Jorge, Ruben and their brother Jose are absolutely beyond exceptional in every way. They dealt with my insurance claim adjuster, repaired my hail damage, repaired my damaged front bumper, replaced my brake pads, went above my expectations and blew me away with their respectful and pleasant business manner. Who ARE these guys anyway and where have they been hiding? Seriously, I will allow no one I know to go anywhere else for their car repair needs, both mechanically and body work! Even if you don't live in the Denton area -- GO or actually don't, they'll pick your car up and return it, fully detailed and cleaned to boot! And, you're welcome.

Just moved to Denton and had a very weird sound coming from my suspension and nobody could figure it out. Thankfully I came across this spot and Jose was absolutely stellar, kind and very detailed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was a tie rod, front and rear struts, shocks and sway bar links and they knocked it out in 5 hours. My car runs fantastic now! I highly recommend Jose Rodriguez for your automotive and hail damage repairs. Jose and his brother did an awesome job in repairing my hail damaged truck last year in a timely fashion and dealing with my insurance needs making it an easy process. They also did some mechanical repairs just recently getting it done in no time. If you want honest work done check them out!

I went to JRs Automotive after going to Color Customs nearby and them telling me I was going to have to pay out of pocket again for something they admitted to forgetting to fix the first time around. I live in Houston and Jose worked with me on a Sunday when my car broke down and could not get back to Houston. I left it with him and he fixed it up and didn't over price the repair or try to sell me unneeded services and all of this knowing I was from out of town and vulnerable. Actually, he charged me less than what my mechanic in Houston quoted me. If I lived in Dallas I would only take my cars to Jose because honest and trustworthy mechanics are almost impossible to find and Dallas/Denton have one right here. Thanks and appreciate your help, Jose.

Best place to get your car fixed no rip offs took my car to pep boys they didn't even fix my car charged me 1500$ for radiator a week later took it to JR'S fixed everything for bout 900$ didn't have no problems for 2 yrs nothing major any ways but good place take your car there

These guys are the best . They re honest, nice , good people who get the job done and more . I drive a Mercedes and live in Dallas and will stillChoose these guys . 10/10 whatever you need , they will do it , if they can t they will help you . They will stay late , when they don t have to . You need your car fixed take it to Jrs auto & hail repair they are great people they went above and beyond on fixing my car i asked if they could have my car done asap and told me it would be fix in 2 weeks and they sure did have it ready they did a great job they even fixed my bumper when it wasnt part of the deal and they also wash and detailed my car when they gave it back what more could you ask for thank you guys I will be bringing my car back for hail damage in a couple months once again thank you for everything
