We had a really nice experience at I-35. We flew in from AZ to possibly purchase an RV. They offered to pick us up from the airport, which was above and beyond. Crystal was very helpful, and efficient.

I purchased a class A motorhome from them earlier this year. I made the mistake of relying on their pre-delivery inspection for the purchase. This PDI had a number of issues identified, most of which were addressed, however it missed several CRITICAL items in need of repair. One of these was the integrity of one of the two air tanks used for suspension and braking. One of the tanks had a significant leak due to a crack in a weld, which I only found after driving it 200 miles home. This was a significant safety issue and should have never been hidden. The other problems were expensive to repair but not safety critical. I would not buy from them without hiring an independent inspector.Lastly their finance person should not be trusted. I had an agreement to replace the leaking air tank myself as it was not practical to drive it back 400 mile round trip. In the agreement they were to reimburse for the cost of the new tank. I was never paid, and the finance person replied 3 times the check was sent, an outright lie. These people epitomize the poor reputation of the used RV business.

We bought a used camper trailer from Paul D. and it was an great experience. Paul was very upfront and informative. Our walkthrough was performed by Nick and was also excellent. Great Job guys! We will be back.

I purchased a used RV from I 35 RV in January 2023 and purchased a Service Contract with United States Warranty Corp for $3,777.00. The contract had a cancellation clause with a 100% refund if terminated within a period of time. On March 16th I cancelled the contract and United States Warranty told me that I had a 100% refund and it would be handled by I 35 RV. During the next few months I was told that I 35 RV had mailed out a refund. I contacted I 35 RV on a number of occasions and received no return calls. On August 2nd I 35 informed United States Warranty that a check was mailed out to me on July 31st. As of October 17th and still no refund, so I 35 has used my money for 9 months.

We bought an R V from them in 2018. The process was a really great experience. You can leisurely shop without pressure until you make your decision. We traveled until November 2020 and had a great time. Now we have returned it to them to sell for us, and they did so within 2 months. I highly recommend 1-35 RV Center in Denton, Texas!!

Definitely Mike has an awesome team here! We received our newest RV squeaky clean and ready to roll. They are kind and professional people whom went above and beyond their duty to help us fix our old RV brakes but further than that, we just went ahead and made an upgrade to another RV! Thanks toCrystal whom did a spectacular job. This purchase was an awesome experience thanks to her and the team. They get 10 stars in my book but here I can only give 5.

Rey & Jolene went above and beyond to get us in for a slide repair. Called Tuesday morning, they had us in at 10:30 Wednesday, out by 1pm. Our hydraulic fluid was 3 qts. low (our dumb mistake). Only charged us for the fluid. Great service and wonderful staff. Independently owned shop. Support local!!!

I 35 RV Superstore DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!I read all the bad reviews and still was foolish enough to try and buy a motorhome from I 35 RV Superstore. They had the coach I wanted, and I convinced myself they were ok to work with. That was true, until it wasn t.After negotiating for about a week on the coach, we came to terms via email and text. The dealer knew I was a serious buyer as I had a family member look at the rig for me and I already had my financing in place. Once we settled on the price, I made the ~300-mile one way drive to see the coach firsthand and get the paperwork started. We had agreed on the price on a Saturday, and I told them I would be there on Monday morning. It should be noted that they did not ask for a deposit or any sort of signed offer. They did have the coach showing as Sale Pending and I was told that was for my benefit.Monday morning comes and I text the salesperson to tell her I will be there around 9:30 am. She then calls me to tell me that someone else came in Saturday and offered a higher price and they accepted the offer. No one had the courtesy to call me on Saturday to tell me this. Even the call on Monday sounded suspicious, like it was a ploy to get me to up my offer. I have no proof, but it felt like sellers remorse.What they did may not be illegal, but it sure is unethical. There is no doubt that they only want a customer one time. How they can stay in business using these types of tactics is beyond me. In retrospect, they probably did me a favor.Again .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

The owner (Mike) and his staff are excellent! We recently sold our coach on consignment with I35 RV Supercenter and the process was simple and straightforward. We got what we needed and even the buyer was great. Can't say enough about our great experience. Thank you again Mike!

