Was greeted immediately as I pulled in and was in and out very quickly. I like the fact that they recommended a couple things my car needed, but did not pressure me to buy them, which is something other places do often. This was my first time there, but will definitely be coming back!

Best place to get oil change or state inspection. Was in and out so quickly. The waiting area is so clean and stocked with snacks and drinks.

I LOVE Grease Monkey. As a woman who has to call her dad on the way to an oil change to make sure she s not forgetting anything, I get pretty nervous to have any work done on my car. But I never feel like the people at Grease Monkey are pressuring me to spend more money than I need to! Service is always fast and easy, and I never dread having to come in. A+ from me!

Went in for an inspection, I was greeted as soon as I got out of the vehicle and all of the staff was friendly and eager to assist. Great customer service that has changed where I take my vehicles to.

This has to be the most professional mechanic shop I've been to. The mechanics here are vey friendly and treat you like a human being. It's hard to find a good mechanic, but Reza and his crew are the most trustworthy mechanics in Denton. I would 100% come back for work on my car and recommend to anyone in need of a good mechanic.

Josh was great, very professional, he couldn't do the complete test of my ac system due to a Schrader valve problem, but he charged the ac and then charged me, half price!

The people that work here are super nice! Prices fair for the work and they don t try to sell you things you don t need. I recommend them to all my friends and family for oil changes. Plus free snacks while you wait who can turn that down?

I took my car in today for an oil change and an inspection. They got it done within about 30 minutes and gave me what I felt was honest service. They didn t unnecessarily charge me for things or try to pull any tricks. Plus the pricing was really good. I spent about half of what I originally expected. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change. They also do free top ups between services.

Great service! I definitely recommend this place! Little extras like cleaning your windows and free snacks while you wait. They seem to love what they do here. Lots of smiles and they answer all your questions.

To get it done quickly this is the place but they will knock a whole in your pocket. I always do it myself unless I'm in a rush.

Got that ice cold air again baby. Thank you Grease Monkey for alway coming through. Great work and amazing people. Owner is hands down the best. They worked with my car warranty and got it all fixed up. Go see them see if they can do your warranty work also !!

It was my first time visit here and I really satisfied with service and friendly staff. I got advertising card through the mailbox and come here to try new place, which is close to my house. They show me and explain everything very clear and check all things needs. They laying plastic bag on the driver seat to make sure it not get dirty. Wipe and clean outside of my car. This is how you take care and service with customers. Even only small things, it makes customers feel happy and trust. Great staffs thanks to good boss how he training with them.Not like other places that I went to, they always fixed without asking and charge too much. I would be back and if you are living around here, you should go and support our local business. (From GN )

We took our car there on a Thursday and they didn t call to let us know when it would be done. We ended up calling and they said they never got to it and it would be another day. And that was irritating but it was fine. But then we were told that changing the spark plugs would fix the problem. They changed them and charged us $600 and it didn t fix the problem. They then said to take it somewhere else. Additionally when we checked the inside of the car that had broken the passenger side console and left everything that was in the console strung out all in the car. Highly disappointed in this location. Especially because we have been told Grease Monkey was great. They were also extremely rude the whole time and treated us like we were children. Now we are out $600 and left with our car in worse condition then when we brought it.

These guys were quick and painless. They told me exactly what my oil change would cost once they had my make and model. We sat in the waiting room, and less than 20 minutes we were ready to hit the road.Definitely would suggest them to others.

I came here to get a quick State Inspection done as well as rotate my tires. The guys were professional, quick and the shop was well kept up - especially their restrooms, so clean and nice! I think we had to wait about 15-20 minutes total and we were on our way. Great experience, nice people and awesome service. Thanks guys!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Just had my oil changed here. The guys were professional and very friendly. Had no problems with them - no attempts to upsale, no attempts to "suddenly fix xyz" that wasn't broken before showing up etc. etc. They were quick and straight to the point showed me a breakdown list of the prices for what I wanted picked one and they went to work.They were extremely fast (around 20 minutes with others in the lobby). Their lobby is clean and very nice even with it being kinda small. - Bonus they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby too (cokes, as well as water)Highly recommend them after visiting and will be using them from now on.Service: Oil change
