They went above and beyond for me. I'm forever grateful for them going out of their way to fix my car.I only asked them to fix one thing but they wanted to see what else was wrong with it and even decided to help me see if my car was under warranty. My car now has heat and the noise I would get while driving it, I no longer get.

As the name says Xtra Mile, Aaron will definitely put extra effort. Jeep dealership gave me $4000 estimate and Aaron fixed it for under $500. Trey and Aaron run an honest shop with fair pricing. After buying an absolute garbage lemon from Honda Autonation in Lewisville, Xtra Mile got us repaired for 3k less than other places were quoting.These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and willing to explain everything in great detail. This is the only shop to service my vehicles from now on.

Honest mechanics that are now part of my team. If you want to accomplish anything in life you need them on your team!Whenever I have any problem with the truck, wherever I am in the USA I m bringing it back to these guys!I had my truck in 6 different shops before bringing it to Xtra Mile, none of those mechanics could tell me why my truck was having the problems it was having.Aaron took 6 days with my truck and fixed 5 different problems!

I had previously taken my Chevy Silverado to a Chevrolet dealership. After 4 visits at the Chevy dealership the diagnosis was for me to drive my truck and hopefully the problem fixes itself. My truck was misfiring and after replacing the spark plugs, coils, & even a system update the truck was still not driving right. I was told that it could be the engine or even the transmission. I took my truck over to Xtra Mile and spoke with Aaron about all the issues I was having. Aaron and his team were able to diagnose the issue and fix it. I have my truck back now and it's running like new. At Xtra mile they even work with your warranty which was a huge plus for me. Any issues moving forward I will be taking my truck back to Xtra Mile and I recommend you do the same.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Claudia and Trey are hands down the best people to talk to. I brought my car to Xtramile Automotive regarding engine trouble but my difficultly was that I didn t have another way to get home. Claudia was concerned about the safety of the vehicle and my son and I s well being and took us home. Instead of a stranger felt ride we talked the WHOLE way home and it was amazing to be treated like friend. Trey has kept in contact with me everyday regarding the steps he has taken to get my vehicle fixed and has never let me down. I m thankful for the way they speak to me and treat me as a client and the customer service is out of this world. I am extremely happy with level of professional service which is reflective in a clean and organized shop. Since moving from NY (had my own repair shop there), I could not find a reliable/ dependable/ affordable and decent shop I could send my vehicles to until a colleague referred me to Aaron's place.Been ripped off many a times at other so called "specialists" in Dallas (often knowingly- cause I had no other options), but I can attest to a "job well done" and my car is as good as new since it was repaired at Xtra Mile. I was updated and informed of all work done ahead of time and knew what to expect in terms of the bill which was quite reasonable for the amount of parts and labor involved (My own shop in NY would have charged at least 30% more just to be able to keep the lights on!)Thank you Aaron and the crew at Xtra mile Automotive.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Xtra Mile Automotive repaired an issue with leaking radiator fluid in our Ford Fusion. Instead of replacing the entire cooling system, Xtra Mile replaced only the components that were faulty. They systematically tested the entire system after replacing/repairing each component to ensure that the system complied with manufacturers standards.Thank you Xtra Mile Automotive for quality and timely help! Aaron is hands down the best. If you want somone who will be upfront about your car and will explain it all in detail. This is the place to go. He helped me with my engine showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me all options on how to fix it. Pricing is so very fair. He's so nice and great at telling you what is up without making you feel like you have no idea what he is talking about. Presented these guys with a unique piece of equipment I use for work!! They took my husband's vehicle on short notice when they didn't have to, found the problem fixed it. They have Great customer service with also being friendly. They truly want to help a customer!! Finally found someone that is very knowledgeable and quick with repairs. I ve had them work on 3 of my vehicles and have done an outstanding job every time while keeping me updated on the way.I d rather drive over an hour to Xtra Mile than 10 minutes down the road to one of my local mechanics.Couldn t be more pleased, I will use them again no doubt!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This will be the only garage I use as long as I live in Denton. I called them at 8 AM this morning needing to get a brake job and oil change. They had me bring it in without any waiting. Once I was there they gave me a loaner car so I didn t have to Uber. They told me it would be finished around 3 PM and almost like clockwork I got the call at 3 PM. The price was fair and actually ended up being about $30 cheaper than their initial quote. They gave me repair suggestions for things they found while inspecting my truck but they didn t try to sell me on anything or pressure me into it. It was a very friendly atmosphere and everything was transparent. Hands down the best auto shop experience I ve ever had.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I took my 2003 Pathfinder in to Xtra Mile because it would not start, was making an unusual noise and needed to have the breaks looked at. I quickly received a phone call and an email detailing what was going on with my car. Trey was very informative of what needed to be repaired at that time and what could wait for a later date. The estimates were straightforward and the prices for services and parts were good. The guys at Xtra Mile had the work completed on my car in two days and my car is driving better than it has in the last year. I received an honest and thorough report of what work needed to be done on my car during this first visit to Xtra Mile. After having the same mechanic for over ten years, I was skeptical of trying a new shop but it ended up being a great decision. I will continue to take my vehicles to Xtra Mile and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.

Amazing staff and service! After googling and reading reviews I decided to visit and was absolutely not disappointed. I had a strange noise coming from my right front and was becoming frustrated and worried but they seriously helped me out here. I was able to get in and out in great time. They really do go the extra mile to look after you and your car. I will be going here for any other car related issues from now one! I have no complaints!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a 2015 Hyundai. The original battery was not starting my car as quickly in the winter. I had a small oil leak which I was worried about. And needed an oil change. I decided to try the new shop in town and check them out. BEST decision ever. Extra friendly and courteous customer service. The techs were all super knowledgeable. They took pictures of each problem and explained to me what was needed. Turns out I only needed a gasket replaced. They did only what we discussed and didn't try to oversell me more. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back if I need a automotive shop again.

After visiting Xtra Mile Automotive twice, I have never had a better experience with a garage. They are so friendly, fast, trustworthy, and just all around amazing. They sanitized my car after they were done and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. I m never going anywhere else again!! Best service in Denton, hands down.

My A/C blower started acting up on me yesterday and I called Xtra Mile to see about getting in to see what might be wrong with it. They got me right in no waiting and they even gave me a ride home and they picked me back up once they were completed with my car. They called me and explained that a mouse had gotten up in my dash and ate my filter, so he went over what it would cost me for them to clean it out and also put a new filter in for me. Their pricing is very good, I am very pleased with them and I plan on going to Xtra Mile for all my oil changes and any other needs that might come up in the future. All their staff is so nice and very professional.

I had wrecked my truck and had to get a new used truck. I was nervous about it, so I took it to Xtra Mile which my friend recommended - I met the owner and was amazed at the attention he paid to my questions and it made me feel at ease as they checked over the vehicle and told me the history and that I had ended up getting a solid truck. They have a big shop, but it was nice to have that one on one attention. I'll be going there for all my automotive needs in the future, they stand out from any other mechanic or shop I have been to! Thanks to the owner and the others I spoke with!

Could not be more pleased with my experience here. Extremely impressed by Aaron, Claudia, and the whole staff from beginning to end. Everyone was professional and friendly, the service was great, and they took care of me very well. This is the go to automotive shop. Their team of technicians are trained and qualified with many years of experience. They quickly assess the problem, quote the job, and complete the job. I ve been living in Texas since 2008 and I ve finally found a mechanic that I will bring my car back to. Fast and very friendly service. I was consistently updated with the status of my car.
