I personally have not gotten any services from this company but it s so sad how people go around and write a negative review without a cause. KKAB AUTO VENTURES LLC is not associated with this company in anyway and neither do they do any business with Urista Automotive. People like Robiko and Chabo reviews should be evaluated and deleted because KKAB AUTO VENTURES LLC does not do any services or repairs, it s an independent company that deals on used automobile shipping auto rebuild and auction purchases, they do not offer any kind of repairs service to the public, so this 2 individuals making negative comments against KKAB are liars. Urista is a different address and building, Kkab is also different address and building. Both are operated separately and have no association with each other.

People need to understand the location and the service they provide it's somewhat more affordable and a high attention to detail. Does not try gouge people on price.

After i ve read ur comment i remembered my problem with them, KKAB AUTO VENTURE and this company r working together, they are trying to hustle u with non operable cars, they sell it as is. They are also very aggresive. They try to rip u off, when it costs 300$ they ask 2000$. Sending women there isnt safe. I would recomend this 2 companies to be inspected.

If I could give them a no star I would. I brought my car to this guy with the check engine light on.i just needed the thermostat replace my car was running fine. I get my car back engine light still on I ask why is it on he said it will go off when you drive it 20mins later car over heats now I have to get it towed back to his shop. The nexts day he would not answer the phone so I get my car he says is ready I ask is the engine light still on he said yes. So I towed my car to a different shop the guy checks my car and say he never did anything to you car but unhooked some sensory wires he never replaced your thermostat and he the drain out your cooling but then put the cap back on tight that's why your car over heated. SMH never again never again went the for 80$ ended up spend 300$ on towing

TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS COMPANY AND ONE THAT IS NEXT TO IT KKAB Auto Ventures LLC, THEY ARE RIP OFFS. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, BUT I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. I WONT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE. FIND ANOTHER BODY SHOP AND BUY CAR FROM SOMEONE ELSE. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE DANGERIOUS, VERY AGGRESSIVE DIDNT FELT SAFE.

Make sure you get a price quote before they do anything. Was charged $312 when dealership quoted me $195 and was given the impression that they would be cheaper.

The worst service ever seen owner is very bad . If it was a 4 hours work they will do two weeks but waste of time. They won t repair . I am giving one star because I don t have a chance to review. Don t bring the cars here .

This has got to be thee most unprofessional automotive shop that I have ever been to. You have the owner who is Mr. Urista and to workers, a black male and a Hispanic male. None of them have a clue what they are doing. I personally have had to return my car 4 times because they kept telling me the car was done but when I got in it, it was doing the exact same thing I took it in for. I have spent almost 3 weeks without my car and I paid the man. I have also witnessed other folks bringing their cars back as well. I know becaue I have spent alot of time up there myself. Don't go there. They won't tell you all that is wrong with the car. They will see engine lights on and send you home in the car. The owner is to busy to make sure the work is done right and he gets into screaming matches with the customers. I guarantee if you take your vehicle there; you will have to take it back! DON'T GO!!

Are you on the search for terrible service?Do you want to be more confused about what's wrong with your vehicle? Are you a fan of being lied to? Then look no further! This place will deliver all three!!!Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They haven't got the slightest clue on how to fix anything, much less a car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you want it to be in worst shape than when you initially brought it in. Their favorite method of assessing your vehicle, or their only method rather, is pure guesswork. If I could post the review with zero stars I would.

This is the most horrible place on earth to go. Mr. Urista makes money he won't work, from you. I took my car to him the first and he told me everything was fine but after second day i got home the problem aggravated. The car completely stopped and I took it down to him again and told me the car will be ready in 3days but the car spent 6days with me chasing him around with text messages. I got there and the problem was more than ever before and he was asking me to pay more before he can fix the problem. Something has to be done about this man, he is a scam. He ripped me off biggg time. My story is just as same as other people here.

The two girls who rated five stars on this ad are related to the woman at the front desk as i saw them come in multiple times to fraternize with her throughout the course of my twelve days hounding to get the work done which was promised to be two. The reason I chose this shop is because i was quoted two days, as I am from out of town this would be my reasoning. My water pump failed and my head gasket blew. Mr. Urista told me i needed a whole new engine so i spent 3200.00 dollars in parts and labor and a grand total of over 4000.00 by the time hotel fees ate me alive. Now all i have is a broke down van with a green spraypainted engine block which he did not replace a mere two miles after pulling away from his shop. Highly unproffesional and treats people like idiots. One day about a week in (four days or so later then he had originally quoted me) a very upset and agrivated african gentleman came in demanding to speak to mr. Urista regarding not making the repairs he claimed to have made to his mercedes. When we asked the woman at the front desk for a receipt for parts she claimed they don't offer a reciept on parts. Really? I strongly urge anyone not to take their vehicle to this shop. They are the epidimy of scum. How they're still in business is beyond me, but they need to be shut down.

My husband learned a costly lesson. Brought his truck to Mr. Urista, been there a month. He kept telling my husband he'd get to it. His truck had parts stolen off of it, even though Mr. Urista said he had a security camera he didn't see anything... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

The owner is a psycho path and criminal. He screams at the customers and very unprofessional.He is a con artist and the business is a scam to take peoples money and not fix the cars right the first time, when I investigated, I found out this has also happened to many other peopleSTAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
