I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 tire sensors (spare included) replaced at this location a week ago. The Technicians, Jacob and Dylan are very professional, patient with answering some of my questions and knows how to take good care of a customer on what they need. They also have a reasonable price, had an appointment and finished by an hour and 5 minutes. Overall a great experience, Thank you!

The prices, service managers, and tire techs are awesome. However, when you try to schedule a rotation you are farmed out to a call center. The persons that I visited with at the call center were all foreign, and I simply could not understand them? They also refuse to schedule any same day services? I hate to see a company who touts being so American, turning their customers to a central facility rather than our local store.

Terrible customer service at first. Took forever and i watched the techs stand over my car telling jokes for 10 minutes. They messed up my computer changing the battery

I have purched 4tires from them. And it is time to rotate and it is always 2-3hr wait. Everytime.
