They are AMAZING!. I usually work with Jason, but the entire staff goes above & beyond!. They are quick, efficient, & professional. They offer a shuttle/car service & will bend over backwards to work with you & your schedule. They have always done phenomenal work & follow up via text, call, or email to ensure everything is satisfactory. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know from an oil change to mechanical work!. There is no better!.

Plenty of 5 stars here, two people referred me to Tommy s and the 7 year warranty sounds great, however, they left parts of my car s interior disassembled after the repair and instead of fixing my car s other problem they tried to convince me I didn t have one- they did compression tests, etc and sent me on my way. The problem s legit- it s oil in my coolant. First they said it was because water mixed in with my coolant to make it look like a chocolate milkshake but I ve never seen that even after mixing water with coolant. I got the car home and there was the coolant as brown as ever so I called them to report this and they said they d call me back that day and they did not. I wanted to trust them and get back on the road but I ll have to continue the search for the holy grail- a mechanic you can trust ;)

Tommy s has treated my family extremely well for the multiple visits we have had for oil changes, inspections and preventative maintenance. My wife s vehicle had a 90,000 mile routine inspection completed at a dealership and the recommended maintenance was 20% less at Tommy s. They worked with our schedule and provided a ride home while we waited for the vehicle. Friendly staff, fair prices and a great service. Thank you Tommy s, you have a loyal customer in me.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Tommy's Hi Tech Auto Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only did they provide top-notch service for my vehicle, but the convenience of their free loaner car service makes their entire process seamless. This shop did amazing work on my Ford Escape. They worked with my extended warranty insurance company directly which saved me the hassle of submitting a claim with them. They kept me informed of all the work that was needed and work that could wait. I truly felt that they charged fairly due to the quality of the work and the customer service of their technician. I will be bringing my car back here for future maintenance.

Place was very clean. Attendant very courteous. Service was excellent and fair priced. I had A/C condenser replaced and they were able to do it the day I took it in. Most unusual. Also, they gave me a ride home and then brought my car to me when it was finished. Great service.

I have an older car. It's our only car we have. Unfortunately, it had some problems when I was driving home from work yesterday and I was barely able to get it home. I tried to get it to the shop yesterday, but it was too close to closing time (which is understandable). So first thing this morning, I get it to Tommy's because they helped me out so much last time! JASON helped me out again and was so helpful with getting a good diagnosis of the problem as well as my other concerns with the car. He understands me and my family are busy and was able to get me a Loaner Car so I could get to work and later my wife can get to work too! I can't begin to explain how much Tommy's has helped me out with my car and also given thee best customer service I've ever had from any Auto Shop! I keep coming back because I trust them with everything and every experience has been amazing!

Needed A/C on my truck repaired. Heard through advertisement about Tommy s Hi Tech Auto and stopped by to make an appointment. They checked my A/C and gave me the information and price to repair. My truck is the only vehicle I have so they put me in a loaner car so they could start on my vehicle as soon as the parts arrived the next morning. This was around 3:30 pm the day of appointment. The loaner car was free of charge just had to return with full tank of fuel.I was called around noon time that the truck was ready. I paid for the repair job and as I was leaving they told me about the 7 year warranty on the A/C and how it works. So in that time frame, if anything happens that it s not working right bring it back.They were helpful, honest and went out of their way to take care of my truck and me.

Tommy's is the place to go!!! Trevor took time out of his day to fix my remote and teach me how to get into my car,..THEN!!! replaced my batteries without a hesitation. Thank you Trevor, for going above and beyond to help us. Mr. Doc was amazing as well...he was thorough and personally took the time to explain and show me everything I needed. I have never had this kind of courtesy anywhere. The entire staff were friendly, funny, and made my son feel at home with the snacks in an immaculate waiting room. We LOVE & TRUST Tommy's! We have been bringing our cars to Tommy's for more than ten years & have received only the most honest service & affordable, upfront pricing, a competent, knowledgeable team of mechanics & a clean, comfortable waiting area.When my Kia was showing signs of engine failure (a problem with several Kia models of certain years) Tommy's gave us sound advice & encouraged us to take it to the dealer even though the car was 7 years old and had 67,000 miles and I was the second owner; Instead of making a string of repairs that would have only been costly band-aids for a much bigger problem. Thank you Tommy's!

This is a cut above the rest among auto repair shops. We were traveling out of State on a Friday morning, when we experienced an u expected engine problem. After pulling off the highway, we found Tommy's, and are so glad we did. Even though we had no appointment, and they were fully booked, they took immediate Care of us after we explained we were on a road trip. The service is excellent, reasonably priced, and you can tell they care about providing a a great customer experience. They also made follow up calls after the service just to make sure everything was satisfactory. It's too bad they are so far from where we live, or they would certainly have my business for life.

First time I booked they messed up my appointment and offered to make it up with a free oil change. Took them up on the offer and the mechanic actually left a screw undone up by the windshield leaving my hose falling apart. Thankfully I noticed and fixed it myself but very disappointing. Also my car smelled fine prior to taking it in and after smells like mildew from the minute I picked it back up. Not sure what happened there.

