These guys did a great job taking a look over on my motorhome. I was referred to them by Camping World up the street for a brake issue I was experiencing. Their price was fair and the service was top notch. Sergio kept me updated and also did some preventative maintenance on the motorhome. If you are having chassis problems, I strongly recommend these guys for maintenance. They also do body work if needed. If you dig deeper into the reviews, ignore all the towing reviews as they have contracts with the police for accidents and will naturally get bad reviews from people pissed off.

Robert's did a great job fixing my car. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Sergio also gave us wise advice on some paint & dent repair my husband needs to have done on his car. Thanks for the great service!

I highly recommend Robert's for collision repair and mechanical repair. They are professional, polite, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. They saved me from having my vehicle totaled when Caliber Collision doubled the estimated repairs for my minor accident. When I went in for mechanical repair, the technician skipped his lunch to finish my vehicle because I was unable to leave the shop. This may not mean much to some, but shows me a dedication to his craft and consideration for his customer.I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I have the need.

I paid 3000 grand in body work and when I got it back I was missing bolts from my battery tray as well as my battery hold down I also had a loose hood bolt and my fender was glued on and held but one push tab and almost completely came off on me down the road would not recommendServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT USE ROBERTS COLLISION & MECHANICAL REPAIR. I took my small motor home to get the assist suspension air bags replaced. He wouldn't give me a firm price because "they would have to check it out." Very friendly. but when I went to pick it up the bill was about three times what I was led to expect. He had added $129 to inspect(spray soapy water on and watch for bubbles) and six and a half hours labor, $838, to replace the two air bags, which u tube videos indicate takes an hour or two at most, and added $75 shipping for the air bags. And he wouldn't give me the old air bags as he had promised. What a ripoff! Don"t let him do it to you.

For over a decade, Robert's PC&R has been the only place I trust to take care of my vehicles. Twice when I've called, their tow service was able to come right away. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are good and the final bill is never a surprise because they call to get approval of any changes. I definitely recommend the Perches Boyz and their great team of mechanics!

LOVE these guys! I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Robert and Sergio are rockstars and have taken care of me several times.I've had 3 wrecks they've helped me with; some more severe where I couldn't drive the car away, some not so severe. They've done an amazing job working with insurance, leaving minimal hassle on my part. When I've picked up my baby after work was done, she was cleaned inside and out, without question.They see things wrong with my car that I've never even mentioned to them from previous work done at another shop. The quote they gave me for work to be done outside of insurance is very reasonable, too. I trust them and know they'll take care of everything without worry.

Roberts tow service responded after I had an accident. They were prompt, courteous, and super accommodating for me and the insurance company and the multiple trips needed to resolve our claim. Would highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Horrible service, owner is extremely rude and hard to work with. Unfortunately my car was towed here after an accident and I had to pay $400+ just to take it out. It had been there 3 days. I was crying because I am a broke college student who doesn t have that kind of money laying around. Owner didn t care and demanded I pay. When i asked my options he basically said either pay now or pay more later. I paid you for doing absolutely nothing! This place is full of crooks who only care about your money and not you when you just went through a traumatic experience. Advice: if your car is totaled and you don t want it just don t come back for your car so you can avoid the ridiculous fees the thieves charge you for hardly doing the bare minimum.

I took my truck in for an insurance claim on the front bumper and they kept my truck 3 weeks longer than what they told me. I never received one follow-up call on the status and the day I had to go pick it up, Robert told me to bring a new battery with me because mine had "Gone bad". Don't waste your time and money here. Sloppy work!

