I enjoy the price, speed and customer service of this business. Have been coming for years, but almost every time I leave my steering wheel is very oily and there are oil fingerprints all over the door handles inside and out. I understand it s a dirty job, I did it for years. Just think a slightly better job could be done to wipe hands off before getting in. Only reason for 4 star.

I am highly disappointed with the service that was offer to me today 12/28/2023 your staff abandoned my car for oil change and he was attending to other customers that comes in after mine if that is how you run your business I won t step here anymore I have spent over 40mins waiting

We ve been taking our cars here to get inspections for years. Always attentive, helpful and fast! The TV is never tuned in to some awful conspiracy theorist political pundit show and for that reason alone I will keep going back. Support your local lube shops!

I took my car in October 25th for an inspection and oil change + lube. I was charged $45 for the oil change + lube which actually wasn't done at all. I ended up taking my car to another place and they got it all fixed up and told me I was almost entirely out of power steering and my oil looked terrible. I have receipts. Very disappointed.Edit response: I'm responding months later because I found the receipt earlier and noticed the charge. I was told by the man working that day that he could change the oil and he would check my other fluid levels. A couple of weeks later I went in to another place and they told me none of that was done. I figured I would let you know that because I was wrongfully charged. Not trying to bash per say, but making you aware that I've been wronged.

I had went in to the Sticker Station On Locust .Grayson The Young Tech Greeted Me With A Awesome Smile And A Friendly Hello. He asked how he could help me today ? I told him that I'd like an oil change and need an inspection. He said "We can definitely do that ". He let me know that they had 2 other car's in both bay's. And, asked if I was okay with the wait.I was totally fine with the wait. So Grayson and his Tech Mate's took care of my oil change and inspection. Quickly , Thoroughly and Very Professionally. They Thanked Me For My Business. Grayson said Please Come Back Again. With A Friendly Smile. This Place is Fast Friendly Professional and Clean. Thanks Guy's For the Outstanding Service. I found a New Home for My Oil Change Needs

The guys working here are amiable as well as efficient. They had.my oil changed and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I do recommend this for a quick oil change or inspection sticker.

I went to this place for 25 years + never had any problems getting my vehicle inspected and I'm someone whom had older vehicles that I worked on to get them to pass the guys working there enjoy there jobs you can tell by how nice they are. No worries about getting your inspection.

This place is amazing. Let me tell you a story.For the last two years I've been giving my business to North Texas Sticker Station, it's the auto glass place on University. I was cheated by Ben three times before deciding I'd never go back.The final problem came after I went to have a blend door replaced. I knew exactly what was wrong, I tested the problem myself and when I walked in I told them exactly what I needed done. He (Ben) called me later that day almost surprised to tell me that I was correct, and ask if they should go ahead and do the work. Of course I said yes. Much to my surprise, when I go pick up my vehicle he tells me it's going to be over $300. The blend door itself cost $109 and the installation is just three simple screws. I only came here as a "last chance" for them. I could have easily done it myself. But no, failed again. Ben told me the part was $249.(I checked the part number later after the climate control wasn't working and found out he actually installed the $39 non motorized one)No big deal. I expected this. So I pay my money and walk to my car. When I open the door I can't believe what I see. The leather on my driver seat is torn to shreds. Pieces of it are laying on the floor. In the center console is an empty pack of blunt wraps, a pack of rolling papers, and inside the console is a plastic bag with what looked like methamphetamine!!!I storm back inside and lay everything on the counter. Ben quickly grabs everything and hides it under the counter while all the customers are watching. No apology. Almost like he's used to this. His solution? Vinyl seat covers....Which I had to put in myself...I found out later that week that Ben is known around the homeless community as a "second chance" employer. Which means he hires homeless people, let's them sleep in the bathrooms (which is why they're always locked) and worse yet, gives them the keys to YOUR vehicle!!!!Every time I got my car back it was missing between a quarter and a half tank of gas. Ben always said it's because his mechanic is "off site." I was never given compensation for that.So end of story.When I walked into the sticker station here on locust I was coming directly from THAT type of experience and, sadly, expecting something similar. I'm happy to say I was WRONG!I came to get my inspection done, and a few minutes after I dropped the car off a gentleman came to get me. He pointed out a problem that would prevent it from passing before he even started the inspection. This is where I was expecting him to charge me for this "diagnostic" on top of the failed inspection, but instead he went on to recommend a $3 fix and told me to bring it back later. No fees.So I do that and come back. This time, a different mechanic, a different day, he notices something else wrong. Something I knew was wrong but didn't think would affect inspection. I had gotten a quote for a fix at another shop for $300, so I was a little disappointed to hear I wouldn't pass inspection without it. So I turn, sadly, and walk to the car. Then I hear someone shout "if you buy the parts I'll fix it for $25." AMAZING! So I rush off, get the parts and come back again the next day. They do the work for me. Charge me the $25 as promised (the parts cost $14), and I get my inspection passed! Not only did they save me over $300 in shop charges elsewhere, they also didn't charge me (TWICE) for an inspection they knew I would fail (as Ben had done with a friend of mine), gave expert advice, and quite literally changed my mind about what a typical shop experience should be.TL;DR, Best place in town! Best staff. OVERLY helpful! Indescribable service. I'll never go elsewhere.

