Owner Franco and team - and his daughters Nancy, Betsy, Alex are very welcoming and professional and always go the extra mile to put my car to rights - and at the best possible price when that is a concern. Franco's Paint and Body Shop came through again for us after I experienced another deer incident. They fixed my Jeep and it looks amazing. They were very good at finding all the damaged parts and fixing it back to almost new again. Thanks to Franco and his guys in the shop and to the ladies in the office. Franco's will always have my business.

I had my motorcycle fender damaged due to someone backing into it in the parking lot and I had contacted Alex from Franco s body shop to get it replaced and fixed. As you can see below they have done an amazing job at a very affordable price. I recommend anyone looking for any body work and paint touch ups.

The reason for the poor review was due to the poor service and color matching I received. I m sure they do a good job on easy colors but I have a matte grey suv and it took them months to match I finally got my car back and the bumper was installed wrong, and the color does not match the rest of the car. Now I have to go to another auto body shop to have them fix their poor work. Im so frustrated with the amount of money I spent to even deal with Franco s and now I ll be out even more trying to fix their terrible workServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I came here based on word of mouth recommendation and the reviews. This was a giant mistake. After they had my vehicle for weeks, I arrived to pick it up, and there were so many issues. First, they completely skipped repairing one of the items on the estimate. I brought this to their attention, and they were more worried about me paying them for services performed than completing the job. The next thing they did was try to give me the truck back with the power steps installed over 1 foot in the wrong direction, causing the step to not retract properly. I left it there another week, and they corrected the 2 issues. However, there is now damage to my door around the door handle that was not there prior to me dropping ogg with them. They refused to take responsibility for the matter. I showed them pics of the truck the day before I dropped it off, and they could not see the scratches in their photos either. Yet they tried to say it was like that prior. They even went as far as trying to tell me it was from using the key (I've never pulled the hard kry from the fob). The scratchs are down to the bare metel, and their was no sign of oxidation on them metal. Basically, it was clear as day that it was fresh damage. I'm now taking my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed due to their incompetence. Lastly, as if all that wasn't bad enough, they did not bother to clean the dust from sanding and buffing they created from the interior and weather stripping. There was a literal handprint (it wiped off) on my headliner. All that said the body work and paint looked great Everything else was a nightmare!

I had got into a car accident a year back and was suggested to Franco's body shop. I've been dealing with my headlights issues for a whole year after they "fixed it." They held my car for 3 months and my lights been off balanced after. After my headlight went out, they took 5weeks to even call me back about any update. I do not recommend going here if you are in a time crunch to get your car fixed or even to get it back on time.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely recommend! My car needed to be repaired this summer before I moved to college. Everyone at Francos is great! they fixed may car quickly and when I picked it up it was vacuumed through the entire car and the bumper and side of the rear that was fixed looked identical to the other side. I could not even tell that it was ever broken. They are very detail oriented, but at the same time did not take advantage of me being a young lady like most car shops/the auto industry. They were very respectful and offered a more than fair price. I would recommend them to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Franco s for 2 vehicles and their customer service and work was awesome both times! Always greeted with a smile and kept informed about the work progress. I will not hesitate to use them again! Bilingual is a bonus for this place as well, so no language barrier issues to worry about. I was in a wreck and they worked wonderfully with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. They even went above and beyond and touched up paint on a spot that they didn t have to. They are highly knowledgeable when it comes to insurance claims and I loved that I was able to support a local family owned small business. These guys are working on my Honda Civic right now, and every step of the way so far has been incredible. I called Barebones Auto Shop to see who they would recommend for fender benders, and Franco's was their immediate and strong suggestion. I can see why! They're friendly and helpful throughout the process. I get my car back on Wednesday, and I will be updating this review based off the results. I can t say this enough! Thank you! They fixed my car door for an I credibly reasonable price. They other shops I quoted from wanted to replace a completely repairable door. They were super honest, worked quickly and around my schedule so I m REALLY happy if you need any body work done go to Franco s it s a family owned business and they re incredible!!!

I had come to this place about a year ago to get a quote on my car and eventually decided to go with another place thinking I was saving money. BAD MISTAKE! This time, I came got my quote and asked them to do the work. They have been honest and upfront from the beginning. I even got a chance to meet Mr. Franco and his daughter. Such a smooth process! Our mechanic, Barebones in Denton, referred us and honestly so glad they did. Nancy and Alejandra were very friendly. My car had bender damage from a hit & run and Franco s left my car looking like new. Family owned business! Highly recommend

Extremely satisfied. Brought my truck in after a fender bender. They were able to repair body panels instead of replacing. Had some aftermarket parts installed that required some fitting. Cant tell that the body was damaged and the paint matched perfectly. Will definitely use them again.