Last October I had a car accident on the 35, and robert's paint-collision took my car to repair the trunk. I live in Cedar Hill, so I wanted to fix my car somewhere near to where I live, but they didn't want me to take my car away from them and begged me to leave the car with them because the county didn't give them a lot of cars. They told me that they were gonna put a used part because they supposedly they were not able to find it new; however, I don't know which part is used because they didn't show it to me, they just called me to say that they were gonna put a used part. They took a whole month to fix my car and told me more than three times that my car was done and once I was going to pick it up, they said that it wasn't done and come back the next day.On June, I noticed that the paint of my car's trunk started to come out. On August, I called them to see if they were gonna be able to fix it, they said to go to them so that they can check it. Once I arrived to them, they checked it and said they were gonna give me a rental car, fix it for free and that they were going to take maximum four days to fix it. However, they were not able to fix it that day, so I needed to go back in two weeks so that they can fix because they were already behind with other cars. I went back on August 22, they gave me the rental car and said they were gonna call me the next day so that I can pick it up the day after (in total I was gonna have the rental car for three days). On the same August 22, they called me to say that the car had a bump and that they were not gonna fix it for free anymore, we had a fight on the phone and told me that I needed to give the rental car back that same day or I was gonna pay the extra days. Today August 24, I went to give the rental car back, and they made me pay 87.43 for the extra two days.In conclusion, my car DOESN'T have any bump. They don't want to take any responsibility of their bad work. They don't care if I call the police or the lawyer or whatever person. I even called the police today because I didn't have to pay the extra days of the rental car, and they even said bye to the police like if they were friends, so I DON'T recommend them at all.

Don't let bad reviews from angry people who got their car towed deter you from completely trusting this family owned business with your collision and paint work. These guys took on a very difficult $350,000 rv job fearlessly and did a great work! Robert, Sergio and the rest of the team are something special.

Incompetent crooks. Their tow trucks aren't even TDLR legal. The drivers have no clue what they are doing and the "owner" or that's what he said he was, was extremely rude and ignorant.. I have video of them destroying the front bumper of a vehicle. Beware this company.

I own a car that was in an accident and was towed by Robert's. When I arrived to inspect the car, the owner was very rude. He told me that I hade to pay $300 to get it out, or if nothing else, I should at least pay him the $240 that he had into towing it and leave it there for him to keep.I could go on and on but the point is that this guy was not professional at all and spoke to me as if I was beneath him.There is no way that I would ever take a car to him to work on and if I am ever in another accident in Denton and need a tow truck, I will insist that the police do not call Roberts again!

Absolutely unreasonable prices $223 for a tow they had less then 24 hours and towed less than a mile away. These guys are crooks and probably give Denton county Police a kick back for calling them. Absolutely ridiculous pricing.

Taken too long for amateur paint results. They do not keep you informed and tend to exaggerate progress. Paint scuffed and garbage in paint plus new damage to vehicle. Owner is rude and will not take responsibility for his work. He acts as if it is my fault I ever trusted him. IF I ever get my vehicle back I may have to have it redone elsewhere. Never again at this establishment. Never.

Robert's Paint and Body have cared for our companies fleet vans for the last 10 years. They have done all major repairs for us from collision to engine repair and from towing to transmission repair. They have always worked around our company scheduling to get the repairs done as quickly as possible and get our work vans back on the road. Even though our company is in Hurst, we drive the 45 minutes to Denton to Robert's Paint and body because it is worth it. I have recommeded them to several people over the last 10 years and I recommed them to you!! Go see Robert or Sergio!

The first time I took my Pontiac to Roberts, they needed to replace my CV joint and they gave me an estimated time for it to be done. Some how they ordered the wrong part and it ended up taking 5 days longer than expected. But they found a way to save me money and i got a free oil change and a lube service.

4 stars. I did not use this company but I called with a question and the gentleman spoke to me about my issue and provided me advice instead of railroading me to come in. That speaks volumes about their service and practices.

Was not impressed this go around after bragging what a good job they did on my car and now my husband and I's door still ain't fixed the tint on new door all tore up radio and heater had short but they did nothing to it and yet it suddenly works so it's fixed I expected so much more back in the day it was a great shop that did quality work ...not now apparently I spoke too soon
