Service was faster than expected but they could have asked if I wanted to dispose of my tires or if I would have like them too. To assume I wanted them to is irresponsible. I wanted at least one for my spare.

If you have nothing else to do I mean if you are free as hell, you can go over here. No customer service at all. I went here for oil change it literally took 2 hrs to complete just for a oil change. They said it will be done in half an hour but they were stuck with other car it had some problem. What about other cars. Why should we wait. I might as well go to Take 5 by paying $20 more it will be done in 5-10 minutes.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great prices, no drama, very consistent results for what you want. They just added a radiator flush for $65.00?...garages charge you over $300.00... Walmart Auto Rocks.

I went to Walmart on loop 288 to get an oil change. I was there from 5:15 to 6:45 ridiculous. One of the guys working the cash register was very rude and unprofessional. I will not go back to this Walmart. I requested to speak with management they came and did speak with me about the incident. But by then I was already upset.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

DO NOT GO to this walmart auto center! Service men here are robbers. They STEAL your things from the car in an area without cameras and you can do nothing about it later. The stole money from my car while changing oil! Please Be aware!! And make sure you don t leave any valuable items in the car when you get down.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a bit different experience than the 5-star reviews. It was bad from getting in-line to checking out for tires. Make sure you let them know it s an appointment at the start. Also I might have gotten the roadside hazard if they had asked me, instead they just automatically charged me. Everyone seemed to be having similar issues. Maybe I just came on a bad day.Service: Tires

I was there today morning. They temper and behavior was aweful, unrespectful.The first guy talked with me offensively. I ignored it since I thought she might not be OK right now. After a long time, I didnt receive a message finishing my car's oil change, I referred to the center, and my car was parked in their lot without letting me know about finished service. They handed over the keys and they tossed it rudely . What is going on there. They do not know about the basic rules of customer service. I think even they do not know about right social communication and behavior. It was my last time to request a service there. Wish you luck if you want to try their services.

Wasted so much time and effort trying to work with their failure of a "scheduling" system. I had to schedule an appointment and come back a week after to the appointment; I guess they don't take walk-ins anymore. Older woman at the desk was looking through paperwork muttering names. She mentioned mine so I asked her, to which she initially denied. I asked her to check anyway. Sure enough, my car was "finished".... but about 30 minutes after it arrived, and not a damn thing was done. The woman said the tires were too worn out, never bothered to offer a solution, and told me they couldn't do anything about my car. Absolutely ridiculous. This demonstrates a severe lack of attention and concern for the service they provide. Had I not told the woman to check, I would have been stuck there indefinitely. I went to Discount Tire up the road and got everything taken care of in 45 minutes without Walmart Auto Care incompetence. Don't bother wasting your time and energy with Walmart auto care. If you want to place your service and safety needs in their hands, it's your funeral.Service: Tires

I was determined to replace my own wipers, and Chad guided me through it. He s very knowledgeable and friendly. My job didn t bring in any revenue for the shop and they helped me out anyway. Thank you!

Used Walmart for my oil change 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I had to have my car towed because it had been leaking oil while i drive. Come to find out when they changed it they used a tool to tighten it and my car had been leaking oil for 2 weeks. Nearly lost my engine because of this. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they issue was quickly resolved by I believe Chad quickly and without difficulty. Mostly because I think they knew they almost had to pay for a new engine. Be cautions when using this service.Service: Oil change

I bought four brand new tires on my car at this location probably 4 months ago and it has not driven right since. But i dont drive far or too often. Now it has gotten so terrible my whole car starts shaking if I go over 55mph. I had my husband go to take a look at the tire, make sure there are no nails etc . He didnt find any nails but does notice that two of the lug nuts have been cross threaded and he can hardly get them back on. I knew after I left Walmart that ay i should have called corporate but got busy with life and forgot. I had hoped speaking with the manager would have helped. I went to the auto repair department and dropped off the car and strolled around for about an hour. Then my husband came and picked me up where we took our son to practice 30 minutes away and came back to pick up my car. Well, two hours in and my car is still in the same position it was an hour before, up in the air with no tires. But i notice a new car had been taken after mine to get tires and was being released. So they stopped work on my car and completed someone elses. I understand how appointments and walk ins work, but you dont stop in the middle of a service to do another car appointment or otherwise. Imagine if a hairstylist did this to you mid hair cut. I went and asked to speak to a manager and 20 minutes later (after she went and spoke to the team and got them quite upset with me) i get told its because i was a walk in but they are finishinng it now. My husband goes out to watch and has to stop the person putting the tire on bc they were crossthreading the nut. He was told he could not stand there. They knew they were doing it wrong but continued to do so. We were told it had been fixed but it wasnt. Im sure my tires were haphazardly put on, purposefully crossthreaded the nuts, and caused damage to my tires and nuts, not to mention the potential safety concern. Do not take your car here, please for your own safety.Services: Tires, Oil change

Everyone was friendly but the situation was very frustrating.Hours online and even on the door note they open at 9am.I get there at 8:50 and there's already a line of cars.Lady inside said you need an appointment and they opened at 7am.You can't make one online and isn't mentioned anywhere on the website.Just posting in the hopes this helps others.

