Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Employee that claims his name was Alex was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. Would not test her low voltage battery because he said they close in 45 minutes. He suggested that she should leave her car on the Advance Auto parking lot overnight. I asked for a manager but he said they did not have one on duty. I had to boost her car to get it to the store so they could check the whole system. Went to the Camp Wisdom location with NO issues.Platinum Die Hard battery/ 3yr warranty/ Battery was purchased 5 months ago.

I had the best experience I have ever had when I order a new motor for my truck.Everyone I came in contact with was so genuine.They listened to what I thought needed and gave my opinions . They checked the inventory to see when it ll be available to be at the store.The new faces and management were so knowledgeable and helpfulI highly recommendAdvance Auto Parts to everyone needing auto partsAlright received a phone with news of my engine arriving and days before delivery date. the BEST part is that they offered to deliver it same day it arrivedway to go management going above and beyond

I m going to start by saying I hate looking for auto parts! However, every time I come here the associates go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! Today, Junior helped me out. They didn t have the part I needed. However, gave me several options to help me out; have it delivered to the store later in today, check inventory in other stores, etc If you need parts, the DeSoto store is the place to go!!!

Good experience, the associate didn't acknowledge me until I had a question about what oil filter I needed, other than that the store is clean and well kept I enjoy stopping by here wish customer service would improve

Its the worst auto part store Ive ever been to. They wont back up there products even with warranty they weasel there way into buying another product. The manger is trash the whole management to employees need to be replaced!

Poor service either the gentleman didn't care to really be concerned about my problem goes on to tell me that they're not mechanics duh, I know you're not sir, see,even if you were this will be the last place I will bring my car to get fixed, your tack customer service is lousy no concern, waste of time coming there

Terrible customer service! I called to check on parts that were ordered, they put me on hold long enough to drive there and see that there was only 1 customer in the store then hung up on me. REALLY? After this type of service, I doubt that I'll EVER do business with Advance Auto again even my local location in Atlanta. In order to be better, you'll have to do better Advance!

Great place to shop I needed help with a headlight and a boost for my car and Stephen (one of the employees) helped me out with everything and was great with the other customers highly would recommend

Good customer service and the help was great, I had a bunch of questions and usually that frustrates associates but the guy with the beard didn't mind staying the course and giving me answers to my many, many questions. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on things I don't need. Glad I stopped by and my One United Account gives me 10% cash back at the store.

Terrible . Lady trying to help me. Broke my radiator. 3 men in the store that work there on sorry. Didn't try to help me or her. She left me and my car to go check out customers at the register. Now I need a new radiator cap and replace the cracked radiator neck. Hot mess. Desoto

The service at this place is top rate. I tried both auto zone and orileys and got terrible service. Advanced Auto does cost a bit more but the service is WELL worth it. Cedric, the mechanic, was extremely polite, professional, COMPETENT, and helpful. He did everything to make my visit comfortable and got my battery replaced in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Advanced Auto.

These Gentlemen are awesome!! I went in looking for a pin tool to air my daughter's bike and basketball. Not knowing what I needed or what I was looking for, these men went above the call of customer service to ensure my daughter's bike tires and basketball were properly aired. 1 star is not even enough for this store. The way I was treated in my situation was so unfair with the battery that under a 90 day warranty if defective, that they didn t want to honor because the battery sat on their shelf and it was sold to me. Keesha and Gwen customer service was horrible because immediately stared fussing arguing they wasn t gonna help didn t take any time to look at any product numbers email receipts or anything and she was not going to do anything even if the product states ( in bright bold letters 90 warranty if defective) and I had the police called on me for a battery that this place sold me that I paid for with my hard earned money that was defective and under a 90 warranty that the product is under. This place didn t want to honor with receipt and email confirmation of purchase from there store. This really upsets me when you trying to do the right thing to get no clear cut answer on why I can t get something exchanged and to be kicked out the store and have the police out. I will be calling every manager until this issue is resolved to my best that I feel, until then you will hear about this situation.

I walked in with my family and the girl at the counter welcomed us right away, she was however eating. We stood in line and waited to be called on after a few moments of us seeing her just eating, she looked over at us like are y all coming up . I apologized, asked if she was ready and she responded well yeaaah? very rudely. She wasn t able to get us our part because according to her Chevy doesn t give out parts for my vehicle? But I later went to Auto zone which had it no issue? The other gentleman was very attentive to his clients and I could see him engaging positively. On top of her being rude, and obnoxiously eating, she wasn t wearing a mask . One bad apple shouldn t spoil the bunch but I was not happy with this visit.

I don't particularly enjoy going to auto places because as a woman I am always nervous, but there are always nice gentlemen there that open doors. The associates greeted me upon entering & were helpful even though I was confused and told him the wrong part. He didn't laugh at me not knowing what I was talking about!

Tim is the man!!! They didn't have the part for my work truck and he was willing to go out of his way and call another auto parts store to see if they had the part for me. Wow!!! I will definitely come back to the store to get parts

I came in with battery trouble and although I didn t make a purchase at the time of my visit, the staff went above and beyond to jump my car. It wasn t easy and it took about 15 minutes. They didn t have to do that and I am very appreciative.

Always helpful. Reset check engine. New gas cap fixed issue. Less than $6. Great fix. No shop time required always nice to skip that expense.

These guys are always so helpful! I've been having some issues with my battery terminals, and they were able to help get the clamps good and tight cuz I was having issues.

This is the worst advance auto parts I have ever seenI have bought and sold parts to advance in different parts of Texas and this is the worst location their motto is we don't have that and they won't evan make and effort to get it.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Went in today looking for a Wix oil filter and an Employee with guages in His ears looks up the oil filter and brings me a car quest oil filter stating its the same thing as Wix. I mentioned to him if it was shouldn't it say Wix on the box. He proceeds to get cocky stating he thinks he knows what he is talking about cause he works there. Then I ask him when about did car quest start making wix oil filter and he states he didn't know in a cocky manner one again. So i end up leaving the oil filter on the counter during the transaction due to poor customer service. Then I get home and do some digging and find out Car Quest doesn't make Wix oil filters any longer. All i needed was the Wix filter i been using on my Truck.
