This business has been in debt with us for over three months, we have informed Manuel Gadoy about this situation twice and he has done absolutely nothing to fix it. Please come up to date with the payment.

The reviews do not do this small business enough justice. Mr. Manuel was so very nice. He was very upfront and honest about what was needed and labor charges and parts. After completing the repairs, his professional work and attitude were way above any large automotive repair business. Give this locally owned business a try before going to major corporate business. Excellent service! They where extremely helpful and honest with me and my truck, taking the time to answer all my questions. For somebody who works in the customer service industry this is a must, and Manuel and staff sure left me with a good impression. Will bring back all my vehicles for maintenance here from now on. I came to Manuel at Lalotai to install a small lift kit on my '19 TRD Pro Tacoma. Manuel is a super nice and knowledgeable guy. He is willing to go out of his way to accommodate the customers' needs. He takes the time to walk through the service with the customer and make sure they are satisfied. Will continue to bring my Toyota Tacoma to Lalotai in the future.Thanks!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Really friendly and good service. I went there after searching nearby places with good reviews. I recently bought a used Silverado 1500 with suspension problems. I don't know about mechanics but the problem was solved quickly by Manuel. Great Shop, Awesome Customer Service and Friendly Staff! perfect place for all you Overland, Offroad Enthusiasts that are looking to upgrade your truck! Jeep, Toyota, what ever, this is the guy! I own a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro and Manual Installed a A Set Of Nitro Gears 4.88 and man do I love them! It s been in here multiple times for regular maintenance as well! I give him 5 Star!

Last week I visited this workshop and brought my JK because it had a lot of vibration death wobble.the attention was good and Manuel, the technician, found the problem worn out bushing in the front track bar, he change the track bar and he recommended me to install a new steering stabilizer it was suspended and boom, the vibration went away!
