Matt was respectful from the first hello to purchase. He worked with me and met all my requests.I was speaking with two dealerships at the same time, with the exact same vehicle model. Both dealerships were matching the others price and trade in offer. It was the same deal no matter where I chose.My final decision came down to Matt. He was able to build rapport and was the perfect salesman! I'd recommend him to any friend or family in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership. There was a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the salesman Ryan Unver was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely nice and got me a great deal on both my new vehicle and my trade in. And the rest of the staff I dealt with was also very nice as well. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely return here for all my future vehicles.

I didn't end up making a purchase here because the original vehicle I wanted was bought by another shopper. However I will say I had an excellent experience here and would go back! The best part of this dealership is the PRICING! They are--in my experience--transparent with pricing and did not try to oversell. Really helped my car buying process. Even if you live in Dallas like me, it might make sense to buy here because you might save some $$$. :)

Overall, this was a great experience. One of the greatest things about the dealership is they do not have "required" dealership add-ons. They offer you add-ons, but you can simply decline them. That results in pricing that is straightforward without any hidden costs. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and the process was very smooth. Ultimately, I will unequivocally consider James Wood for any future purchases.

If you're looking for a vehicle, go see Wendi Little at James Wood Chevrolet in Denton. Out of the 20 years I've been buying vehicles (new and used) this was hands down the absolute best experience. I gave her a very strict budget to work with and she said "hold my beer" (not really but ya know) and she made it happen. I drove 170 miles to buy this vehicle from her and I would do it again in a heartbeat. There are 2 Wendi's there, and no offense to the other Wendi but Wendi Little is Wendi #1! Now, everyone go buy a car from her immediately.

I worked with Melanie Gregg and she did a great job. Not sure the name of the finance guy but he also was great. We were in and out of there in about 5 minutes and he didn t try to push us to buy any warranty items once we told him we weren t interested. This was my second vehicle from James Wood in Denton and I was very satisfied.

Use to call on James Wood Hyundai dealership in Decatur, and was always treated with utmost courtesy by ownership and management. Now as a retiree who owns a Chevy product, I have continued to receive outstanding treatment from dealership.

Bought a truck late January of 2024 worked with Ryan Unver. Took me a month to decide to go with the Silverado and Ryan took the time to show me the truck several times over that month. When I finally decided to purchase with them, I feel like they treated me very well and gave me a more than fair deal on the vehicle. It was my first time purchasing with James Wood and if I'm ever in the market for another GM product I'll start my search there.

I found the truck via Autotrader and then messaged for more info on the James Wood website. Melanie called me back with in 10 minutes on a Sunday to see what I needed! The next morning when she got to the office she sent me everything I asked for and handled the rest of the purchase perfectly. I am super pleased with the service I received at James Wood.

Showed up about ten minutes til closing but Kenny still allowed us to look at the vehicle and give a quick test drive. He also went ahead and did the appraisal for my trade in and then set up everything for me to come in the next day to purchase the truck. This was my second time buying a used car from James Wood and I would definitely use them again. I appreciate all their help!

Jacob was very helpful and truly listened to what I was looking for and the timeline I needed to get the transaction completed. I was on a short time schedule and he and Juan accommodated me. I had been shopping for a new vehicle for some time and I can say I am completely satisfied with my purchase from the time I walked in the door to today! Juan explained everything as we went through the finance process and Jacob helped expedite installation of a bed cover for us so we would be able to secure it for a family trip.

Lacking communication, lacking representation of customers best interest, and most importantly lacking customer service.I was stuck between GM corporate and the local GM dealer attempting to find resolve to my transmission issue, neither wanted to make it a priority even though there is a class action lawsuit on the issues themselves. Once contact was set up with the dealer I was informed that my vehicle needed to be dropped off, but they would not look at it for 2-3 weeks. This thought process is the new American way! We will get to it when we get to it The repairs were noted and then GM Corporate started their absolutely horrible process that drug out for another 2 weeks.In total my vehicle was at the dealership for 5 1/2 weeks, it was left unlocked in the back lot (I drove in and grabbed my trailer plug, this is how I can confirm ) -Once I said I would pay for the repairs and look into reimbursement from GM Corporate the process sped up exponentially (go figure, money makes the world go round) haha.Truck comes back, and now I need to replace the belt, brakes, and the door lock actuator is broken. 3 year old 65 thousand dollar truck and it s one thing after another.James woods service advisor had zero confidence on this. The customer experience manager acted like he could care less as well. And that, that s on James Woods not GM Corporate who I wouldn t leave a house plant with to water effectively!Chevy ..: y all suck!!!And this is coming from a lifelong GM guy. Guess it really is time to cross over to the dark side - DORF

$1500.00 for a thermostat replacement is insane. Not only was it a shock to me, it was a shock to two other patrons in the lobby who overheard the quote when it was delivered to me. Samantha the advisor was extremely nice and professional and this review is no reflection on her. Online quotes from other Chevrolet dealers across the US put a thermostat replacement for my specific model of car in the $500-$700 price range. $700 be the above average high quote. How on earth can your business justify labor and parts on a job that only takes on average 2-3 hours to complete? The parts themselves are no where near this expensive. I will be taking my car somewhere else regrettably to have the maintenance completed. I've been bringing my Camaro's here for years but I will not be returning going forward. James Woods has lost my business, though I'm sure it won't matter as long as you are price gouging the hell out of your customers.

This dealership has excellent customer service. Bought a used 2020 f250 that had 20k miles. Took it to integrity car care and they told me a battery was shot. Texted Phillip S. who sold me the truck and let him know the deal. He said bring the truck in no problem and we will replace the battery free of charge. They didn t have to do that but they did anyway. Excellent experience and excellent customer support. Will be doing business with them again.

Everything went well with the exception of a $20 coupon that I received via email. I told the scheduler about the coupon and was told to let the service advisor aware of it which I did. At the counter I told the girl about the coupon. It seemed no one knew what to do. An unnecessary delay started and took a few minutes to figure out???

I couldn t be happier with my experience here at James Woods. Wendi Little went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and even gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. I could tell that she was just as happy for me as I was for myself. Many people are buying cars online now, and that s great, but it does rob you of the feeling of driving away from a dealership in your new car. Nothing beats that!!! Thank you, Wendi!!!!

I ve all but given up on dealerships, as Stonebriar and Huffines near me were both disappointing. Never really took care of issues.When I had a warranty issue I called and spoke with Sam and received the best service I have had at Any dealer in the area in 15 years. It was out of the way for me but worth it because of my experience with Sam and James Wood Denton.

I dealt with a lazy, dud of a salesperson. Her name was Rossie Sewell. It took her 5 hours to get to me and then lowballed me on my trade. Gave me an appraisal $4000 lower than any one else, $6000 less than even Carvana. When I told her that she did not even have the common courtesy to respond at all. I guess I know why they have had their truck for almost 8 months. My advise DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS DRIVING OUT THERE, they will just try to rip you off. Plenty of other honest dealerships in the metroplex.I did hear from a manager named Chase Whaley. He acted like he was very concerned, about me being upset. What he was really concerned about was the reviews I put up. He still low balled me, but at least he was nice about it. I stand by my review ..DON T WASTE THE TIME OR GAS, you will just be disappointed.
