I want to personally say, that my experience at Sign It Drive It Services is an experience I'll never forget. They were very helpful, fast, understanding of my situation, excellent communication and awesome customer service. I am very happy and thankful to have met such genuine hearted people. I am new to Texas with no family members and they definitely made me feel like family! They took excellent care of my vehicle. I am a customer for life and blessed to be able to call them my family now. Craig, you're amazing! Thank you guys so much!

Craig and Zara (not spelled correctly) provided great customer service and were very prompt and professional with all communications regarding what needed to be done with my vehicle and the progress. Craig was eager to get repairs done right and timely. Zara went above and beyond providing pick up instructions! The service department, unlike my experience with SIDI sales, (except for Jack), did their best to provide top notch service amd earn your repeat business. The only thing more they could have done to make it a 5 star experience was to offer me a loaner over the 3 days they had my NEWLY PURCHASED vehicle for repairs. I live over 70 miles away and had to inconvenience myself and my husband to get to and from the shop to fix a defect that SIDI sales tried to pass off. ( Think Danny Devito's character in Matilda!)Again Sign It Drive It Service was a much more pleasant and satisfying customer experience! Thanks guys!!!

Highly recommend. We had just purchased our car and we bought the coverage. At first we were given a high cost but Craig the manager went to bat for us and took care of the problem at a very low rate and got his administration to cover majority of the bill. Since the repair the car has been running smooth and he also did a couple upgrades to the car. We really appreciate the great work and in a timely manner.

I bought this Ford edge from Sign It Drive It. I felt very pressured to purchase a vehicle from the sales department. We ended up buying a Ford Edge and we really liked this vehicle. But after we drove it a couple of days after the purchase the brakes started shaking and vibrating. Took it to their service department and Craig the service manager got our brakes fixed at no charge. So far, our vehicle is driving great. Thank you Craig and your techs for a great job.

The entire service department was amazing! Very friendly and communicated with me the entire time they had my Escape. Craig and team were AWESOME! I had been dealing with Ford to get my vehicle fixed for the same issue for over a year and kept having to go back. A friend referred me to Craig and Al and they were able to diagnose the problem within hours. Communication was constant and professional while they ordered, waited on parts and fixed my car. I can now drive my car without any worries. Thanks Service team!!!

Listen.....In the service dept Say heyyyyy to everyone but ask for Craig! He is funny yet professional. From start to finish he has communicated the who, what, when, where, why and possibilities of my vehicle (aka baby girl). When I called whoever I got on the phone was always polite and responsive (shout out to everyone in the service dept) until I got to Craig! Me personally I am impressed with the service me and baby girl received and if I could bring my other vehicle in for maintenance I would because Craig and them are now family! Incoming Next Friday joke...... Baby D to DaeDae: Hook me up with yo cousin Craig. ( )

Service department only: We dropped off the car 7 days ago to do a few things we told they would do when we bought it 3 weeks prior. We talked to the sales manager about the brakes before we got there. He told us when we got there service would know about it. They had to order some parts and a week later, we received a call saying car was ready and they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. When we arrived my husband asked if we could test drive the car.Craig said yes, but was confused about why. We explained everything and basically from the beginning and from that point on Craig, Zyra and Al, the shop foreman, were the best! They found the problem, fixed the problem, thank God. We appreciate those three very much! Before they helped, I would have given them not so high of a score! They were fantastic and turned our opinion totally around! Thank you very much!

Can't say enough about the service. From getting our vehicle to the shop. Had a few issues after purchasing vehicle. But Craig did an awesome job. Got with warranty. Got parts and got our vehicle up and running. He would not let us have vehicle until it was 100 percent driveable. Would highly recommend. Awesome job mechanic shop. You all went above and beyond. Thank you Craig.

Super quick service and somewhat good communication. I was told twice I'd get an estimate sent to me and an invoice for the diagnostic, and never did. Also, I was told over the phone one price and then in person charged a higher amount of an extra $35 for a higher labor cost and "shop supplies". Not sure for a diagnostic checkup what shop supplies are needed, but paid $161 for a diagnostic, which is higher than in the past I've paid with other companies . Kinda disappointed that when told a price over the phone, that amount isn't honored. Just tell me what is owed on the phone and stick with it. Not sure I'll use them again. I don't like surprises when it comes to money.

The worst experience, not sure who handled my car but I have oil prints on the inside roof of my Cadillac right above the door, not only did my car wait for a whole week without getting worked on I had to call them for updates turns out the part hadn t been delivered. After picking up my car I ve noticed it drives differently, and tire or wheel shakes, so now I have to take my Cadillac somewhere else to see what was done. They didn t even bother to wash my car or let me know about the oil stains they left inside my car. I could call in complain but I know nothing to little will get done or solved, and taking it to Denton is to far of a inconvenience.
