So far they have lied about when I would get my vehicle back and pushed my repairs out and entire week. No communication from them at all unless you call to check on your own vehicle. I only used this shop because it's preferred by insurance. I won't recommend them to anyone. It's just not good customer service. 3 weeks for a cracked tail light, scratched bumper, and back wiper replacement. Update. After they tried to keep my vehicle an extra week they have put 342 miles on it. I had no mechanical work done only body.

It s so hard to find genuine nice people these days. Well my car was in an accident and I allowed them to fixed it they did an amazing job. My car looks so good. They even cleaned the inside of the car. They were so polite to me every time I would call. Not one regret but only amazement. Thank you so very much. 2017 silver Nissan Altima

Feb 2023 BEWARE of this company. Go elsewhere. Took my f250 in for damage. Got email stating, hey man I can do it fir $3700. Nothing more. The company did not complete about 25% of the remaining damage. The Mgr Greg favors stated by email they did not remove the plastic off cab. Upon pick up there was dark yellow film type in entire right windshield, glue substance on right window, took about three blocks for the mud to fall if the tires, this company failed to remove all the shattered glass from the bed and most importantly the head rests and under the seats. I sent about four emails to this company prior to drop off and that employee refused to send any proposal or even respond to one email. The 3rd party glass guy spe t a lot of time trying to remove white paint on my black truck but it was impossible. He was shocked too about this company left the damage, left thousand pieces of glass, and more. Pics & emails available per request from our attorney.I requested a very small credit of $645 to my credit card & more deception, We cannot credit a card on which a repair was not completed. A 2nd worthy body shop understood and has helped us. 100 s of body shops here run to them. This reminds of same stores about roofing industry. No one ever told them to repair 75% of the cab & ignore 25%. No one.Service: Welding

There is no words to express ;Our son goes to UNT and we live 625 miles away , from day one they were super helpful. Greg in the other hand went out of his way to make sure we did not have to worry about anything. My son had some issues after he picked up his car and once again Greg went out his way to get it fixed.Thank you very much for all your help !!!Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my 2015 duramax. I was having other mechanical work done to my truck and I figured while it was in the shop just address every need. My mechanic sent it over to these guys and they got in touch with my adjuster and handled the rest from there. I did not deal with them direct but my truck looks great and no rattles or anything from putting parts back on. Lines are straight and paint looks clean. Will use again but hopefully no more hail for Plano!

These guys are just stellar. They fix small dents and hail damage so that you couldn't tell that it was ever there. And paintless so my almost new Mustang became as new again. I have had to go there three times with different damages so I know what I'm talking about. And the customer service is top notch. Don't hesitate! Call them.

Precision Hail and collision really took care of my dads truck and my mustang. We couldn t believe how fast they fixed our cars and how easy they made it for us from start to finish! I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family. Five stars.

was hesitant to bring my car here cause no reviews. when other repair shops were overly busy I brought my car here. I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job and faster than I expected. My insurance appraisal was what it ended up costing. (a representative of nearby competitors took a look at my damage and said "oh yeah, that's at least $1500; which was almost twice as much.) Found a hidden jewel.

These guys are fantastic. They did a little of $9k in work after my accident, and were great to work with every step of the way. I ended up with a truck that was better than it was when it rolled off the assembly line. Big shout out to Jamie and Brandon. True professionals and super great to work with. Brandon went above an beyond - even helping out on a Saturday, and was just fantastic. This is my new body shop!!

Our truck suffered some severe damage and we were worried due to the age of our truck it would be determined as totaled. I took it to Joe Hudson Collision and one of the estimators walked out looked at our truck and said yep, it will be totaled, no doubt about it. That was the last thing we wanted. I took it here for a second opinion and Greg was super helpful. He wrote an actual estimate and assured me that it didn t seem like the damage was extensive enough to total it. We went through our insurance and took our truck here for repairs. William from the Country Club location was always very kind and informative with me about our progress when I called! The amount of work done was nowhere near totaling the truck and was PERFECT! It looked like nothing had ever happened to our truck! I m so pleased with this company and the work they put in to making our truck even prettier than the day we bought it!!!!

After the last hail storm I dropped my mustang off here and I couldn t believe how fast I got it back! They did an excellent job at keeping me up to date as well as the quality repairs. They were able to repair parts that I wasn t sure were repairable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for quick great and quality repairs. After that last hail storm I dropped my Eclipse off there and they kept me up to date and did an excellent job. Great customer service. 5/5 will be back next time Texas weather acts up hehe!

Everyone hates dealing with the insurance company over your car that's covered . They write a little d check and make you feel unimportant. Well this place will help ya get it fixed fast, and do a 5 star job . Ask for Yvonne she's the best, keeps her word. Just wanted to say Thank You, I'll be using them again if needed.

Was blessed with a blown out tire which dented my rim pretty good, I pulled my car into their parking lot as to get safetyly off the roadway.While I was calling AAA to have my wheel changed out asap to go on about my day.William overheard my conversation, got up, walked put and looked at my car, he returnef quickly and Stated he could change my tire thus there was no need for AAA. William was right, he got me out of there in a flash!For this kindness I willAlways rember this place and William for his i'll take care of ya attitude!Thank you !!

I can't say enough great things about the team at Precision. Not only are they nice and great to work with, their workmanship is exceptional. If you need any kind of repairs done to your vehicles I would recommend you call them.

No knowledge of collison industry, They are very slow and lie. Future Customers should go to a legit body shop i know I will in my future needs.
