Had a great experience at the North Texas Auto dealership! Jacob made the process super easy for me AND my sister's budget! We came in looking for a car and walked out the same day with two! Very happy with the great quality cars we were given as first time buyers. #ACCOMMODATING I definitely appreciate the groups help for making this process as easy as possible!

I bought a 2003 Chevrolet Impala from them May 28 of 2022. Kept it until August of 2023 til I sold it. Paid 3000 down for it and was able to get the title and own it. I didn t have any complaints. Service was def fast. I don t have my car anymore right now and am looking to purchase another here in a month. Wondering if I should come back! My car always ran great! I ran into a few problems but nothing from the dealership! As far as I m concerned they helped me out tremendously when I needed a car.

I had an amazing experience with North Texas Auto Dealership. The moment I walked into their dealership, staff were professional and friendly. They walked me through the car rental process with such ease that I knew I was in good hands.The car was perfect - spotless, comfortable, and it ran like a charm. But I ended up getting a flat tire, out of the blue. The team at North Texas Auto Dealership responded quick, and they treated me with kindness, understanding, and a level of service that I didn t even know I needed. The team didn t just solve my problem; they made sure I felt taken care of.I'm honestly blown away by the whole experience. Amazing experience! Demetrius was absolutely fantastic and super friendly. No issues at all with the car and everything was explained up front and there was no hidden anything. Michelle was also just wonderful and so sweet and patient. 20 out of 10 recommend!!

This is the spot to buy a car, they get straight to it unlike Ford, Maza, Honda ETC. Demetrius was my salesman he was very courteous and helped me find a car in my budget and i cant thank him enough!

Don't get me wrong. Absolutely great customer service. Phenomenal people. The entire staff gives great options about the vehicles on the lot and work with you on payments or how you can walk out with a car. I had purchased a 14' Chevy Sonic with a little bit of damage I wasn't aware of. I had fixed all the damage myself and with the help of the shop. Not knowing the dealership could have offered me a MUCH better price. They worked with me and understood the situation and compensated me for the inconveniences! It's hard to find open hearted and understanding people. Great patience and great care at this dealership.

After trying for almost 3 WEEKS, going to multiple dealerships and online shopping I went to North TX Auto. My credit had taken a hit pretty hard bc I was impatient (but needed a vehicle for work) and wouldn t stop till I had a car. I was shot down by a place bc of my DL. Dave and Karli got me into a car that I m very happy with!!! I don t have anymore anxiety waking up in the morning going to work!!If you are needing to get on your feet and starting out this is the best place to go!!! Thank y all so much I held back tears of joy leaving y all s lot!!

North Texas Autos is a great place to find and buy your vehicle. My experience buying from them is very positive. The prices are much better than other sellers out there. Also, the vehicle I bought remains in great condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Worst car buying experience of our whole life! We went into this dealership as most people do in our situation with low credit, and needing help. They came off as helpful, having a servants heart and wanting to get us set for success.Let me warn you they did nothing short of ruin our lives for the last 2 months! The 1st car we received was supposed to be not in a wreck or clean from any damage. My husband drove this car a week and the tire blew out. We take it to the shop and was told that not only had the car been in a severe wreck, it had a bent wheel, and a tire put on that had fire damage. We paid for the tire, and urged NTA to fix the car. Although knowing we signed an AS IS agreement, as hardworking people we would never want to put someone in a car that was damaged this bad. We HOPED they would do right by us. 5 days after this my husband left for work and the car wouldn t even turn over. We had the car towed to Hyundai and NTA proceeded to take this car to 3 different shops to fix MULTIPLE problems on the car. The car was in the shop 5 WEEKS!!! No communication. No NOTHING! Then they sold it to am auction as we were told it was not worth fixing or safe!! We SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY!However we decided to try our luck on a 2nd car on the lot. As again we were vulnerable! Michelle the sales manager said she wanted to do right by us lol.The 2nd car was a bigger disaster than the 1st car. We had the car 2 weeks when United Auto Credit called us asking for verification of our check stubs through giving them our banking information!!! I told them NO ONE but me, God, and my husband sees my bank account info. They told us to take the car back that they would void the deal if we didn t comply with giving them our routing and checking info!!! I have bought multiple cars and NEVER!!! HAVE I BEEN ASKED THIS!!! SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!If they simply would have called our employers verified our info we would have solved this NIGHTMARE! We lost 2,500 on this crooked scam of a dealership!!! They wouldn t give our deposit back either!!RUNNNNNNNN AWAY AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I just bought my new 2018 jeep wrangler from NTX Autos and it was a great experience! everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful and they're all truly there to make sure your needs are met. North Texas Autos has the best service I ve ever experienced while buying a car. The staff are very friendly, and they genuinely care about their customers. The owner Alex always insures that we are satisfied, and if there are ever any concerns he will work with you and get everything resolved quickly. This is by far the easiest car buying experience you ll ever have. My sister, boyfriend, and I have all bought cars through North Texas Autos, and have had no issues. I refer everyone in need of a vehicle straight to them. I can honestly give them a 10 out of 10.

If u need a car don't look anywhere else. They're honest, quick, and very helpful! They gave me a free inspection, oil change, detail, and battery all because they want to make sure the car is A1 for you. And jumper cables! Crazy! Love the people here!
