Do not go here unless you have 2.5 hours to spare - even if you have an appointment they do not care. My appointment was at 9:30 and they didn t even start until 10:50am. They told me it would be ann hour. All they were doing is replacing 2 tires and fixing the alignment.I just drove home (about 3miles) and my tire light is on again.I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else. Tommy s High Tech is great

Called in at closing one day, was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, dropped my car off at 8am on a Saturday. Had my car back by noon same day. Great Work with the Brakes, Tires, Alignment and even better service from Angie

Terrible place to do business. Unorganized. Lies,lies,lies. 2days to get 1 tire. Not to mention they said they fixed a battery & headlights when I asked for a tire repair. No one asked for any repair other than a TIRE!!!! 1st they called that it was ready, then they said they need to order a new one. Told it will be ready at close. Then, they called me when arrived that they ordered a wrong one. 2 days for 1 tire. Oh, the mgr called & said she can t let me leave as the car is unsafe. I need a $1.000 repair. Knew it was fishy as I just had my service done a week ago & my yearly inspection few days before. Both places did not mention anything NTB said. Got the runaround. Called corporate & was told the GM would call me. It s over a month & no calls. This is not the 1st time with problems at this location. Should ve known better. Always gave chances due to mgmt changes. Was hoping for improvement, but after 3 chances-no thanks. Gotta be stupid to go for more.

I had a great experience at the Denton NTB. First of all, they were open on a Sunday, which was incredibly convenient. Secondly, Ethan and Jacob took great care of my truck. The service was awesome fast, yet thorough, personable, and extremely courteous. They ve EARNED my repeat business!

I recently visited this auto repair shop to get my headlights fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jacob and Ethan were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they efficiently fix my headlights, but they also took the time to explain the issue and offered to check my engine light as well. 10/10 service

So I had a rough day today in my effort to avoid being hit by another driver who failed to yield at an all-way stop, I cut my turn tighter and ended up hitting a curb HARD. So my tire was done for. Further down the road, I got some help putting a spare on, then had to look for a tire place that was not too far and also open on Sunday. As this was an unexpected event for my day, I came in without an appointment, just hoping they could fit me into their schedule so I wouldn t be on my spare for too long and luckily they were able to get started on my car pretty quickly.

I came in needing new tires and had wonderful assistance with Ethan. He was able to help me find some great tires on my truck. 10/10 would go there again. Definitely gonna get my oil change done here as well.

Called to make an appointment and had me in and working on my car in no time at all. Ethan and Jermaine were incredibly informative and inviting. They told me everything that needed to be done to my car and helped me to understand the price breakdowns and time prioritization of the jobs that were necessary to keep me rolling. I come to NTB on Brinker for all my cars needs and have always had a great experience. Thanks guys for being a trustworthy and helpful shop to take my car!

Recently had to get new tires and decided to go ahead and get my brake done as well. The gentleman helping me, Ethan I believe, was super helpful and very nice. I feel like I paid an acceptable amount for the work they did. They only had my car for a few hours and I was back on the road! THANK YOU GUYS!!

So I came and got my pickup serviced. I noticed that it wasn't driving smooth, turns out the tires were having issues. Andi was very helpful in pinpointing what exactly I need, and getting me the best bang for my buck. Not only did I get a new set of tires, but I also found I was due for an oil change, which I got, and it was all done sooner than I expected. And the cost wasn't nearly as bad, either. I talked to Ethan, it seems like he runs a really tight ship. Everyone was pretty much staying busy, working diligently, and the whole place just looks so clean. And unlike a few other shops I've visited before, they actually left my truck a bit cleaner than how it was.All in all, if I had the option to give NTB more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Hands down, best service I've ever received. I highly, HIGHLY (I'm flying at this point) doubt that you'll find customer service, and quality of work this high, anywhere else. Thanks again for all your help, and cheers to you, NTB!! And props to Andi, Ethan, and everyone in the shop for all the help! Definitely becoming a regular customer, and sending my friends your way!!

I came in today to fix a flat tire and I was met with excellent customer service from Jacob and Ethan. They were super nice and got me out of there quickly. They were also very informative of what was going on with my car. I highly recommend this location and I WILL be going back!!

Ethan and Jacob made sure that my brakes got taken care of first thing on a Sunday morning! They showed me what was wrong, and broke down what I can fix over the next few months to make sure my car stays in top shape. I appreciated their help!

I purchased my tires at NTB over a year ago. Recently I had one tire that kept losing air and the sensor would come on. I took it and they found the tiny nail that was causing the issue. They patched it and I was in and out within an hour. Andi was very helpful and made sure things were good correctly.

They got my car in quickly and completed the work needed and were honest about all labor costs and needs up front. Didn t feel pressure to buy tires at the time of service. Would recommend

I had a solid experience here. The wheel alignment service was completed in a timely manner. They recommended that my tires be replaced because the tread was low. I already knew that coming in so it was expected. The alignment cost was very reasonable.

WATCH OUT STUDENTS!! Don t come here without a parent! Sent my daughter to this store to get a damaged tire under warranty fixed, they couldn t fix it, it needed replaced along with the other 3. They tried to sell her 2 tires for $500 which we didn't purchase but made an appointment to come back in a few days to replace them all , because she had finals that week and didn t have time to deal with it. And so her dad could price them out. While examining the one under warranty they broke her console. We noticed the broken console the next time the car was driven because it had grease on it and when she opened it it fell apart. So when we went back to buy the tires the following Monday the man who I spoke to claimed to be the store manager denied that they broke it and laughed at me saying did you personally get in the car before and after we took it in the shop? He may have been laughing but in an extremely sarcastic rude way, and commenting it would be impossible for any such thing to happen. Then making me feel as tho he was doing me a favor for asking about a 10% discount for the alignment part of the (4) new tires sale (a total if $9.90), I asked for the discount because I received a post card sent to me in the mail from their company for 10% off services. Which also advertised a buy 3 get 1 free tire sale which our tires didn t qualify for as suspected but worth asking . I asked him for the district managers number when I realized he had more interest in arguing and had no customer service skills, and was laughed at again and told I could email him (but wasn t given the information to do so) and that he was busy and had other customers to tend to was I buying the tires or not? Then the phone was passed back to my daughter. Whom I m sure was humiliated by the way he spoke to me because she was the one standing there in person. The sad part is I would have been happy with an apology and some kind words and some sort of discount or coupon especially since they were advertising service discounts anyways. But I was made to feel stupid for asking, and told Fine if its really that big of a deal (for the $9.90). I haven t paid the bill yet so who knows if I will get the $9.90 off but we wont do business with them anymore unless this is resolved, except to live out the warranty on this set of tires. Our appointment was at 1 pm it is almost 4pm still no news if the car is ready because they haven t called me to pay. We own 6 vehicles, I am considering cutting up my NTB credit card. Thank you Brinker Road store in Denton Tx for you professionalism. My daughter says she thinks the guys name was Micheal, but who knows? -he will probably laugh and deny all of this too. Update at 4:05 my daughter texted me and said he just notified her it will be another hour. Lol

I had an appointment at 3pm. Got there around 3:10. They didn t even pull in my vehicle until around 5:40!! I didn t leave until almost 7pm!! Wasn t even busy at all. Multiple people came and went in the time I was there. Employees were nice, but lazy. I will not be returning. Terrible service in general.