Each time I have come here I have received great service. I have gotten my oil changed several times, and also had some tires replaced. The workers are nice and knowledgeable, and do not try to sell you things you do not need. I will say that you probably shouldn't come here if you are in a rush, but I usually do my grocery shopping while I wait so it's not a big inconvenience.

Inside personal was great. The older lady in the mechanic shop was a little abrupt we were the first customers in line that morning so I was surprised that she wasn't more pleasant. Otherwise I've had great service in the past.

Awesome, friendly staff, Great price! I'm a very happy customer. Got 4 tires installed recently at this Walmart. Sure, the waiting room is lacking, but that's not a big deal, I just shopped around inside Walmart. Anyway, I stopped by other tire shops and Walmart was way cheaper ($12 per tire vs. $35). I didn't expect much going in, but I was treated so well, and the integrity of their work was just top notch. A technician even mounted and balanced a spare tire for me free of charge! With all the nightmares I've been dealing with the vehicle since I bought it (from a Volvo dealer no less) I couldn't be happier with the Denton Walmart Auto Care team. Keep up the great work guys!

MAJOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWARENESS-Drove up in line...approx 15 min before someone came out to help lady in front of me...meanwhile a guy to my left came next and a guy to my far right came after him.To make a long story short...IT DOESNT MATER WHAT ORDER YOU ARRIVE HERE....IF YOU ARE WHITE , BLONDE , FEMALE. YOU WILL BE HELPED LAST...I was there 1st after lady infront of me....and both guys on left and rt were served and in the store before I was helped ...even though the worker guy said its the order you arrive to the guy to my left..... And I told the guy the order in which we arrived..and the other guy/girl who was working didn't bother or care WHO was next Just helped the guy who arrived last...it just wasn't going to be the blonde lady.Just go ELSEWHERE dont waste your time...both walmart in Hickory Creek and Personal Touch oil changes across the hwy are top notch Fast, good service wo wasting your time!Service: Oil change

I'm not a regular Wal-Mart Auto Care Center customer, in fact this visit is only the second one in over 30 years of driving, but I am so glad that we found THIS specific Wal-Mart Auto Care Center! We had a flat on the interstate and it was less than an hour before closing. Ben, the service manager, was very understanding and waited for us (we got there at 6:53 PM) then Robert had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super service from this team! Thank you Ben and Robert for helping us get home safely.

Everything was fantastic. I had to go to 3 Walmarts, trying to replace my battery, as the first two were out of stock. They not only had it in stock, but they delayed their lunch to have me done within about 20 minutes.

Went to get an oil change and my tires rotated. 2.5 hours later they call to let me know my car's done. Turns out they didn't even change my oil and when I asked them about it was told I was lying and never asked to get it changed. Also, said they were closed now and couldn't do anything about it. Don't waste your time, go some place where they actually do their job.

Had full service high mileage oil change plus exhaust cleaning few weeks ago and last couple of days noticed my car was steering rough and making weird noises, I decided to check and much to my disgust realized they hadn t checked/filled my power steering fluid.... I don t have any leaks! I was also a qt low on oil. I called to discuss my find and was left on hold til I finally just hung up. If you decide to take your vehicle here just make sure to check all your fluids before you leave and/or pay.

Came to get new tires for my car. While in the waiting area, I continued to hear customers leaving upset with service. One person was not told until after an oil change that his tires weren't in stock. One employee blaming another for the mix-up. One older customer wanted to know how much tires were with tax and was told they didn't have a calculator. My tires were suppose to take an hour and took two hours.Employees are not customer centric. They are not being held accountable for either acting professional or appearing professional. They are not educated on their products.I will pay more to shop somewhere else.

Had a serious leak in one of my tires. It was 15 minutes till closing I told them it was an emergency. It was because stupid kia's don't come with a spare. They waited for me got me in got me a new tire. Wasn't outrageous. Great attitudes great customer service!

Can you say wow...horrible service. Wish I could rate this review lower than 1. Went in for a 10 minute oil change and was told it was gonna take 2 hours...are you kidding me? Customer service is on vacation at this place. I believe that everyone goes on lunch break at the same time that has to be why no one is doing any work. The management needs to be trained on people skills and how to take care of a customer from start to finish.

Can do a better job in the waiting room as it had only one candy machine and it was very poorly stocked. However in total experience it was just fine and customer service was great. Would recommend if you ever need some tires, that are somewhat expensive.

Cheap oil changes and other necessary procedures. Approachable, fairly knowledgable staff. Relatively quick service. They do seem to do a good deal of messing around while they work which may be a detriment, but as long as the work is done well, it should be fine.