Great service! I needed an inspection and I had an interlock device but they let me stay in the car incase I needed to blow. Very nice and non judgmental people. :)

I ve always gotten my oil change and inspection done here. However, today I came in for the same service and was not asked about what oil was used in my vehicle. When I filled out the service detail apparently it was my fault for checking basic oil change and they put in regular oil instead of the usual synthetic oil that is always used and mind you should have already been in the system since I am a regular customer here. Also the guys also failed to check the sticker on the windshield that says exactly what oil to use! When asked if I would at least receive a discount I was told it was my fault for checking basic and denied any accountability on their end. This error could cause tremendous engine damage and no accountability. Not happy at allService: Oil change

Very fast and friendly service. Even for an older shop that is more difficult to get to due to location, it beat out other shops I've been to with quality and friendliness. If you need an inspection, THIS is the place.

Came here to get that necessary inspection so that I can renew my registration sticker. I had my two kids, 8 and 6 and the oldest is autistic. They were looking through the one way glass and doing kid things in the waiting area. Instead of ignoring them or worse trying to force them to sit, the woman in the office was warm and kind. It made waiting the 10-15 to get the inspection done go by so quickly. She even turned on some cartoons in the waiting area for them. I will be back next time I have to renew and I could not recommend more. Regardless of if you have small children or not- this staff is accommodating and kind. They made my/our day a little brighter! Thank you!

I came around 830am today and I left at 9:05, Customer Service was perfect, he was nice ,he greeted me ,I told him that I needed an inspection and he said OK, he told me where to go wait, he took the car and I was the second person there, but they started to get really busy on a Friday but I waited in the waiting room, I didn t have to wait long, I got my inspection sticker and I was out In under 20 minutes.Great customer service , fast easy to find , and inexpensive

This place must be avoided at all costs!!!!!! I ve been coming to this location for 7+ years for overall service for my car. I came here for a state inspection and an oil change month ago. Then I figured the engine oil was slowly leaking from the bottom of my car and I realized they tighten the drain bolt too hard that my oil pan is messed up and been dripping oil.I called them to ask if they can do anything about this issue they caused. They said they can t do anything about it and asked me if I would like to talk to the owner. So I explained that they re the last one who changed my engine oil and they just hung up on me.I see a lot of reviews stating the similar problem and bad customer service, and their responses seem like they do not take responsibility for their mistakes or do not care at all.

Came here this morning in a rush cause i had to get my kiddos to the doctor. My tire was almost flat. I asked the guy if he would just air it up and I would come back later to get it fully fixed. He said I wouldn t make it with just the air and he fixed it and didn t charge me either. Told me to get my kids to the doctor and it was okay. I almost cried, best service ever and I really appreciated the kindness! I ve been here otherwise for oil changes and such good service all around!

Inspection took maybe 10 minutes, $25.50, and I was on my way. Friendly service too! Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Do not come here for an oil change. I came here because I had a friend recommend their services. I will never come back here again when I got here it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come out (I was literally the only person here) The lady told me it should take 30 minutes tops . I ve been here for an HOUR AND STILL SITTING HERE!! There have been 2 people come in waaaaay after me and have already left?! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I have been using Sticker Station for nearly 40 years. John Waley and his dad always provided excellent customer service, but now things have changed! I got my oil changed on 10/18 then I drove to work. On the way to work I was smelling something burning but wasn't sure if it was coming from my car. When I parked the car there was smoke coming from the engine. I raised the hood and there was oil splattered everywhere and puddles in places under the hood. I called Sticker Station and they sent someone out a few hours later. It turned out to be the technician just spilled it (according to him) when he was changing it, but it was upsetting to me because there was a lot of oil, and I was worried the filter wasn't on correctly (see pic of oil on ground). Plus, the potential damage to my car was also a concern. My maintenance guy (co-worker) even commented that there was a lot of oil spilled and he wouldn't have been happy with that oil change. I asked the manager for a refund, and he said the "owner" would contact me. The guy who contacted me said he was "part owner". The part owner (John's son) tells me that the oil change was done correctly and the issue at hand was that the old oil from the draining process splashed on the motor and burned off while I was driving creating some smoke. Really? Then why do I have oil on the ground, puddles under the hood and a burning smell for two days? The technician that came out said the oil was spilled during the oil change and should have been cleaned up before I left the Sticker Station. John's son offers me a $10 discount for next time oil change. Why would I return after this kind of service? The refund is not about the money but for the inconvenience. It is the principle of the matter that should have been considered. John's son tells me that I am "unappeasable". But I am the customer!!! Why do I have to plead my case when your service caused me grief and made a mess under the hood of MY car!? By the way, I am just now posting this because I had thought John (owner) would have contacted me by now. His son told me he would have John contact me, but I have never heard back. Obviously, they don't care anymore about excellent customer service. One bad apple can sour the whole basket.Service: Oil change