Great place to find a good deal on an RV and great service department. We had to replace the chassis air compressor on our 40 foot motorhome. After calling and visiting several "truck" shops we decided to check out I-35 RV. What a pleasant surprise. They were able to accommodate our full time live aboard lifestyle and hook up power and water. We arrived on Tuesday and pulled out on Thursday. The A/C is working great and we met a bunch of awesome people! Yes it's difficult to tell who works there and who doesn't but after that is sorted out you will be glad you did business with Scot and his team. Thanks I-35 RV Super Center for a positive experience and great mechanics like Tony. (Uniform shirts with the I-35 RV logo would be very helpful. )

Matthew E. Was my salesman, he was so helpful. Crystal found me a better deal for financing than I found on my own. I met the owner and he agreed to help me with storage for a month. It should be ready for me next week. I'll update this review when the deal is complete but so far they've been great.Ok .. I'm back on here to tell you what a great experience I've had buying from I-35 RV in Denton TX. I just finished my walk through with Heath. He was very thorough. Answered all my questions and was very patient...I never felt rushed.Update: my class A needed a few repairs from the freeze. They were the only RV repair shop open Dec 26 in the North Dallas area. I also had blown a fuse to my kitchen slide out. The fuse was not located in the circuit breaker panel that I could easily get to and test. . They got me going... Fair prices too. Much appreciation to Bobby and JJ and the techs who know their stuff!!! I give I 35 RV 5 . Excellent!

AMAZING customer service. Traveling full time in my RV and can t be without it. Had a hydraulic fluid leak and they got me in right away. Most dealerships don t want warranty work- but here they didn t see me as dollars they saw a real person with an issue and they took great care of me. Everyone I worked with here was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. AND they let me and my dog sit in the office to wait for it. I felt truly cared for. After the repair they showed me what they did and even took care of an unrelated issue I had that I mentioned in passing and didn t ask them to do because it wasn t an RV problem- it was a user problem. Awesome awesome awesome- highly recommend. Thank you Rey for taking great care of us and seeing us off on our adventure!

I-35 RV is the one And only place to shop for a RV. My salesman Gary was very helpful and he remained positive throughout the process. And Crystal Anderson, their finance manager, went up and beyond all expectations helping to close this deal. I had brought my own financial institution, one that was found on internet from a previous failed online RV purchase. They were not the easiest to work with but Crystal helped be finish all my paperwork with them and did whatever was needed to get this deal done all with no money from the financial institution on this day. She also helped me through my down payment portion that was dropped on me by this bank and without missing a stroke she was able to get me through it without any mishaps. This bank was one of the hardest deals I ever had to deal with and in the end it was Crystal that was able to get everything done and enabled me to leave with my new camper. If I ever need to do another financial deal, I am calling Crystal first. I doubt there is anyone better at finishing the job while putting a smile on your face. I could not be happier with anyone other than crystal working on my deal. Don t forget Gary is a Great salesman that Will find What you Are looking for and he is in your corner during the entire process. Thanks Gary. And Crystal, thank you and I am grateful that our paths have crossed for you are a person with many Talents and knowledge that will get any deal done. You need to visit I-35 RV and let Gary and Crystal finish your RV search.

If I could give a negative 10 this would be the place. Do not buy anything from them. They lie bigger than Dallas. We purchased a used motorhome which was supposed to have been serviced checked etc. Hah Jesus worst experience of our lives. This was our 5th motorhome so not totally inexperienced yet the lies left in a motorhome after pulling out of the parking lot with slides that did not work the hydraulic radiator failed so it spent 4 months at freightliner in Omaha NE. They said they would.reimburse us hah again. The slides leak won't inflate properly. When a customer spends that amount money you better make damn sure thing work. They did not. Do not shop here. They will tell you what ever you want tohear.Going to BBB and beyond so they don try screw over other buyers.Just FYI the positive reviews were no left by customers.Robbers thieves liars and cheats.Deceptive trade practices and theft by check. Buyers beware.

I am giving this dealership 5 stars for it's integrity. We flew from Georgia to purchase a motorhome. It didn't work out, but it isn't because this dealership didn't do everything possible to make it work for us. There was absolutely no high pressure. The owner is a "salt of the earth" kind of person that seems to want to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and if I was to purchase from them I would definitely use Josh for our salesperson. He went above and beyond, and offered to help even outside of office hours. Service techs and some office staff stayed over office hours to help us as well. Their customer service has given me back some faith in humanity. I was told over and over that the owner would do what it took to assure we were pleased and he certainly came through.

Thank you Sunny and Ray! I had what I thought was a major problem with the transmission on my RV. Ray in the service department asked to drive it around the lot. Five minutes later he returned with the solution. I was worried for nothing. Ray and Sunny were extremely courteous and patient in explaining the issue. Then he said "no charge, have a nice day". Wow! I owe a big thanks to the people of the I-35 RV Service Department. I even received a follow up call from Sunny making sure all was ok. What great service!

