I called about two lawnmowers on a Saturday, Mr Tommy was like time wise it might be about a week. Took them in dropped them off, he was very professional small shop. Prices seem reasonable and fair would definitely recommend his shop for your lawnmower repairs.

I brought a ego chainsaw to clean out oil. I bought this at Nebraska Furniture Mart. They would not give me a refund until chainsaw oil fill was cleaned out. Tommy did a great job I highly recommend his service. I have a Toro zero-turn I will bring here for service for now on.

Dropped off mower for easy fix, he was busy and needed a part so he estimated 7-10 days. Fine fine. Left a deposit on it. 6 weeks later it wasn't done, we kept calling him every week. He said he ordered a part and just forgot. Even though we called him, still kept forgetting. Fixed it within an hour after we called and complained. Embarrassing lack of responsibility or care. Repair was done satisfactory and price fine.

Service was excellent. Tommy worked me into his busy schedule and turned around my engine repair quickly. I had an engine that was not running correctly and was difficult to start. Tommy got that engine running great and it starts always now on the first pull of the starter chord. And the price was fair as well. I would highly recommend using Tommy and his service.

Tommy is always honest as to whether my mower/chainsaw/weedeater is worth fixing or not. I ll drive the 30 minutes for him.

Tommy, used to be great. Since he now works alone, the service has gotten terrible. Took my mower for work, in Nov-Dec & it was February before it was ready... Had it for less than 2 weeks, broke & took it back. still there waiting for him to order part. No communication. I call once a week to find out if part arrived-not yet. Will never go back once I get my mower back.Zero Stars

Tommy the owner is so nice and polite this is the 2nd time he has repaired my mowers, very reasonably priced and does a GREAT JOB and I can say I won t go any where else. 15 stars out of 10 just great job Tommy and thanks for your help.

My name is Terrie Batson and I've been going to this place sense 2016 and Tommy is sooo helpful, nice, and respectful too, he always helps me out with my old vintage chainsaws, puts gas in my new and old ones too. And Echo Small Engine Repairs gas been around almost as, long as I've been alive. I'm 40 years old. And a woman that uses chainsaws well. And I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Echo Small Engine Repairs for their chainsaws, lawn mowers, weed eaters or anything almost anything in general. And I'll continue going to Echo Small Engine Repairs forever! And Tommy is great. He's a gentlemen too. And knows what he's doing and tons of experience to me! I recommend anyone and everyone to come here!, great customer service, and good and friendly atmosphere!

Helpful and honest. I took my trimmer to Tommy because it wouldn't start. He figured out part of the the problem and told me what it would cost to run a full diagnostic. But then said that he wouldn't recommend spending that on a trimmer that may only last another season, and that if he were me, he would get another trimmer. He talked to me for about half an hour about how to properly use a trimmer, benefits and drawbacks of different types of trimmers, and different tricks to get the bump feed to work properly. What a wealth of information, and in the end, because I took his advice, I hadn't paid a dime. Tommy's a stand-up guy and I'll give him my business from now on.

I've been taking dead or near dead lawn mowers to Tommy and his crew at Lake Cities Small Engine Repair for at least a dozen years. I never cease to be amazed at the consistency, high quality, and ethically commendable service I have received and continue to receive there.

Tommy has a backlog of work so it might take him awhile to get to your equipment, but he has that backlog because he's the best small engine repair guy within 100 miles. My generator went from non-running to starting on one pull.

Brought a power washer in and he replaced the carburetor but the pump was shot, so basically I have an engine that runs with no water. He said he tested it and thought it was my wand. I borrowed another wand but it was still not working. He offered to buy it from me for 1/2 of what I paid for the repair. I waited a few months and tried the washer again and still would not work. I brought it back to him and he said he would have never offered to buy it back......so, that means he is either a liar or senile.

I've been going to Lake Cities Small Engines for 13 years now. I've taken two rider mowers and 2 push mowers to him over the years. I've always been completely satisfied. I'm a long term repeat customer.
