After I had gotten into a little messy car accident where someone turned in front of me while I had the right of way, I knew it was going to cost a pretty penny to fix my car. I at first looked into Caliber Collision, but after finding out they wanted to fix the damage for half of what I paid for my car originally, I knew it was not worth it and looked elsewhere. I looked up body repairs and Luigi s was one of the first results to be presented. The service was very friendly and professional, the price being much cheaper, highly exceptional for my college student budget. I am very satisfied with how my car turned out and though there is still more to be done as I did not possess too much money upfront to begin with, this is a great start and I will use Luigi s in the future. Luigi s is a family operated business. The amount of cars on the lot should tell you how popular they are and it is for a good reason. They did an amazing job fixing up my 2015 Mercedes E350 bumper that had a small scratch. I wasn t sure if they could work on European cars but they did a good job, they even fixed some of the older scratches on the house. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting their car fixed for a good price after an accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hello everyone! If I could sum up my experience here in one word, the word would be EXCELLENT! I have a Ford F150 and someone side swiped my truck while it was parked at the mall. The passenger side of my truck was damaged pretty badly and was in need of repairs. I was referred to Luigis by a relative of mines who had used their services before and was very pleased with the outcome, so I decided to have my repair work done here as well. Man, was that an excellent decision! They kept me up to date as they made progress with the repairs, communication was awesome and their work is flawless. I was actually so pleased with the repairs that were made until I decided to go ahead and have the rest of my truck repainted! Once I saw the finished product and outstanding craftsmanship that was done on my truck, I was actually speechless! Their work is second to none! My daughter is a student in Denton which is 4.5 hours away from our home, we were hesitant to commit to an auto body shop not being local from Denton. Luigi's was the fifth shop we spoke with and if we are ever in need again will be the first auto shop I call. This family owned business demonstrates pride in their workmanship, they have integrity and communicate well with customers. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I highly recommend their work as well as their reasonable/honest costs and customer service!

If I could give 10 stars I would!This family is incredible. They are resourceful, responsive and at the top of their game. Berna runs the office and her follow up skills are a rare gem in this world today. She did exactly what she said she would, called back when she said she would and kept me updated on the progress of our repair.These repairs only took 2 weeks to complete and the cost was worth every penny, and significantly cheaper than other quotes I received!Also just as a testament to their character: my husband mentioned we were expecting a baby girl and they bought a very sweet gift and fixed a couple other things they noticed free of charge just so that my vehicle was a safe as possible for me and baby girl.As long as they re open, this is where my vehicles will be serviced.Thank y all so much, God Bless you and your business.

I am super pleased with the work that was done on my car. Not many shops would repair it, but Luigi's took it on and did a great job. A huge thanks to the staff at Luigi's - especially Brenda - who kept me informed the entire time.

I want to start off by saying that this place is amazing. This is a great family owned business and they re very communicative and overall great with their customer service. They take pride in their work and the results reflect that. They paint matched (PERFECTLY) and trimmed my aftermarket rear valance that I bought for my car. Their paint work is astounding and it left me speechless when I saw my car after they painted the valance. I HIGHLY recommend Luigi s Autobody to anyone that needs collision or paint work. They price very well, and I was more than happy to pay it. Great work fixed my chevy cruz and supplied me with a brand new bumper for a great price. They are very caring and take good pride in their work. My car was recently in a wreck and after they repaired my car they even got me an allighment. For all of the work they did i was very happy with the price. I just moved from Mississippi and I ran across this body shop on Google and decided to give them a try and let me tell you it was the best decision ever!!! Everyone was so nice and they did an excellent job on my car! I will be coming to Luigi for all of my body shop needs from now on. WOW! WOW! WOW! My experience with this family business was a very pleasant and great one. They were very flexible with appointment times and days. I was kept informed as to the status of the repairs of my bumper and doors. When I took my vehicle to them, my front bumper was completely gone and the two doors on the drivers' side had damage to both of them. At the request of the husband, I received a call (I believe the evening before I was originally supposed to pick up my vehicle) from the very pleasant Mrs. to ask me if I minded if they kept my vehicle another day because her husband wanted to repaint the doors as they did not meet his satisfaction!! How often do you receive that type of customer service?!? The price was awesome as well. My Kia Soul looks like a brand new one! She sparkles, shines, and smiles again! I just can't explain how great this family, service, and work all are! I know who I will use for any body shop work from now on. We had our entire truck repainted. They did great work. It was faded, rusted and covered in hail damage. Now I this 17 year old truck looks brand new! Highly recommended.

Got into a little accident causing my whole right side of my truck bed to get repainted. I was really surprised with what they were able to do! I was in a rush to leave town and they were able to do it in a short time frame. I had got into a car accident and my car was seemingly totaled. I had contacted them and asked if they could see if the car was fixable. They allowed me to bring my car to the shop and they checked out the damage for free. Although they weren't able to repair the car due to internal damage, they had mentioned what the body work and minor repairs would cost (which was at a great price). They allowed me to leave my car at their shop until I was able to figure out selling my car to a third party which had multiple schedule changes. I ended up having to leave my car there for a week and was communicating with them throughout. They were so patient in the whole process, and I am grateful for their help!

I am so grateful to have found this gem of a business! Originally I had gone to caliber collision to get an estimate on my bumper (I was rear ended) and I felt like the estimate I was given was pretty steep. I did a little bit of research and my friend and I were able to find Luigi s auto body shop. The place had raving reviews on both Google and on Yelp so I went over there the same day to check it out.Brenda was super helpful, and when I showed her the paperwork caliber collision had sent me, she explained that some of the line items were irrelevant to my bumper being fixed. She walked me through what all needed to be done, the process, and approximately how long it would take for the repair.I am a really big supporter of family owned businesses and they did not let me down! They even came to my house to pick me up and take me back to the shop when my car was ready for pick up because I didn t have a ride to go to the shop. And this was on a Sunday! They were closed and yet they still made sure that my car was delivered to me. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience and service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This small family owned business provided outstanding service. I went to have my bumper and fender fixed for a reasonable price. They provided details on their pricing and that made me confident that I could trust them. In terms of the craftsmanship, I'd say that they are very meticulous and pay attention to even the smallest of details. Once I saw my car after the repairs, it was like nothing happened at all. Anyone from the DFW area not getting repair/painting done here is making a mistake. Everyone here is great and their quality of work is fantastic. Nice having a body shop that is as picky about the workmanship as I am. You dont need to go to a big chain with a fancy shop to get great work at a fair price. Thank you for the high quality work.

My car was hit and needed bodywork. I tried this shop because of the five-star rating on Google and they definitely lived up to the reviews! They dealt with the insurance and then went above and beyond on the repairs. Seriously, the car looks better than before the accident! I will always take my vehicles here.