I don t usually leave reviews for companies- good or bad, but I wanted to take a few minutes to share how happy we were with our experience with I-35 RV, and more specifically with Crystal. First of all, for you cynical folks, no, I don t work for them, and no, I didn t know anyone at the dealership before last week. I found our new RV online, but was unsure how the process would work given our trade-in valuation, price negotiation, paperwork, etc. I submitted an online valuation form through the website, and that was the last thing I had to do. Crystal took it from there. She called me the next day with a trade in offer for my class C that was more than fair, and made the buying process as easy as possible. No pushing, no cheap sales tactics, just talked to me like I was a friend looking to buy a new motor home. We had to drive a few hours to pick up the new motor home, and it was better than it looked online. Absolutely immaculate. The only problem isn t generator was acting weird. The techs jumped on it right away, and got it running, but rather than send us home with a generator that was behaving erratically, they changed it out for a brand new unit. I didn t have to beg them, or threaten to walk away, they just proactively did the right thing. I couldn t have been happier, and honestly, it just added to the adventure for our family. I would love to work with them again, but if I m being honest, we plan to have this motor home for a long, long time.

I reached out to SEVERAL other dealers with hardly any response. But then I35 had a coach I was interested in and Ricky Marzini got back with me and answered all my questions. He actually answered my questions AND got most everything finalized in one day (must have been trying to make a sell - go figure). This is the only dealer I will use from now on, and you better believe I ll be getting in touch with Ricky.

Completely 100% satisfied! Crystal made us feel like family from the first phone call. She helped us through each step, from decision to final inspection. We purchased from out of state and Crystal took the worry away. She is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question. She even went so far as to bring us breakfast the next morning, following delivery! Who does that? Customer service to the highest degree.Ray was our delivery guy. He was well-educated, patient and kind. We never felt rushed throughout the entire process. As novice campers, we asked a lot of questions. He answered everyone and even shared his cell phone, in case we had questions later. That was amazing!!We truly felt welcome and cared about. When we trade up in a few years for a newer RV, There is no doubt where we will shop. Do yourself a favor and contact I-35 RV Super Center. You will be glad you did.

I recently bought a 2009 Monico Dynasty from this place 06/14/2022 on a as is basis. After leaving this place had problems right away that were small issues that kept growing all the way back to Ohio. I called this place and complained about all the issues, at first, they wouldn't help me because it was as is, but the owner realized this unit shouldn't have been sold yet because Nobody went through this one yet and felt bad I had so many issues and offered to give me a full refund and take the unit back. I really wish things would have worked out different because I really liked that unit. This company in my opinion should be your first stop for excellent service. Rey fixed our RV super fast and only charged us $600! He was so positive and informative. Best experience ever. I have never met such a positive soul and I recommend him to every one I know. Always ask for Rey! You will never be dissapointed!

We had problem with our generator on our RV while we are traveling.. concerned about timing of taking a look and fix it without delaying. Rey was so kind and allow me to bring in for some checking.. After taking a look at our generator, he let me know that there was a minor which I didn t know that there was a lever switch. This was done with less of one half hour of service... whew !!!! He was very kind and helpful. Blessed him and his company.. strongly recommend to pick his company for the service.....Terry

The service here is incredible! We had a tire blow out and it damaged quite a bit of the driver side of our 5th wheel. He helped us get everything covered under our insurance and he also fixed our generator and water heater. I would like to take some time to highly recommend Rey and his service team. They got us in and out in just a couple of days, we travel all over the us, We have never received this amazing of service anywhere!Thank you all so much!

The service here is incredible, fast, and honest. Had a bad experience with another company in Dfw, Rey and the great team he has working alongside him made our weekend plans a reality. We get to spend time with our family this weekend. His kindness and knowledge in the way our motor home operated is second to none. THANK YOU I 35 RV. If you have any problem with your RV, go see Rey he got our aqua hot and generator working in just a couple of days.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with this company and its support group. Crystal Anderson was our salesperson and she was absolutely wonderful. She never pushed the sale and gave us her kind and patient's attention from day one until we decided to purchase our first motorhome. Our first time buying a used vehicle of any sort and I must add we were scared and cautious. We stayed on site in the coach until we felt comfortable to leave. It was an amazing time with all the help the staff gave to us. Completely electric Essex Newmar with so much to learn. Thank you Crystal, Danial, Ray, security and all the staff .....your just amazingly beautiful people.

if I could give a negative rating, I would. Staff are extremely rude. They do not return phone calls or they hang up on you. Ray is the only 5 star person at the location! Repairs were not done when agreed upon. It took 6 weeks to get our payment after the settlement- this was not automatically sent to us - we had to call numerous times to get our proceeds. Even though our unit did sale, I would definitely use another dealer.

Pinnacle RV Inspections is a nationally certified inspection company. I recently inspected a very clean RV at I35 RV Super Center. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, even though they were very busy preparing units for other customers. They had the unit ready for me to inspect when I arrived and assisted me with any questions I had. Thank you for a pleasant experience. You guys were awesome! I was really impressed with your dealership.
