The employees at this store are great! They always exceed the customer service of any other Auto Parts Store by far! I came by the other day just needing some help with a license plate light issue and Damien was super helpful and with a great attitude got me fixed up. He even came out to my truck to see exactly what I needed! I ended up buying a few other things as well. There are other Auto Part stores closer to where I live but, I will gladly drive here for the much better good old fashioned customer service! Trust me, once you shop here once, this will be your go place for Auto Parts and great service!

There are very few people as helpful as those at the Napa in Denton on Dallas drive. Be sure to ask for Damien he will make sure you get taken care of 110 percent

The guy at the register wasn't informative and pretended to be too busy to even deal with me. I went to the Coppell location; got everything I needed no issue at all. Poor customer service.

Zero stars. Buyer beware they will do what ever they can not to honor their battery warranty. I bought a battery and it died leaving me stranded. It was within the 18 month free replacement period. They said it needed charged and would be fine. Two weeks later battery died again and I'm stranded again! Took it to the Lewisville location an they replaced it no questions asked. I will not use them anymore.

Bought a starter that failed to start the car after a week. It left me stranded after stopping for lunch. I had to have a local shop check the entire electrical system, and they diagnosed it as a faulty starter that doesn t crank when the engine and starter are warm. Napa would not return it after I producing the shops paperwork. Save your money and buy from another parts store.Response: Yes it was bought at the Denton location on 3/12. I tried to get a refund today 3/19. The Guys working the counter tested it on the machine and told me since it cranks over that I was out of luck. I even showed them they paperwork from J & M Automotive that did the diagnostics. J & M replaced the NAPA brand starter and I have not had problems since.

Arrived with my elderly father in law and needed a battery replaced that kept dying and stranding me. There were 2-3 staff members in the shop. I was legitimately surprised by how little they seemed to care, and when they told me they were going to lunch and wouldn't help me, it was confirmed. Basically if I wanted to wait a few hours for them to eat, maybe they could help. Like, really? I was there Monday 10/22/2018 in the early afternoon. I believe I spoke to the manager, though I could be wrong.

My coworkers recommended NAPA to me to buy parts from. Nick, was super helpful and super patient me with. He made the process very easy. Not only would I come back but I would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you, Nick, I appreciate all your help!!!!!!

I go in to return a part for a car that was not needed. I ordered the part online. I check with napa online and they say to take it to any of the stores in the store locator and they will be able to accept the return. I walk in and the little guy behind the counter looks like a deer in headlights when asked about the return policy. Shorty could even move his stuff out of the way so I could set the part down. Very rude, probably because of his height he couldn't reach over the counter to get his stuff. He says you "will probably" have to take it to a corporate store. He says they don't return NAPA items because they are a franchise of NAPA. Someone should probably train these people on how to do their jobs completely instead of just standing around at a counter all day and wait for customers to come in and be rude to them. This is why Auto Zone is so much better than NAPA.

I have to say they were friendly but the remanufactured alternator I purchased failed 2 times, and when I returned the second defective product I was told I would lose the core charge and that they didn't reimburse for that. So when I went to another parts store and purchased a new OEM product I had to fork over an extra 40 dollars to cover the core charge. Labor is crazy to get this part off so two failures was a major issue. Then to pay more for a new product is insult to injury!

They had the exact brake line w/the exact fittings for my old 1972 Nova when Autozone & O'Reallys couldn't come close. Only $6.16. Some prices cheaper than Walmart. My new store!

I am not sure what store the other reviewer went to, but the Denton Napa auto parts is perfect. Down to earth staff that always have the part you are looking for. If it's not in stock they will go out of their way to find it for you. They always have a good attitude and a story to tell. It is always a personal expirience and not the upity "I don't have time for you" attitude of the chain stores in town. If you want knowledgeable parts help come to this store. Clearly the first reviewer doesnt want to have a small town expirience of Napa!!!

I'm a 24 hour diesel tech. Had a customer go down in Denton. Not a whole lot of heavy duty parts houses. Came here, and they had the part number memorized. It took longer to run my credit card than for them to grab me my part.
