them rebuild my transmission. Had the truck back an hour the first time, ran into the exact same issue. They claimed it was a transmission the first time, then overdrive switch, now here I am again broke down on the side of the road. First time I ve driven the truck since they had my truck the second time now dealing with the exact same problem. 6k for a transmission rebuild. Seems to me like they did absolutely nothing. Not happy at all with the staff, or the work they do. I d strongly suggest trying another shop. Over drive light flashing with there service tag still on the dash.

Charles is the best . I came in for an alignment that the dealership told me I needed. He explained what exactly was going on with my vehicle . Let s say I will return. The customer service from all the people in there was inviting and personable. I admire businesses with excellent cust svc .

I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic and let them know it was not going in reverse. Every other gear worked fine. I asked them questions regarding a new transmission. They said they would diagnose and let me know. I received a phone call back a couple of days later, notifying me the cooling lines and my fuel pump needed to be replaced. NOT the transmission.I signed off on the $1,500+ that it would take to repair it. They had my car for two weeks, during this two weeks - several parts arrived "damaged" and had to be reordered. After multiple phone calls -- they finally got back to me (after being told several times, "I'll call you back in 15 minutes" and never hearing from them). They notify me that they replaced both parts, but the vehicle "wasn't going in reverse" which was the entire reason I dropped if off to them to begin with! They then let me know that the transmission needed to be rebuilt and it would cost me a total of $8,600 dollars along with the work they had already done Even though they assured me that it was NOT the transmission. I declined, paid them the $1,500 dollars and left with my vehicle still not able to go in reverse. They could have told me it was going to be $8,600 dollars from the the beginning and I would have declined all work, but instead, they led me to believe it was only $1,500 dollars so they could at least get that much out of me.I firmly believe that they knew my transmission was messed up. The guy on the phone even said "is there anything I can do to convince you?" after I told him I would not be paying for the transmission. This company needs to work on their communication and transparency at minimum. I will not be back here or referring anyone here, as I was referred and obviously not taken care of.

Excellent all around! Polite, helpful and genuinely caring, as well as exceptional service and financing. My husband, John Beck, and I have been doing business with them for sometimes now, and we have always been impressed with the way they do business. OG worked tirelessly to get us going. We sure do appreciate him, along with all the staff. THANK YOU!We are lifelong customers!

I'll give them a 2 because at least they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee. But I drop my car off on a Monday evening. Tuesday they hadn't looked at. Wednesday, they hadn't looked at it. Gotta check with management. So and so left home because he's sick. Called Thursday morning, he is almost done inspecting vehicle. So by late morning Im expecting somebody to call with diagnosis. No call! I was back there mid Thursday to talk in person. Ma'am we can't fix your car!!! Not ever going back.

If I could give them 0 stars I really would. I had a horrible experience with these people. First of all they tried to overcharge me on parts that didn't need to be fixed. Of course I declined the service. Then they gave me my keys and my truck wasn't ready to drive. When I drove off my oil pressure gauge went all the way up to full pressure which concerned me and made me turn around to get things checked out. That's when I found out nothing was put back in place. Multiple sensors were unplugged, my air intake wasn't put back and my coolant reservoir wasn't bolted back in place. Even made my check engine light come on. My truck legit hasn t driven the same since. This was my first time there and I will never ever go back or recommend anyone going there.

I have some work done last year and the people there are unbelievable there. So nice and very professional. When they give you a estimate you don't have that feeling you being ripped off. And you all know that feeling. I will be back again and again. John B.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very sweet and precious young lady. I handed her my keys and my experience started. As I sat down, they moved my car around to get started. She came back saying that the plug was almost off and I got there just in time. She said they cleaned up where my oil started coming out of under my car. They did my oil change said my tires, brakes, filter everything else looked good they didn t try to sell me anything extra. My experience was perfect. I will definitely be visiting them again. I told my family about my experience. And I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you for the good and honest service.Service: Oil change

A+ team and customer service. I asked them to completely replace a large F-450 V-10 engine along with a bunch of other small stuff. It was done on time and the engine is running perfect. It's like a brand new truck!

Had to get some AC work done on my vehicle and not only did it take them a couple of days to finish the work, Rich and Darlene's customer service was top notch as they kept me informed with phone calls to update me on what was being done which put me at ease to the point that I didn't worry about when my car would be ready. Also the amount they quoted me was way less than the actual payment made, so they do try their best to not charge you and arm and a leg. I will most definitely continue to take my vehicle there if I have any more problems with my old bucket. Thank you Rich, you are awesome sir.

I called, they answered clear and professionally and was told if you get to location in a timely manner we can do before shop closes for the weekend. Drove straight there and was seen promptly and car went to back and before I knew it,keys were back in my hands. Thank you for assisting me.Service: Oil change

It started with an estimate from the dealership. No way can I afford $7000 worth of work. Holiday s approaching.I looked up auto repair shops all night. Narrowed it down to 3. At 10am I was on the phone with what my dad refers to as a The Underdog their motto is, Never give up . The website for AllState Transmission says, We Fix Everything Well I am here to tell you, yes indeed they do. .Spoke with Rich OG he said, let us see what we can do to put you back in the road!!!! Well the estimate was HALF the dealership. I m back on the road with a warranty. Never going to a dealership again for high end prices. NEVER! Thank you AllState

I m usually kinda worried when it comes to using mechanic shops I ve never used before because you never know what you are getting yourself into. But this time I struck gold when going to Allstate Transmissions for my transmission work! From the time I walked in till I went home, the experience was very awesome. The front desk lady Ms Desirae was extremely helpful and very thorough about the work that my truck needed and the process envolved. The owner even text me a few days later personally to ask how my visit went. I really appreciate the whole staff here and how they made this otherwise annoying situation a pleasant and easy experience! I ll definitely come back and invite my friends and family as well!!