This company is pretty legit, customer service is outstanding, they're very commutative with their customers on their vehicle status. If you need to drop your vehicle off they'll offer you a ride back home.I don't believe this company to be money hungry The literally offer you the cheapest solution to fix your problem. However I'm not the biggest fan of all the diagnostic fees but it's very understandable as the technicians need to get paid.The only issue I had was a check engine light that's been going on and off for quite some time ask them if they could fix the issue permanently for a cheap price but I wasn't willing to pay the $75 fee just for them to run The code reader on my truck. I already knew what the issue was Just wanted to see if it was a quick and cheap solution to fix the problem but other than that I would definitely give this company a try 5

Tommy s Hi Tech Auto is the best repair shop that I have ever been to. All of the advisors are very knowledgeable and give amazing feedback on everything that you need to know about the process. They have a nice break room, rental cars, and the repairs are done timely and efficiently! Great place with great people! My advisor was Jason Keefe and he was the best! Couldn t have asked for a better experience

I have been taking my car to Tommy s for a few years now. My car and I are always treated well. My car is running great. Tommy s communicates well with maintenance recommendations. NEVER experienced any delays or excessive waits. Always affordable pricing; always on time. Can t thank them enough.

My partner and I have both been taking our cars here since we moved to the area back in 2021. The oil changes have always been quick and well done.Recently, my car ran into some trouble and Tommy s was able to find the problem and fix it in a matter of 2 days. They offer financing options for payment, which for a college student are life saving. Super happy with the work, have had no problems with my car since!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I don t usually leave reviews, but couldn t pass up a chance to leave one when customer service is so good. My advisor Colton Spanos did an amazing job when I came in for my oil change. He was very informative and took great care of me and the needs of my vehicle. Need more advisors like him! Great work!

These guys handled our situation perfectly. Had to have the car towed in, tow driver mishandled the car. Tommy s negotiated that and kept us from being responsible for it. Car was repaired and back in very good time. Diagnostic service caught all the issues and there were no surprises. Very transparent and reasonable.

Tommy's HI Tech Auto in Denton is great. Jason, the service tech, agreed to look at my Mercedes Benz RV air conditioner problem. He called me with a detailed explanation of the problem, with the test data to back up their diagnosis. It made me confident that they knew what they were doing, not just guessing, and I Uthorized the work. Even better, when one of the electronic repair parts wasn't available, the mechanic researched it and was able to repair the part.Works great! Thanks Tommies Hi Tech.

They got me in super quick when another shop bailed on me. They ran the diagnostics to figure out the issue for my check engine light as well as finding a few other things that would ve flown under my radar. They ordered the part needed promptly and got me my car back quickly. Being a college student hours from home I didn t have transport, but they were kind enough to shuttle me both times. Colton was the one who helped me and was very kind and helpful. Definitely will come back if I have other issues.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

My wife and I have used Tommy s Hi-tech for years for oil changes. We really like this shop and the people however, due to their price increases they now charge more than Ford to do an oil change on a F150 and F250 so in an effort to save money I guess I will be using the dealership instead of Tommy s. Sad day. I hope this changes in the future.

Tommy s HiTec is great. They have services three of my cars from brakes, to oil changes, serpentines belts and other things. They are very friendly, reasonably priced and most importantly communicate well. Highly recommend them for pretty much all auto services. Took my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville with a FRIED transmission. I KNEW IT ,but since I have CARSHIELD, they needed a complete diagnostic! Ok ... waiting on Huffines Chevrolet to send it in .... after a week of my truck just sitting there, I'd had enough, so I had it towed to Tommy's HI Tech Auto, and after one day, we had the ball rolling!! THANKS, MIKE, FOR TAKING CARE OF MY TRUCK!!! MY NEW TRANSMISSION RUNS WAY BETTER!!! STRONG!! AND MOST IMPORTANT STAYS COOL!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOMMY'S HI TECH AUTO!! GREAT STAFF!! AND THEY LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!

My car was repaired here a couple times within the last few months. The first time i picked my vehicle up they stated the problem was fixed and about a day later it still had the same problem. I did take it back and a few other things were fixed as well. (They weren t. My car was literally making the same noise even after them having my vehicle at the shop for over 3 weeks at a time. My vehicle was even crashed into while parked at this repair shop and I never heard back from the owner when i reached out. It s unfortunate that I ve had to get an attorney involved to get this resolved. & my vehicle is now wrecked and still not correctly repaired. Stay away from here.

Tommy's is my go to place for just about any work I need done on my vehicles! Jason has taken great care of me each time I have gone here! Had a fairly serious issue with my 2018 F150. Colton had it pretty much diagnosed over the phone. Dropped off the truck on Monday and it was ready for pickup Friday afternoon. I am very happy with how quick it took and the truck is running great two weeks later.
