The team here is great. Everyone was incredibly helpful and are clearly experts in their craft. They quickly got our vehicle issues diagnosed and back on the road. They were willing to answer questions and help us understand what we needed to do. If we ever need repairs again we ll be back here for sure.

Can t say enough good things about Justin and Brandon. They are honest, polite, thorough and upfront with everything. They shopped for the best prices on parts for me and worked with my schedule to get the repairs done. I highly recommend these guys. This is my new mechanic, hands down 100%.

They were able to determine the source of my issues and got me in as soon as possible when the parts arrived. Brandon was courteous, quick and efficient in getting my car up and running smoothly and back on the road again! Great experience and highly recommend them.

Petersen Automotive does exceptional work and very honest. Justin helped me decide what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. I drive an older model Mercedes and it does need some dollars spent on upkeep due to age, so I was very appreciative of his honesty. I d give 10 stars if I could and I will definitely return to get the rest of the work done.

I got work done here from my car multiple times. The last time I got work I feel like I was scammed I was charged for things that weren t wrong with my car. I paid a lot of money for my car to be fixed for it to never be fixed and the issues to never be resolved. Very disappointed with Justin and the staff and feel like I was scammed and possibly because I was a woman it was so bad that I had to quit my job where I use my car daily because of this. Justin told me I could bring it back, but at this point, I had lost my trust and felt like he was still trying charge me after doing work that did not resolved the issues. I was so disappointed of all the money that I spent for Everything I complained about with my car to never be fixed check engine light still was on brought it back to him. He turned it off. It came back on within hours. Justin, this is not OK. I went without a car for a month and And had to get rentals for work I spent a lot of money In hopes my vehicle And never was. The issue he fix had nothing to do with any issues I told him. Literally had to go to another mechanic and pay twice as much to get things done, but He actually fixed the issues with my car. And Of this and showed him the pictures I was sent from Told me my mechanic played me and should have known that was not the issue with my car. I honestly trusted this shop and the did more damage to my vehicle. Highly disappointed and lost trust, and honestly feel it was because I lm a woman and feel it was intentional

Justin and his team did an excellent job with my son s car. It s a 2012Genesis and has a few issues. Peterson Automotive diagnosed it and only repaired what I was ready for them to repair. Justin even followed up a few days later to ensure there are no issues with the repairs made. Very few mechanics like him. He s officially our mechanic. Definitely recommend his services.

Jason is very good at communicating what he is doing. I also believe he is honest in what he is proposing. We had our 4 cars serviced by Firestone in the past but had a major problem with them recently. Moving our maintenance and servicing to his business.

Amazing service. Looked at my car right away. Did a full courtesy inspection for free. Identified an issue with a part that is under recall that other mechanics either missed or didn't research. Directed me to Subaru with detailed instructions to get recalled part replaced.Will definitely be back for service in the future.

Justin was fantastic. I had called another mechanic who wanted to charge me $158 just to look at my car. When I called Justin I gave him all the details and he was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone, promised me he wouldn t authorize any extra expenses without approval, got me in quickly, provided me updates through the day and had hands down the best customer service! I was able to pay virtually and pick up my car at a time that worked best for my schedule! Would recommend him to anyone!Services: Auto power window repair, Electrical

Peterson Automotive is AWESOME!!!Having recently moved to Texas, we didn t have a reliable mechanic at the time. Finding an honest and knowledgeable mechanic was proving to be a lot harder than I expected!So I just started asking around if anyone new of a good automotive repair shop. Of all people, my podiatrist recommended Justin from Peterson Automotive Repair.I am so glad I found Justin & Brayden at Peterson Automotive Repair!!! They were, and are, both wonderful to work with! They were both incredibly to deal with! And they not only did the work in a very timely manner, but were in constant communication throughout the process.I was even impressed with their after hours drop off process! Their app made it easy for an on the go person to drop off and pick up my vehicle at any time. And the link in their app was the best I have ever experienced! I could review all the suggested repairs as well as the actual repairs and pay thru the app. Easy Peasy!Most important to me is, that the are honest and incredibly knowledgeable, and they provided me with a few options repairing my Yukon!In the end, my car got fixed properly and I didn t have to spend a lot to have it fixed.It is my honor to give them my highest commendations!!! I highly recommend Peterson Automotive Repair for all your car repairs!!!

Had my 2012 Mercedes towed there when it broke down on the road while my daughter was driving it home from UNT. Justin was responsive and professional. Did a quick job of repairs at a reasonable rate. Thanks, Justin!

This place is my number one to go place for any car repair. They takes care of your car as their own, I cannot finish saying good things about this place. If you really wants your vehicle to be taken care off and on a reasonable price, this is your place. They will take care of you and your vehicle.