Work in progress, there are a few things that need to be addressed after short tail 350 transmission overhaul for my '85 Chevy pickup. Whenever I have a load of firewood on the back it runs different than before and makes a few noises whenever I excellerate, it took a little longer than I was told to fix. Still evaluating their work and services. However they do give total retribution, communication and professional courtesy.Service: Transmission

The work was performed in a timely manner, however there was several screws and punch screws missing from the reassembly. My vehicle appears to be running well I'm going to take it out of town this weekend.I recommend this place, however there were issues with using my credit card versus cash. (Transaction fees)

I brought my vehicle in to this shop last Tuesday for a simple A/C check. I was told that I would hear something from someone about the status of the vehicle. I never did.So, on Thursday since I still hadn t heard anything from anybody, I just finally went up there. Lo and behold I pull up and my car was just sitting inside the gate. No one was working on it, it was just sitting there. So I go inside and literally the receptionist calls some dealer for the parts she said I needed. Why wasn t this done already? She gets off the phone and tells me that the price would be $2550 odd dollars. What they didn t know was that I had another shop look at the same vehicle for the exact same issue and they said the job could be done for $500. Wow!This was my first time doing business with Allstate Transmission. I had seen other reviews that said they do not communicate and they overcharge. Yep! They were right.I was told that my compressor was bad, blower and all other sorts of issues with the A/C was bad. The whole system I was told needed replacing. The other shop did a dye test and found that I only had a leak in my line. They said NOTHING ELSE was wrong with my A/C system. Wow! I would never go back here for any service and I wouldn t recommend that anyone else go here either.I wish I could give you guys at Allstate Transmission a negative star. Dishonest people and thieves to lie to me like you did. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

We have used Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair for a few years now and they are very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Not a lot of "Mom & Pop" shops anymore. I'm glad we found Allstate.

Are experience at this place was phenomenal. Rich to the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. And he handles our extended warranty company. That was so difficult to deal with. If you have any transmission problems this is the place to go.

My response to Allstate's reply: So you "thought" a transmission service would fix the issue, but it didn't. In what way is it ok that I get held accountable for your mistake? How are you trying to save me money, but also charging me for your mistake? In fact, I specifically said I did not want to bandaid the situation. Also, why did I decide to go through the dealership? After waiting and following up for 11 days, I couldn't get a basic question answered about the warranty information. Overall, it is just a complete disregard for service, communication, safety, accountability, and competence.Im leaving this review in hopes that someone can learn from my mistakes. When dealing with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. They have a text service, so you can use that for communication that is documented. If you talk to any of them on the phone, especially Desiree, be sure to follow up documenting what was discussed and make them confirm. This place was recommended to me by a friend. Im not sure if there was a staffing change or what, but I've had the terrible experience. Nothing they've said has been truthful. I specifically stated that I was there for a 2nd opinion on a transmission repair quoted to me by the dealership. They said that the dealership lies about services like that and they would do their own diagnosis. I was told that the tech said he felt the motor mounts were causing my car to jerk forward and no need to replace the transmission. He also noticed that a valve needed to be replaced. I agreed to the motor mount replacement, expecting my car to be fixed, going based on the tech's expertise. I also agreed to fix the valve since the tech said he noticed it during his inspection. I get my car back two weeks later, and the issue is still happening. I called them back to find out the tech on my car had unfortunately passed away, and now no one has an update on my car, so another tech has to look at it. Now, all of sudden, the mount repair had nothing to do with fixing the original issue of my car jerking forward. It was simply a repair that needed to be completed in addition to my valve & transmission replacement. That's not at all what was originally communicated to me. They opted to credit those charges to the transmission repair if I went through them or refunded me since the work done didn't fix the issue. Now, that is not what was said either. Also, they keep saying they have to talk to Billy or that Billy will get back to me, and I haven't heard from him once. There's more to this as it's been an ongoing issue, but for length purposes, im summarizing. I wish I didn't have to go through this, penalizing me for their negligence, and refusing to take accountability. Please learn from my mistakes.

I'm a disabled Army Veteran on fixed income. I went there to find out what my p0443 code was and they charged me for a diagnostic, told me it was a wire and charged me 300 bucks. The light and code was still on, they told me they fixed some internal wire that the mechanic wasn't able to show me. There no diagnostic printout of my problem just a paper that said fixed wire. I had to spend more money to get it diagnosed again. This place is not professional or veteran friendly. I do not recommend this place. Read other reviews!

Came in for a leak and needing to know where it was coming from. I was not satisfied the way this repair was handled. I paid to much money for something that I feel was not the problem. My truck was not running hot when I brought it to them and they replaced my water pump without doing a pressure test first. They should have done that pressure test first. I don't trust that it was done correctly. Especially since it did not run hot on me. I believe I paid for something that did not have to be done. When they did finally find the leak it was a pin size hole in one of my heater hoses. simple fix, I should be reimbursed. You are losing a loyal customer. I hope you rectify this.
