The location is one of the best I have experienced. I went in for a State Inspection with Emissions within an hour of them closing. Staff was prompt, courtesy, and attentive. They immediately inspected my jeep and I was in and out quickly on a late Friday evening.What this location offers is what a custom expects everywhere "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"I definitely will be returning here, they earned it.

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them! I encountered an issue with my rental car, where a warning light indicated the oil level was too high. If it weren t for their prompt and efficient service, I would have had to exchange the car, which was 1.30 hours away. They resolved the issue quickly and didn t charge me for it. Thank you for the outstanding service!

So far I've had no problems with this store and do like how much cleaner it is overall in comparison. The staff tend to be knowledgeable and professional. So I hope that it continues to be this way into the foreseeable future.I have recently had to change to this store from a different Kwik kar because the other store ended up not replacing the oil filter among other detrimental things.

Allen is a great technician. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain things needed with the vehicle and why they are important (such as explaining why I need to replace my transmission fluid). I have enjoyed coming to this location because of great communication from the staff.

Just recently left a review about my state inspection and was told that I never got my brakes done at this location after them also saying I had a different Vin Number and also making a lie about that. I highly advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place i payed for 2 inspections and both was said it was done correctly when the worker put in a total different ViN number for a 2016 CADI while i have a 2013. I have all receipts to prove and my incorrect inspection and also the brakes that they had done. Also I have pictures of the 4 wheel lock lug nuts that were ripped off my tires and never replaced. Brakes were done at Denton Kuik kar. If I am told I am the reason for this again I would love to meet the manager with all of my receipts in hand and also insurance card and car VIN number that match.

I am an older Client living on a fixed income the Staff are all helpful caring and do great work . I recommend this store whenever I am ask as I trust their work to be top drawer.

The customer service and attention to detail of this shop is amazing. I will never take my vehicle to anywhere other than this shop for oil changes or mechanical work. Recommend to everyone. They are pet friendly too. By far the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. So much so that I drive 30+ miles to use them.

Edit: Now I'm being accused of lying instead of even looking into the incident I've taken my business elsewhere since and have not had anything stolen out of my car and have actually gotten the service I asked for! Amazing, right?They did a completely different service than what I asked for. When I told them I didn't ask for this service, I was argued with and told I would have to pay for the service that was given to get my car back. I've also had personal items stolen out of my car from this location during previous interactions.

I took my car in because my ABS light and red brake light came on at the same time. They diagnosed it and gave me two separate quotes. One for a master cylinder and another quote for the 2 brake sensors that needed replacing. I agreed to the brake sensors and told them I'd take my vehicle back to the place I got the new master cylinder installed 2 years ago because it shouldn't need to be replaced. They said okay and did the sensors and the ABS and brake light turned off and my vehicle seems fine. I took my vehicle back to where I got the master cylinder 2 years ago and they said the master cylinder is fine. I almost got scammed for a $700 bill for something my vehicle didn't even need. I will not be using this Kwik Kar again because I believe they thought I'd just say okay please replace and I'd never know. Will always get a 2nd opinion from now on.2 years ago when I got my master cylinder replaced, it was because when I pressed the brake pedal it took a LOT of effort to push before it started to brake. I haven't had issues with my brake pedal since it was replaced.Only issue I had was the brake light came on at same time as ABS light which turned off once Kwik Kar replaced 2 brake sensors on 12/4.

A great Kwik Kar location! It s never busy, and they re always willing to take the time to explain your car s issues to you. Gerald and Daniela have helped me out with several repairs and I enjoy going here. :)

Went in for a quick inspection and oil change. I was out in 30 min (max) Mechanic has done some work on my suv and van and is knowledgeable and trustworthy. All of the guys that work there are friendly. The whole place is always clean and receptionist sweet! Convenient location. I would definitely recommend.

Less than 15 minutes for an oil change. Same price as Firestone but you don't have to wait all day! We love coming here. Landon is always the tech to greet us and take care of our cars. Today there was a large storm, and Landon let me get into my car at the bay entrance to avoid getting wet. Very considerate. Thank you Landon and Kwik Kar! We will be back.Service: Oil change

Technician did not tighten my oil drain plug on 11/11/2023. It wasn't even finger tight. Didn't lose the plug or to much oil in the driveway.

This place is complete disaster. I changed my oil and flushed my engine in this place one month ago, everything about my car was great until yesterday's evening. I just start the engine and felt some different vibrations right after that. When I see the dashboard I was shocked because misfire and check engine lights were on. I open the hood and look what I see, my engine was showered in oil because these guys didn't squeeze the oil cap totally. I'm not sure you don't respect your job or you don't have ability to squeeze a freaking cap, even a 5 years old kid can do this properly. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the service, it's gonna be my first and last time in Kwik Kar. a simple oil change cost me two spark plugs, engine detailing and an oil cap.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable about your cars individual needs. Make sure if you ve got coupons that you take them with you, it ll help out afterwards.

Don t go here with any basic mechanic needs. Staff doesn t know what they are doing. They could not clear a simple error code in the computer, so I now have to go to another shop to get this taken care of. Also, they don t accept the national chain s coupons, stating they are a stand alone location.

Landon and Gerald are AMAZING! They took great care of this gal who commutes every day and has had other mechanics try to "take her for a ride". Single ladies out there know what I mean! We are always concerned that we are being sold something that isn't needed because we are women. But not here! They genuinely seemed protective of me, the customer. Landon was patient and kind and listened to all of my concerns and gave them validity. Gerald didn't want to make me spend anymore than necessary on an older vehicle. They made a very rough time for me so much easier to get through by making me feel safe and secure in my vehicle. Landon had to deal with me ALOT so I give him props for maintaining his cool when I'm sure I wore him out! He would always smile and say "That's my job". I work in customer service and let me just say, there is "doing your job" and then there is "going the extra mile" to help someone out. I appreciate the "mileage" you guys put into my jeep and to me, as a customer!

Good service and friendly. They tend to try and up sell every time I m there. When my husband goes, they don t try to up sell him oh well, not sure why but there you have it. I ve been here two times in the last month. Once for an oil change inspection on one vehicle and just an oil change on the second. Again, friendly and they do the service requested but I do kind of wish that they would be a little bit more upfront about the wait time. I waited one hour for one and an hour and a half for the other respectively. It s not a big deal on one of the services but on the one of them had I known in advance, I would ve come back at another time. When I asked upfront, they just said only a few cars ahead of you .

Very professional and friendly! Clean facility and price was right. Love the location! Will definitely use them again. They were crowed and it was an hour wait. Next time I ll consider dropping the car off.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked and Jason stein looked it it over and let me know exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. After bringing my car in and getting the work done, the price was well under what was expected and he did top notch work. Really appreciate Jason and the crew there.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The lead tech was nice and his up sell was good but not pushy. I would definitely return here to get my oil change, it was quick and they let me know of any problems on their system check. Will be back with my blazer!

every time I come here (~4 times so far) the service is good. even if they are busy, the woman at the front desk does her best to be accommodating and can schedule you for another day. the mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what was wrong, how they knew it, and how they can / did fix it. I recommend them to everyone I know who drives

I wouldn't trust these fools. Dropped car off for inspection, forgot my horn was out. Tried to tell me in needed a whole clock spring replacement. 630 bucks. And all it needs is just the horn it's self replaced. Lol gtfo

This place was great! Fair prices and they were done 10 minutes earlier than they told me! That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The people are super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!Update: I've been back and had the same great experience! Thanks Kwik Kar!Another update: Kwik Kar is still the best place in town! Will definitely keep coming here