They fix my AC, after I spent so much money at All About Imports and the owner kept blaming me and the car was still having hot air, however this guy fix the car with no issues and it has been working perfect for a year. The guy is honest and knows his job. Peterson is the place to go, they have integrity, they are not greedy, they have a quality service.

I had an outstanding experience with Justin and his team at Peterson Automotive Repair. He was proactive throughout the process of getting my son's vehicle back up and running. I was kept fully informed with frequent messages as to progress, pricing and when I could expect to get the vehicle back. I really appreciated that he made me aware of a manufacturer recall I did not know about. I have limited knowledge of vehicle repair so had lots of questions that Justin was more than happy to answer. He's a real PRO!!

Just got my power steering repaired at their shop and whew I m whipping my car like it s brand new Thank God for your honest work! I was diagnosed at another mechanic for $600 more than what I was charged at Peterson. Justin thank you for all of your hard work and your compassionate spirit your commitment and love for your job is a breath of fresh air. The staff here is so friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in Denton honest mechanics who do exceptional work

Braden and Justin are awesome fellows. I had to replace the condenser on my 2012 car. Dealers quoted a lot of money to replace this and i was looking for options to do it at a lesser price and found this gem of a place. Braden quoted me exactly how much it would cost and did the awesome job of replacing it at the agreed cost. They hardly took less then 2 hours and did a thorough job of replacing it. Updated to add: stopped in for a very last minute oil change. Awesome above and beyond service, great price, good wifi! Thanks y'all!Justin and Jason were awesome! We were able to get same day mobile mechanic services while my husband's car was at work and he was back on the road by quitting time! Every interaction was pleasant and they kept me completely updated without me ever having to check in for an update! Excellent communication, great service, affordable pricing! 3rd review: I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change. Dropped it off at 9 am and in about 90 minutes (they had to order a filter) my vehicle was ready to go. The price was affordable and I'm very happy with the service!2nd review: Justin went above and beyond to repair my vehicle! I had a terrible oil leak caused by another mechanic's error. Justin quickly diagnosed the issue and worked with my (inconvenient) schedule to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I appreciate all the hard work and the great job Justin did! I'm so happy to have my car back. This is why I always recommend Peterson Automotive Repair to everyone!1st review: The technician, Braden, was prompt, polite, and very professional. I needed the fluid and filter for my transmission replaced (my car was driving *rough*), and new brake fluid as well. He got it all taken care of in a little more than an hour, just as he said. I had to get a bit of work done on my vehicle, Justin was completly transparent throughout the process with diagnostics and pricing. We left our vehicle here and they were able to diagnose the problem during the same day. After going back and forth with insurance to figure out what to do, Peterson Automotive was sympathetic to our situation and kept the vehcile on their lot until we could come to a solution. Despite not having work done there, they are very courteous and professional. We recommend them just on this alone.

I had a great overall experience going to this shop! getting a quote was quick and painless, which tends to not be the norm in my experience. after getting the quote, booking the appointment was also very easy. everyone that I spoke to was kind & understanding. i came in for a timing belt kit & oil change. they also easily located my oil leak, and told me how they would fix it, while other shops quoted me $75-300 just to figure out where it's coming from! I'm very wary about mechanics because of past bad experiences, but this shop exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely taking my car here from now on and would recommend anyone to do the same!

Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!The after hours drop box is great. Really made it much more convenient to find a time to drop off or pick up.I called and set up an appointment for a diagnosis of my broken AC. Dropped it off the evening before. Justin sent a service recommendation the next day with a recommended compressor replacement . Also inspected the vehicle and recommended front brake replacement repair. The recommendation included detailed diagnostic steps taken and reasoning.I called to ask some questions about the recommended service, parts, warranty and to schedule a repair appointment. Justin answered all my questions and mentioned that the pads were approximately 20 percent life left and rotors show some heat spots. He also mentioned that while I could wait on the brakes, they would probably need to be replaced within the next 5k miles.I suspected the compressor due to the sudden failure of the AC.I also knew the brakes were getting close to end of life and have been holding off because I drive pretty low miles and am considering trade in this year. Just couldn't go without AC in this heat anymore.I think his diagnosis and estimates were honest and fair(not cheap but fair and includes warranty for labor/parts). he didn't recommend anything not needed, like many dealers/shops do. And he respected my choice about only repairing the AC without being pushy even in the slightest.Both times I called Justin, he answered right away and I also was able to easily schedule an appointment within a couple days and pickup/dropoff was super quick and convenient.When I got my car back it was in the same condition I left it, but with a fixed AC of course.Also was only an extra mile or so on the O.D. for a proper shake down.Everything looked clean near where the compressor is. From what I could see appeared to be high quality work.Has been blowing cold for a week now. Wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future if I need auto work(although hopefully not anytime soon)
