Took my discontinued lower control arms to them to replace bushings and ball joints. Cameron was the counter person who took care of my process from start to finish. It was tough acquiring some of the parts to replace, but with Cameron s knowledge and resources it was achieved. I had the opportunity to meet the Tech, Terry, he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and his work reflected it. The cost was reasonable, when 3 previous shops didn t want to take on the job. The turnover is irrelevant in this case because I wasn t in a rush, and I needed help acquiring some discontinued parts, though it was 1 week. Thank y all for your service.

The team at Lorentz quickly diagnosed the cause of my engine failure and provided several options with pricing estimates for the repairs. Cameron & Lorentz Automotive quoted me $14,000 less than a previous mechanic whom I left due to lack of respect, understanding, & explanation of my truck s current situation. Lorentz Automotive had a great deal of work done on 2 vehicles. We felt the price was fair and to date the service has been awesome. Cameron Johnston tells you the straight truth what should be accomplished now and what can be done at a later time. We have found our go to mechanic.

Now used them twice in Denton and satisfied on both. Service and Work Completed was good. Cameron ordered part and gave me a time slot that was accurate for getting on in garage to get worked on and able to wait on truck.

These guys are great. I am so happy they opened a location right in my home town! I've always traveled to the lewisville location for my Toyota Corolla and my Toyota Sequoia. Top quality and reliable repairs from these guys, and always great customer service!

I dropped off my mini van for an oil change. They were able to see me that day. I was behind on my 100,000 miles fluid flushes and they were able to take care of everything before I got off of work. They checked everything and made sure it was in good shape and safe to drive. Cameron was very helpful and explained everything well.

Probably the best car repair shop in Denton. They are ALWAYS honest and do great work.Brought in a student of mine as another shop told her she needed new "everything " for her brakes. Much $$$$$$$.I took her truck to Charlie Becks. They turned the rotors & replaced pads. Less than $200 (was LONG ago).My family has been using Becks since at least 1962.Hope they keep it running til I'm NOT.

I have tried other auto care places and I keep coming back to Lorentz (formerly Charlie Beck s). The staff is fantastic, the mechanics are knowledgeable, and they don t try to get over on you if you re a woman! They have always done everything they can to help me out, as a single mom, too, letting me know where I can save money, without compromising on quality. I ll never take my car anywhere else.

In full disclosure I work here. Charlie Becks represented independent business in Denton well for many decades. Lorentz has been in Lewisville over 40 years and is a perfect successor. Come by and see our upgraded equipment and our new look. We are excited to serve Denton well.

Drove up to shop for state inspection in back of main garage called phone number on sign the young man that answered phone told me someone be right there,guy came asked for insurance card and he had me gone in 30 minutes,after putting me on some new windshield wipers.

Took my car in for minor repairs twice. Car was fine but Did not care for the customer service.The demeanor of those at the service desk was very unwelcoming and borderline rude towards me, in particular. I watched and listened as other customers received quite friendly service.I do, however continue to use these sticker station. The gentleman over there are always very, very pleasant, polite, and friendly! Sticker station is great.

I ve been a Charlie Beck s Garage customer for over 10 years and they have always provided excellent customer service, including rides home and a ride back to the shop when the job was done. I really like dealing with a local Denton business with deep ties to the community and a rich history of getting repairs done right. I have a high mileage 2002 GMC 4-wheel drive pickup and they diagnose problems well, communicate solutions, provide quotes before commencing work, and stand behind their work. Over the years they have replaced front hubs, changed out my alternator, replaced the wiring harness, put in a new head gasket, and replaced the control unit on my interior fan. They probably aren t the least expensive repair shop around, but I trust their work, and I m confident that they have provided good good value for the money I have spent there.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
