Spenser and his staff are good people. He has treated my family so well over the years. Honest and to the point but you understand what he is talking about. I recommend Spenser to anyone that needs mechanical work.

I hate taking my car into unknown places in an unknown area, however if you are in the Denton area or are just driving through and need assistance with your vehicle then Spenser Davis is the person to do it!! He s ran his business here for over 20 years!Honest, respectable man with integrity you just don t see anymore! They are fair prices and won t ever sell you something you DONT need!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (even if you re not from Denton )

Guy on the phone verbally abused me cussing me out maybe he thought I was someone else but now my day is ruined. I struggle with mental health and he really hurt my feelings today and put me in a bad spot. I'm so sad. Will NEVER do business here and no one EVER should.

I was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. Spenser's saved me money and fixed my air conditioning problem. I got to my appointment right when they opened, they kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and returned my vehicle in the afternoon. I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed! Spencer is not only excellent at providing great service but is so very honest! For instance, I was told by a foreign car automotive that my break pads needed to be replaced....$800.00. I took it to spencer he looked at it and said they had several miles to go. I literally went another year before they had to be replaced. He and his staff are pleasant and super friendly. I trust them and highly recommend this business!

Rude Grey haired man that disregarded everything said to him with no eye-contact, wasn t even willing to converse over repairs or anything regarding car because I didn t have an appointment, then was told to F*** Off and was ready to fight and threaten from him being told he was being rude.Great way to handle customers willing to spend money on your labor & services.

Spencer has worked on all of my cars for over five years. He and his staff have always been upfront and honest, he has always let me know of the cost of any repair before starting a job. He is not the cheapest but his work is A+ and the prices are fair. I trust noone else to work on my car, first honest auto mechanic I have ever meet I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Spenser's really helped turn around the frustrating experience of having my car break down out of town. He was patient over the phone and able to give me an accurate quote before I even brought my car in. I needed an S-belt replaced and my AC compressor clutch fixed; the first place I brought my car to was clearly trying to take advantage of my poor situation of being stranded away from home and absolutely tried to gouge me on price, but Spenser's fixed both problems with my car, and gave me a tow, for less than the first place quoted me for the S-belt alone. They fixed it the same day I brought it in. They also were kind enough to do an inspection on my vehicle and give me a quote on fixing other possible issues, even though they knew I was out of town and would be bringing my car to a local mechanic once I was able to drive it home. Honest and helpful folks, wish I lived closer so I could keep giving them my business.

I can keep my beloved Element going for another 165,000 miles. I appreciate that Spencer's always has time to listen to what is wrong and help me plan how to save money by grouping my maintenance with repairs. I know the work is done right and the price I got on replacing my tires was competitive. Celeste always helps to answer any questions and plan out repairs on my budget, or to drop me off at work. They keep our cars running right.

We've brought different family vehicles to Spenser's four times over the past five years. We always receive an honest estimate, suggestions without sales pitch/pressure, and a car that is indeed repaired. True service, nice people, great work!!

I had an electrical issue with my Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I love my truck and was getting hard pressed to find out why it was running so poorly. I just bought this truck!!! I had other shops try to fix this and that, only to spend about $500.00, not fixing my truck. Spencer s techs spent the time to trace down and find what was causing my truck to have these various issues. They went through, step by step, and let me know exactly what was needed, down to the gaskets, so, I knew the price and everything that was going on. Great place to go when other shops can t find the problem!!

Sent my 81 Trans Am over for them to time the motor and adjust the carb after a distributor install. The shop forgot to put my resistance bushing back in and melted my cap and rotor! Avoid their handiwork at all costs.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Spencer s is the real deal. I have a Vintage 1971 Cutlass Supreme. I had this shop install a new transmission and rebuild the engine. Older cars are a challenge for most mechanics but not for this shop. The overhaul was completed timely and at a real reasonable price. PLUS I got a warranty and n both the transmission and the engine.Truly a blue ribbon shop.By the way they also fixed my my 2018 Kia Sorento.If you are having problems call Celeste and get your car in for that repair! You won t be disappointed... trustworthy mechanics are hard to find.

BEWARE Warning BEWARE quoted fair price on phone so took car there. Immediately they started finding extra broke parts, it just kept going and going. They NEVER gave me a detailed receipt of the work done. AVOID this place, all they will do is suck money out of your wallet.

Excellent service! Came in first time for inspection. Place will staffed, knowledgeable and work done correctly the first time. I will return for all auto repairs.

My car broke down on the side of the highway. I called Spencer's they towed it into their shop and diagnose the car with a faulty torque converter. so where we're at right now is there repairing the vehicle putting in a new torque converter and they quoted me for $1,000 on that. Now I'm just waiting for my car to get out of the shop and I will repost the experience once it's complete.
